Rev. Chris Oyakhilome has blasted Nigerian media for saying some ‘stupid’ things about him. He said most of those things said about him are lies.

In a new message, he explained thus:

“I understand that some media houses particularly in Nigeria, and may be in South Africa have been writing some real stupid things with frivolous charges. That’s crazy. I wasn’t accused of those things you said, nor did I commit those stupid things that you said…”

He said “I’m not a preacher, I’m a man of God”.

“When it comes to Rev Anita, pray for her. If you are married to a man of God, it doesn’t make you automatically mature, you can make mistakes..”

“Christians should not have a divorce, it shouldn’t be. But that doesn’t mean a Christian should not take this step, they may, but that doesn’t make it right, and we shouldn’t take one another to court. But when it happens, we are not the one going there, someone is taking us there. That’s the problem…”

  1. Pastor Chris is back with his wife face bookers. One thing about this Yabaleft and the likes of them is that they only talk about the negative sides of people, why?.
They were quick to announce to the whole world that Pastor chris divorced his wife, but couldn’t come back to tell us they are back together. Na wa for una o. Make una still use this era of ‘Change’ change for the better naw!

  2. Ds Nigerians sef chaiii una brain is as black as yr skin u no dy read heading na conclusion u like jumping to ds man of God ddnt divorce his wife if u know wt Jesus said in d book of Matthew abt divorce u won’t b talking like a fool here

  3. English comprehension dey worry many Nigerians. You cannot differentiate between divorce and to be divorced. Smh… You guys should investigate well before throwing stones. The wife filed a divorce suit against him so this isn’t about him as he was divorced.

    • There had to be a reason… Divorce is always the last resort.. So sorry to say, chances are there are things pst Chris wasn’t doing right.. Buh who am I to judge?? Its a good thing they are back again or so I heard

    • I wouldn’t really want to meddle with their personal lives. I personally feel its biblically wrong no matter what treatment may have been meted out to her. Divorce really isn’t an option. I am not judging and honestly i dont want to be caught in between this. As reagrds their reunion i am oblivious of that fact. Modernization and or should i say civilization seems to be taking the place of obedience to the word of God as many believe once its broken you throw it away we simply don’t wanna fix broken things anymore at least not marriage. We must learn to work out our differnces whilst sticking together. I blame none of the parties involved. Just like you said there ymay have been something either of them isnt doing right.

  4. Pls if u don’t know about the story of this man. All u need to do is just face d economy problem in Nigeria…. Cos some comments can be so horrible… Sebi u divorce ur wife is what av been reading from some people. No be by force to comment nah

  5. Some of them are Pasto not Pastor. You have to be careful for their sweet mouth preching. Many of them can quote all the chapters in the bible but the don’t practice any dime. Those are the pasto that preach “DO WHAT I SAY, DON’T DO WHAT I DO”
