Popular American singer, August Alsina has seemingly come out to the world as gay as he reveals he has a boyfriend.
The 30-year-old singer opened up about his sexuality at the end of this week’s episode of The Surreal Life.
August, who had an affair which was labelled an ‘entanglement’ with popular actor, Will Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett in 2020, showed off his boyfriend named Zu.
During the confessional, he said,
“I would like a love that feels limitless.
And then what do you know? Love showed up, but in a new way. I want to share that and really honor the person that I love and that loves me back and teaching me so much about love and healing.
I want to do that in front of the world because it defies all the constructs that one would say love is supposed to be or love should look like.”
His boyfriend then walked into the set to join him in. They embraced each other on camera and August told Zu, “I love you”.

It appears the duo have been secretly dating for months as in September, August posted a photo with Zu on his official Instagram page and even performed on stage with him in DC but many didn’t decipher that they were a couple.
