Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has been sighted sleeping during a State Banquet in Rivers.
The banquet which was in honour of the Chief of Army Staff, Lt General Tukur Buratai, held at the Government House in Port-Harcourt on Thursday night.
Note that, this is not the first time the Governor will be caught dozing off at public functions. He has been one-time called out by Sahara Reporter for this same reason.
