A former boxer and a said pastor of The Lord’s Chosen church, Mr. Everistus Ezehiri, in a new report, beat his wife to death over feeding money at their home in Uli, Ihiala LGA of Anambra state.
It was gathered that trouble brewed when his wife who was a petty trader at the local Ekeagbagba market asked him for money to enable her cook on Christmas day.
Rather than provide the money, Mr. Ezehiri turned her into a punching bag leading to her death.
Youths of the village and neighbouring community caught him, beat him up and set his home ablaze. They also uncovered various charms in his home.
