A promising Nigerian footballer, Prince Adegoke has been signed by London-based Premier League giant, Chelsea football club.
Adegoke was born in Farnborough, England in 2003, and was initially signed to Chelsea as an under-13 goalkeeper at the local Chelsea Football Academy.
He has been part of the full-time school programme at the Academy. He also featured on the bench in the FA Youth Cup last season and has been involved with the under-18s on numerous occasions.
In November 2020, he signed his first professional contract with Chelsea FC but the deal was made official on Thursday, February 11, 2021. The deal is a 3-year contract and he will remain at Stamford Bridge until 2023.

Popular Billionaire Businessman, Prince Ned Nwoko has raised alarm to the general public that some people are plotting to assassinate him.
The billionaire disclosed this at a press briefing he organized alongside his youngest wife, Regina Daniels, on Thursday, Feb 11, in Abuja.
According to the former member of the House of Representatives, the plot is connected to a piece of land he acquired in Delta state in which he is already setting up a university.
He added that the plot is also connected to a fight about who will become the next king of his community. However, he stated that the tussle on who becomes king had been settled by the elders and he followed due process in acquiring the land.
Ned said the assassination plan was leaked on social media by an inmate in Kuje Prison, Abuja, who overheard two prisoners talking about it. Unfortunately, the young man has died mysteriously after receiving series of threat messages.
He said the matter has been reported to the police force and security around him and his family has been tightened.
“I then reported the matter to the police and Department of State Security (DSS) and they went and interviewed the inmates involved. The inmates mentioned the name of one businessman who deals in the oil and gas sector as the master minder.”Ned stated.
Veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie, has publicly endorsed his son, Yul Edochie for the 2023 presidential race.
Recall Yul Edochie recently revealed his intention to run for the office of the President of Nigeria in the forthcoming general election in 2023.
Yul, who turned 39 on Thursday, January 7, said this via a post on Twitter as he asked for grace to prepare adequately for the election.
According to him, his ambition is to bring Peace, Unity and Progress to Nigeria. He further added that the youths deserve a chance to fix the nation.

A Nigerian lady has shared her disappointing and hilarious experience at the hands of a popular airline.
The lady identified as @omah_petite narrated how she boarded a flight from Port Harcourt to Lagos, and arrived the economic capital safely.

Three students of the Ebonyi State University (EBSU) have allegedly died after they suffocated while trying to write exam in a crowded hall.
It was gathered that the incident happened on Wednesday, February 10th in EBSU while students struggled to get to get a space to enable them take the compulsory General studies, CBT examination.
The viral video showed the moment crowd of students struggled to get a space in the hall for the exam.
According to report eight students reportedly fainted, some got injured, and some suffocated to death during the struggle.
In the video students are seen rushing the unconscious students out to the open space so they can get air, however some allegedly never regained consciousness.

Controversial Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu has alleged that the luxury lifestyle of most Nollywood actresses are sponsored by married gay rich men.

A Nigerian dad, Patrick Akpan, has been arraigned in court for allegedly beating his three-year-old daughter to death on December 27th, 2020.
It was gathered that Akpan beat up his daughter to a pulp with a belt for messing up his house and died in her mother’s arms while being taken to the hospital.
He was arraigned before the Lagos Magistrate court in Yaba after he was charged before the court for manslaughter.
The prosecution counsel, ASP Thomas Nurudeen, told the court that Akpan committed the offence in Jakande Estate, Lekki phase 1, Lagos.
Nurudeen said that Akpan beat up his daughter with a belt for messing up his house. The police said that the victim died in her mother’s arms while being taken to the hospital.
He said the offence contravened the provisions of Section 224 and is punishable under section 229 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State 2015. (Revised).
The Chief Magistrate P.E. Nwaka did not take the plea of Akpan for want in jurisdiction. Nwaka ordered that the case file be duplicated and a copy sent to the Lagos Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) for legal advice.
The case was however adjourned till February 23rd for DPP advice.

Billionaire businessman, Prince Ned Nwoko, has cried out over an alleged conspiracy to assassinate him. He raised the alarm at a press briefing he organized alongside his wife, actress Regina Daniels, on Thursday, February 11, in Abuja.
According to the father of many, the assassination plot had a connection with a piece of land in his community in Delta where he was building a university. He also stated that a tussle about who becomes the next traditional ruler of his community was also another significant factor.
Nwoko disclosed that the assassination plot was exposed by one Mr Ossy Bosah who was serving a jail term at Kuje Prison in Abuja. The former federal lawmaker said that Bosah was privileged to get wind of the plan from fellow inmates.

Davido’s sister, Sharon Ademefun-Adeleke, has revealed that she struggled financially last year despite being from a wealthy background.
The businesswoman disclosed this in an Instagram live session recently. She said she faced financial difficulties even though she was a rich kid, runs several businesses, had a superstar brother and her husband was also financially buoyant.
According to her, even though she knew how to give, she hadn’t learnt proper money management and “kingdom financing”.

Self styled boss lady, Ka3na has revealed her plan for whoever tattoos her face on any part of the body.
This is coming after popular Nigerian crossdresser, Bobrisky showered expensive gifts on two fans, Anumba Gift and Oye Kyme who inked his name and face on their bodies.
The former Big Brother Naija housemate has now taken to Twitter to ask her teeming fans when they would be willing to go the extra length to show their love and loyalty to her by getting a tattoo of her.
In her words, “Who will tattoo the BossLady on their body nau #Bossnation over to you”, Ka3na asked her fans”.
However, a fan asked the reality star what the reward for inking her face on the body would be.
Ka3na in response shared a sumptuous bowl of chicken, implying that she’s willing to treat any fan who gets a tattoo of her to a tasty bowl of chicken.
Well wishers and fans have stormed his comment section to congratulate him on his latest feat. A follower said Ghana was also the first country he visited by air.
He wrote: “Congrats. Ghana was also my first trip outside Nigeria by air. After Benin Republic by road.”
A well meaning fan prayed that God will make it possible for him to travel to the US and Canada.
The fan wrote: “Oh God that open the door of Ghana for Neo, pls open the door of Canada and America for him pretty soon and also myself and family. Congrate darling get ready to travel across the globe.”
The lockdown finalist also took to his Instagram page to share photos of himself in the capital city of Ghana.
The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu has declared that planned protest by Nigerian youths will not be allowed to take place at the Lekki Toll Gate on Saturday, February 13, 2020.

The Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry probing the alleged killing of #EndSARS protesters by soldiers at the Lekki Toll Gate, last Saturday decided to hand over the tollgate back to its operators, Lekki Concession Company, after forensic experts submitted their report on the October 20, 2020 incident.
Subsequently, hashtags such as #OccupyLekkiTollgate and counter-protest hashtags such as #DefendLagos and #DemNoBornYourPapaWell trended online. Both protests are slated for Saturday.
But the Lagos CP on Thursday said, “Allowing both groups to carry out their planned protests will be counter-productive.
“No protest in any guise will be allowed to take place on Saturday 13th February 2021.”

In the making of the ‘Deceive’ music video by Yemi Alade, the dancehall reggae artiste tried to dodge a couple of objects tossed at him by the female singer but still got hit by one.
Taking to Instagram, Rudeboy jokingly complained about the energy put into throwing the objects, according to him she aimed at him like it had something to do with personal feelings from Yemi Alade.
