My name is Tokunbo, and i have been married for 3years now with a baby girl but immediately after my wife gave birth, she conceived again in less than 3 months but she wasn’t comfortable about the idea and what people will say, so we decided to abort the baby and then we started taking injection for prevention.
Now that we are ready for close to 18 months now, she has not been able to conceive since. meanwhile my daughter got sick and we took her to the hospital for treatment where we discover she has genotype SS, i was really confuse because before we agreed to get married we actually went for medical test that said i was AA and she was AS, then we agreed to marry each other. still confuse i had to take the test again to confirm if probably the bay wasn’t mine but to my greatest shock i turn out to be AS. As i write to you now more than a million things is flowing in my mind. please kindly keep my identity discreet because i haven’t informed anybody…. what should i do.
I think u should deal wit Tђξ genotype issue 1st which is Tђξ main problem here and not conceiving another child u will birth to be sick most of his/her life which will in turn be a huge burden on ur marriage.Stop thinking about ur wife’s conception,go to a hospital and find out about what u guys will do to prevent having another sickle cell child(ren)
