Ace Nigerian comedian, Bovi, has replied to a troll who criticized him for allowing his son to speak Pidgin.

The proud father of three had taken to his Instagram page, with over 3 million followers, to share an adorable video of himself and his son conversing in Pidgin.

Bovi asked his son, Chuchu, in pidgin, “How far na?” and the little boy said, “I dey oo.”

However, reacting to the video that stirred sweet reactions from fans, a troll slammed the comedian, stating that the video is evident that Africans still have a slave mentality.

“Is only in Africa a father will be proud Cous his child can speak his native language. We are still slaves mentally.” The troll wrote.

Responding to the unflattering comment, Bovi simply wrote, “And you write this in English. What a fool”, he replied.
