The Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Adetona has expressed a great shock over the death rumor trailing over him since Sunday evening, July 30.
The respected monarch is said to have debunked the rumors about his death in a recent telephone conversation.
Although, the Oba Sikiru Adetona is currently observing his medical check-up in Oriental Hotel, Victoria and has been there for the past two weeks, he however affirmed his location and healthiness.
“Why are people spreading rumours about my death, when I am right here at Oriental”, he queried.
He advised the rumor carriers via all media platforms to check confirm their information, before spreading news.
