Rivers State Police Commissioner, Mr. Francis Bolaji Odesanya, is dead. Odesanya was said to have died this morning in an undisclosed hospital abroad after a brief illness.

So he died abroad why didn’t he make use if the health facilities in Nigeria. Why are they all running abroad for treatment maybe if Nigeria had a good health system dat actually works.
