Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly known by his stage name Davido, has announced that he would be leading a protest in Abuja tomorrow, Sunday, October 11th, against Police brutality.

The music star, moments ago, made his intention of joining the #EndSARS protest known on Twitter.

The fem crooner, who is presently in Abuja, through the micro-blogging platform called on other aggrieved youths to join in the protest.

He tweeted,

“Abuja tomorrow, who with me”.

In another tweet he wrote, “We need dialogue with the top ASAP … no zoom no phone call no ig live … we want face to face”.

Recall that, the call to scrap the Special Anti Robbery Squad unit of the Nigerian police force, has gained momentum in the past few days, with many Nigerian and international celebrities, lending their voices to ensure there’s an end to police brutality in the country.

Similarly, popular Nigerian singer, Naira Marley has hinted on the possibility of planning another protest against the incessant killing of Nigerians by SARS official.

The Marlian president who boasts on the number of crowd he would possibly gather, has stated that if after one week and there are no changes, he would plan another protest and nothing would stop him this time.
