The comedians father turned a new age on February 4th, and he decided to pay his parents a surprise visit in their home to celebrate his dad’s birthday.

36 year-old Nollywood actor and movie producer, Zubby Michael, has opened up on why he does not have a girlfriend.
The actor made this revelation in an exclusive interview with Vanguard Newspaper, while answering a question on how he handles his female fans.
“I avoid them, this is because I am scared of them. In this type of career that I ventured into, you must be careful and avoid women. It’s not that I don’t like them. The journey needs total focus and hard work. Honestly, I don’t have a girl friend.”,/blockquote>
Speaking further, Zubby revealed he dumped his successful business in Onitsha to venture into acting.

“I came to see a friend, Solomon Amaco when they were shooting a musical video. I wasn’t there to be part of the production, but to have a drink with them. Later, I was given the role of a gate man in the movie, “Missing Rib’ starring Ramsey Nouah and Tonto Dikeh as the lead characters. But when I featured in my second movie, ‘The Generals” starring the likes of Jim Iyke, Mike Ezuruonye, Uche Jombo among others, my story changed.
“I was a successful businessman. I was driving Mercedes 190 back then in 2007. And I used to buy drinks and share money among my Nollywood friends. They were using my car to pick the likes of Jim Iyke from the Airport. That was how the big filmmakers in Asaba came to know me.”

Former DMW signee, Lil Frosh who recently assaulted his ex-girlfriend, Gift has allegedly been rearrested by the police and awaiting trial.
According to popular Instagram blog, Instablog, “Lil Frosh was invited by the police and has been chilling in their custody since Thursday, February 4, 2021”.
The singers colleagues and friends have also taken to social media to call for his release.

Recall that in October 2020 Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) former signee, Lil Frosh was accused of constantly beating his girlfriend to a pulp.
He was called out on Twitter by a young man who identified himself as his girlfriend’s brother and manager.
According to the man with twitter handle @MayoksMichael, Lil Frosh has been physically abusing his sister for about a year and has brought nothing but pain, horror and disaster to her.

His comment comes barely 24 hours after Nigeria’s APEX Bank implemented a new policy that prevents financial institution from engaging in Crypto-Currency transactions.
The regulator prohibited all financial institutions from facilitating crypto currency payments in the country.
DMBs, NBFIs and OFIs to identify persons and entities transacting in, or, operating crypto currency exchanges within their systems to close such accounts immediately.
In the letter, the CBN referenced a circular it issued in January 12,2017 ref FPR/DIR/GEN/CIR/06/010 which cautioned Deposit Money Banks (DMBs), Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs)and other financial institutions (OFIs) as well as members of the public on the risk associated with transactions of crypto currency.
“Further to earlier regulatory directives on the subject, the Bank hereby wishes to remind regulated institutions that dealing in cryptocurrencies or facilitating payments for cryptocurrency is prohibited,” the statement reads.

A Nigerian lady, Modella Agnes Egbara has narrated how her father surprised them with Christmas clothes and money few months after his death.

Ms. Olabisi claims that she sees and communicates with her late sister in dreams.
According to her, she was in a bad place when her sister died leaving a daughter behind. She said she was broke and had just left an abusive relationship.
She said the first time she spoke to her sister after her demise, she told her she needed to secure a good job in order to take care of her niece.

On life after death.
A few days ago, I did a post about how my sister, Seun’s death hit me again. That day, I said ‘Seun, if you can hear me, come to me in my dream. Let us have fun like when you were alive’. And I left it there. I did not dream of her that night.
I dreamt of her today. I dreamt that she planted a shrub which has now grown beauful and fragrant flowers and she and I were trimming and sha doing things to the shrub to make sure it continues to be beautiful and fragrant. I believe that shrub is her daughter, Derin.
And we laughed and joked and all.
The first time I spoke to her after she died was when I was in a bad way after she died. I was broke and broken. I had left my abusive ex and was trying to break into Software Testing from my then current role of credit risk assessment.
I said to her ‘Seun, I am broke. I need a good job. I need to take care of Derin and can’t do that without a good job.
I think the next day or a couple of days later, I got a call from a consultancy company. Their client, Marks and Spencer needed an Operational Acceptance Tester. They had seen my CV online and they think I was a perfect fit for the job.
I went for the interview and got the job.
That was how Seun answered me. A job I did not apply for was mine.

A Nigerian couple, Foyeke Omage and Ewanle Omage has been blessed with quintuplets, six years after marriage.
According to the wife, Foyeke Omage she and her husband waited for the fruit of the womb for six years and was subjected to mockery as people tagged her barren.
Recounting how she welcomed their “miracle” babies at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, in an exclusive interview with PUNCH, she said,
“People used to call me barren before, they used to insult me but I thank God today that God embarrassed me with five babies at a go –two boys, three girls. What else can I ask from God? I really thank God for these great gifts that He gave to me.
“I got married 2014, we waited for six years plus. During the period of our waiting for the fruit of the womb, a lot of things happened. In fact, some people insulted me. On several occasions, I was embarrassed but I thank God today that God embarrassed me with five babies at once.

A 20-year-old Nigerian lady has been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command for allegedly stealing a mobile phone in Abeokuta.
The lady is said to have stolen a mobile phone belonging to business mogul and Iyalode of Yorubaland, Alaba Lawson.
After allegedly stealing the phone, the suspect identified as Maureen Ohakamike fled to Lekki, Lagos state where she was tracked to and nabbed after two months of intensive investigation and manhunt.
Ohakamike has confessed to the crime and in an interview with journalist she disclosed that
she stole the phone when Iyalode left her bag on a seat, as she was being attended to by the photographers of the business center.
Speaking further she confirmed that after she stole the phone she immediately switched it off and hid it within the premises of the business center, while a search for the phone was ongoing.
Iyalode was reportedly at a business center in Abeokuta, last year December to take photograph when her phone was stolen. The case was reported to the police thereafter, and in swift response the authorities commenced investigation.
