An individual named Mohammed Maina has been arrested by the Nigerian Army and is being accused of being a Boko Haram Financial Financier.
He is also said to have been supplying stimulants to the terrorists, Guardian reports.
Maina was arrested with the sum of N1 million cash in his possession, kolanut, and other items in Borno.
