A young man identified as DJ Abiodun has sadly passed away after he was stabbed in Ikorodu, Lagos State.

Twitter user, @jummiekaycole said Abiodun died because the hospital he was rushed to after he was stabbed wouldn’t treat him.

Her tweet reads ;

Apparently my cousin got stabbed on his way to the studio at Ikorodu around 7am yesterday, Good Samaritans took him to the hospital, but as usual Nigeria healthcare had their way with him, he died because they wouldn’t treat him

Nigerian actress, Maryam Charles, recently showed her benevolent side as she gave cash donations to some widows in need.

Maryam Charles made these donations through her NGO called the Care Club Initiative and the emotional moment was caught on camera.

Maryam shared the clip on her page and wrote ;

“The Founder/CEO Care Club Initiative (Maryam Charles) donating cash gift to some widows at Narayi Community Kaduna- kaduna state. This is in line with the NGO’s objectives to empower the widows.

The widows were moved to tears by the gesture and they offered their sincere gratitude and prayed for the filmmaker.

Big Brother Naija 2018 2nd runner up, Frodd shares his awful experience with a single mother who’s a giveaway winner for refusing not to send back the complete money mistakenly deposited into her account.

The reality star had taken to his Instagram page to announce a giveaway to single mothers only.

According to him, he was going to split N50K to 10 mothers on his page. While in the course of it, he sent the whooping N50k to the first giveaway winner.

He then reached out to the winner to humbly ask for a refund of N45k. Things turned out to be dramatic as the lady insisted she’ll only return N30k.

She further pleaded and said God will judge the Bbnaija star.

Nollywood actor Godwin Maduagu whose alleged gay sex tape made the rounds on social media last month, has said he feels like committing suicide as he currently deals with the effect of the scandal.

The actor said this in a video he shared on his Instagram page.

He said he has become broke as he has lost many job opportunities due to the scandal.

In his words ;

”I am not happy because you guys are frustrating my life because I am getting depressed already. I thought I have moved on and everybody has moved on.

I have not been getting jobs, I am getting broke. You know as a public figure you have to have money to take care of some personal expenses. Right now I don’t have any money.

Now, if people book me for a job, the company or brand would see Godwin Maduagu and they would say no, we can’t use this boy.

How do you guys want me to feel? How do you expect me to feed or survive?

You guys said I made a video to trend. Now who is now trending and who is now losing? How do you expect me to make a video that will destroy my life and everything.

You guys should just pity me now, Please. I am not happy. I want to get my life back. I need money.

Right now I feel like I am going to commit suicide because I can’t take this anymore. It is really depressing and it is affecting me psychologically. ”
