A staunch fan of billionaire wife and actress, Regina Daniels has drawn a tattoo of her on her body.

The die-hard fan who shared photos of the new tattoo on social media revealed the love she has for the mother of one made her break her principles.

She noted that she didn’t draw the tattoo to gain favour from the actress, but to express her love for her.

In her words,

Brazilian former professional footballer, Ronaldinho’s mother has passed way at age 71 after testing positive for Covid-19.

His mother, Miguelina Eloi Assis dos Santos passed away on Saturday, February 20, in Porto Alegre, Brazil, from Covid-19 complications, and the football legend has finally broken silence following her death.

On Tuesday, February 23, Ronaldinho in a post shared via his social media account thanked fans and friends for their show of support following the news of his mother’s death

“My family and I thank you all for the love and support we are receiving at this difficult time. My mother was an inspiration of strength and joy to all who knew her and will continue to exert her light in our lives forever. With the strength she taught us, we will continue our journey. Lady allegedly swindles her abroad-based fiancee of N10 million then abandons him for another man

A lady, identified as Mary Egodo, has been accused of swindling her fiancé of N10million and eloping with another man.

The 30-year-old lady was arraigned before the Ejigbo Magistrate Court, Lagos State, for allegedly defrauding her abroad-based fiancé, Ogunshakin Emmanuel.

According to reports, Emmanuel sent her money for the purpose of acquiring a property in Lagos in preparation for their marriage, however, she didn’t use the money for its intended purpose.

Upon retuning to Nigeria to perform their marriage rites, Emmanuel discovered that his fiancée has swindled him and absconded with her new lover.

It was gathered that he couldn’t contact her on every platform as she had blocked him and relocated to an unknown place.

The heartbroken fiancé reported to the police, who trailed and eventually arrested Mary in her hideout. When she was asked to refund the money, she said without mincing words that she had spent it all.

When dragged to court, she was charged with fraud and conversion of the money, which she pleaded not guilty to. The prosecutor, Inspector Bernard Aigbokhan, asked the Court to give a date for hearing for the Police to prove that she actually committed the alleged offence.

She was eventually granted bail in the sum of N3m with two sureties in like sum and the case was adjourned till 19th April, 2021.

Mary is currently in Kirikiri correctional center, pending when she meets her bail condition.

Woman allegedly stabs 13-year-old boy for beating her 7-year-old son

A Zimbabwean woman, Monalisa Choguya allegedly stabbed a 13-year-old boy after her 7-year-old son reported that the teenager beat him.

It was gathered that Choguya who resides in 188 Single Quarters allegedly stabbed the teenage boy identified as Tonderai Kamhuk with a knife for assaulting her son.

She reportedly stabbed the teenager on the back of the head and in the stomach after her son reported the incident to her.

The victim, Tonderai sustained a deep wound in the stomach which left his bowels protruding and a deep gush on the back of the head following the heinous attack, while the accused sustained a cut on her left hand.

Choguya who is 33-year-old has now been charged with attempted murder after she allegedly stabbed the 13-year-old boy who had assaulted her minor son.

Mashonaland West police spokesperson, Inspector Margaret Chitove who confirmed the incident revealed the sad incident occurred on the 23rd of February 2021 around 10 am.

While Tonderai was rushed to Chinhoyi Provincial Hospital for treatment before being transferred to Parirenyatwa, Choguya was arrested and taken into custody.

A viral video has showed the moment a lecturer of the University of Abuja was allegedly beaten to a pulp by Banking and Finance students of the school for reportedly collecting their answer scripts 45 minutes into a 3-hour exam.

It was alleged that the exam which was slated to last for 3 hours was cut short to 45 minutes by the lecturer for no reason, provoking the students to anger.

The angry mob of students allegedly attacked the lecturer and beat him to a pulp.

A Twitter user, @empresswodi who shared photos of the brutalized student and the teacher said the alleged incident occurred in Emohua area of Rivers state.

A Non-Governmental organization has rescued two children who were reportedly thrown out by their aunty in Calabar.

The NGP found the children alone and in distress on a street in Calabar, the Cross River state capital on Wednesday February 24.

According to the NGO, Basic Rights Counsel Initiative, the siblings identified as Mary Abraham and Evelyn Daniel Edet, said they were allegedly driven out of the house by their aunt, Comfort.

Nollywood actress, Ada Ameh has berated Big Brother Naija star, Ka3na for rebuking a fan who tattooed her on her body after she asked for it.

Recall that the Big Brother Naija ‘lockdown’ star, Kate ‘Ka3na’ Jones, reprimanded a female fan who tattooed her name ‘Ka3na’ on her thigh.

The photos and video of the female fan getting the tattoo found its way to social media on Monday, February 22.

However, in an unexpected twist, the mother-of-one was grossly displeased by the fan’s action, and shared a video rebuking the fan.

Ada who is popularly known as Emu in comedy sitcom, The Johnsons, in reaction described Ka3na response to the tattoo as wicked, slammed her for reprimanding the fan in that manner despite asking for it on social media.

Big Brother Naija star, Wathoni has taken to social media to share how she struggled to make ends meet before she rose to stardom.

According to the reality star, she struggled with striving in business and at the same time raising her son. Wathoni noted that her life before BBNaija was a rough part.

She revealed that many of her close friends wrote her off and constantly discouraged her that she can never succeed in business.

Reality TV star, Umaru Aisha a.k.a Kaisha, has taken to social media to share stunning photos of herself in celebration of her 25th birthday.

The former BBNaija housemate clocks 25 today, February 24, and she donned a purple dress with flamboyant frills in her birthday photos.

The entrepreneur ushered herself into the 25th chapter of her life with gratitude to God and a decree of all-round blessings and fruitfulness.

She wrote,

“This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice & be glad in him.”

“I welcome myself into the 25th year of my life🥳 It shall be fruitful in all ramifications.”

In other news, Reality show star, Aisha Umaru popularly known as Kaisha has tendered an apology to appease fans after she was dragged alongside Kiddwaya for allegedly kissing.

Recall that Praise threw a party to celebrate his 29th birthday and most of his fellow housemate in the BBNaija lockdown house were in attendance.

At the party, Kiddwaya was filmed attempting to kiss Kaisha and the video quickly went viral, which made Erica’s fans drag the duo for disrespecting their self-acclaimed “Star Girl”.

In the video, the billionaire’s son could be seen pouring liquor from a bottle into Kaisha’s mouth, then he made for her lips and brought out his tongue in an attempt to kiss her, but withdrew almost immediately.

The video sparked outrage on social media as fans of the show dragged them and labelled Kiddwaya a “serial flirt”.

The next morning, Kaisha tendered an apology for her actions, stating that she was quite tipsy at the party.

She, however, refuted claims that she and KiddWaya kissed and provided the full video clip of what really transpired.

23-year-Nigerian singer, Joseph Akinwale Akinfenwa better known as Joeboy has revealed he has a ‘Sugar Mummy’ who he’s happy to be in a relationship with.

The singer made this revelation in a recent interview with Beat FM while talking about his music career and love life.

According to the Nobody crooner, he has a lot of female friends around him but has no relationship with any girl at the moment. Although, he opened up about having an affair with an older lady who he tagged his “sugar mummy”.

Joeboy who claims to be happy in his relationship with the older lady, revealed he dedicated a whole track to the said ‘Sugar Mummy’ in his recently released album, while he noted that they are both happy together.

Popular Nigerian cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye otherwise known as Bobrisky has reacted after the who drew a tattoo of Bobrisky’s face on her back cried out for help saying she has been disowned by her father.

The lady disclosed that she is currently at crossroads and doesn’t know what to do. She also accused the cross-dresser of not “showing her any love” after getting the tattoo.

Nigeria has highest number of poor people globally – Governor El-Rufai

Kaduna state Governor Nasir El Rufai has said that Nigeria has the highest number of poor people among the countries of the world.

Governor El-Rufai stated this while launching the State Social Protection Policy on Tuesday, February 23.

In his words

“Nigeria is going through trying times. We have the largest number of poor people than any country in the world. Yet, whenever a programme is designed to help the poor and vulnerable, we resort to a slot mentality in which important people are allocated slots instead of targeting those poor and vulnerable that deserve it. This is unfortunate. We must move away from slot mentality and use our social register to offer targeted support to those that truly need it.

I appeal to all my colleagues, the political elites to please drop this slot mentality and use the social register, so that, programmes targeting the vulnerable actually go to the poor and vulnerable. When we think of the poor and vulnerable, we must all remember that, the welfare of each one of us is bound up in the welfare of all of us.”

Celebrity couple, Banky W and Adesua have unveiled their baby’s name as “Hazaiah Olusegun Champ Wellington”.

The new dad took to his verified Instagram page to announce their baby’s name, pronunciation and meaning.

According to Banky, the bouncing baby boy is an answer to their prayer. He revealed, Hazaiah means God sees/God has seen in Hebrew, Olusegun means God has given victory in Yoruba and captures their testimony regarding the journey towards his arrival.

In his words,

(we call him Zaiah, pronounced Zah-Yah, or Champ)
