The international music artiste took to his Instagram page to shower praises on the Nigerian Alt-R&B singer, Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems.

Popular Nigerian actor, Charles Inojie was reportedly robbed at gunpoint in Lagos traffic on Sunday night, December 20th.
Fortunately, he was unhurt from the experience, but lost his personal belongings.

J.T Tom West was a legendary Nollywood actor who died mysteriously in a car accident on 28th September 2006 in Lagos, Nigeria on his way back home from a movie location.
His death was mysterious and tragic. He was born as Joe Tamuno-Bibidamaa in 1954 but was popularly known as J.T Tom West
A woman has alleged that her 11-year-old son has been sexually molested by fellow students in a college in Akwa Ibom State, South-south Nigeria.
The Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel, has ordered an investigation into the allegation.
The woman, Deborah Okezie, posted a video on Facebook where she said some senior students in the college, Deeper Life High School, Uyo, “habitually inserted their fingers and toes in his son’s anus.”
She said her son was frequently starved and beaten up by the senior students.
The victim was moved by the school principal from a hostel where other junior students stayed to another hotel filled with senior students because he was bedwetting, Mrs Okezie said in the clip which has gone viral on Facebook.
The victim looked terrified in the video. The mother prodded him to speak up about his ordeal.
“They said if he complained he will be a dead man,” Mrs Okezie said. “Please, help me share this (video) until it gets to the appropriate authorities.”
“They will remove his boxer and push their legs and hands into his anus,” the woman said.
The boy said the senior students threatened to kill him if he reported the matter to the school principal.
In another clip, the boy, wearing his school uniform, was seen throwing up inside a car when he was being taken away from the school by his mother.
Mrs Okezie said she decided to visit the school “when she dreamt about her son and felt that all is not well”.
“I had a dream, I saw my son waving me goodbye. I told my husband I have to go to the school, that this dream is not right, he said let’s pray. I said to him prayers are not enough, I have to go to the school and see what is happening,” she said.
Mrs Okezie said she reported her son’s ordeal to the school principal who assured her that the boy would be returned to junior hostel.
“Look at a child I sent to school, he came back with a broken anus.
“People who have children in boarding school don’t know what these children go through, boarding school of these days is not like the boarding school of those days,” she said.
The Akwa Ibom State government, Sunday, expressed concern over Mrs Okezie’s allegations.
The Commissioner for Information in the state, Ini Ememobong, said Governor Emmanuel has directed the commissioner for education “to immediately investigate these complaints and take necessary action”.
“The State Government is committed to the protection of children wherever they may be within its jurisdiction,” Mr Ememobong said.
The school said on its website that as a part of its philosophy, “It is committed to providing the highest academic standards, cultivating sound leadership skills and vision, as well as enriching lives through spiritual development.”
“The aim of all these is to produce critical thinking and Christ-honouring students who will positively and profoundly impact the larger society,” it added.
The Uyo campus of the co-educational school took off in 2016. The principal is Ndidi Solomon.
The management of the school is aware of the incident and is investigating it, an official at the Deeper Life High School headquarters, Lagos, told PREMIUM TIMES, Sunday.
Billionaire son, and Big Brother Naija 2020 contestant, Terseer Waya aka Kiddwaya, has said that he’s currently not planning to get married any time soon, as he’s not ready to give his all to any woman, just yet.

DMW Boss, Davido yesterday, attended his driver’s wedding and he thrilled the wedding guests with a performance of his songs at the ceremony.

A Nigerian lady has expressed shock over her brother’s drastic weight loss after he returned from boarding school.
Taking to Twitter on Friday, Aunty Pepper (@Phepsy) shared a photo of her brother the day they took him to boarding school and that of when he returned two months later.
“Who we sent to them, who they returned to us. Who be this?? Boarding school no be am o,” she wrote.
“Just half a term o, my brother don disappear” she added, noting that he has only been in the school for only two months.

Asa Asika, manager to Popular Nigerian singer, Davido, has debunked claims that he refused to communicate with Cynthia Morgan after he asked her to call him.
Recall that Nigerian singer, Cynthia Morgan recently called out Davido for refusing to pick her calls after he asked her to do so.
However, Davido’s manager, Asa Asika, in an interview with Punch revealed that Cynthia Morgan was lying against Davido and chasing ‘clout’.
Asika acknowledged that both singers had a song that was meant to be on Davido’s recent album, A Better Time, but it was dropped because it was ‘not good enough’
In his words, “I don’t have time for such people. She knows that is not the truth. She knows she is lying and that is a lie. All these people are looking for clout; she is looking for who she would use to shine again. She is not serious because she knows that is not what the case is.
“I know that David sent her a song that she recorded. So, how did David send her the song if they did not communicate? It is one of the songs that we didn’t use for the album. She recorded her verse and sent it back to us. The song was recorded some months ago.” He continued.
Asika further disclosed why the song was dropped by Davido, saying, “She is notorious for talking nonsense, so, let her talk if she wants. The song that she recorded with David, how did she get the song? Is it abracadabra? We probably will not push out the song after all she has said.
“I actually do not like her verse. That is actually one of the reasons why we have not used the song. I personally do not like the song and I told David that I did not like it.”
Controversial relationship expert, Blessing Okoro, has advised wives to stop giving out money to their husbands because it is not their place to do so.

Last night, Saturday, 19th of December 2020, had the Lagos State Safety Commission seal off Cubana Night Club in Ikeja, along other facilities & clubs for non-compliance to the state government’s recent protocols.
If you recall, Lagos State Governor, Sanwo-olu, on Friday, December 10th placed a ban on concerts, street parties, and nightclubs as part of measures to contain the spread of COVID19 in the state.

On Saturday night, a team from the Lagos State Safety Commission led by the Lagos state commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, stormed the Ikeja GRA facility of Cubana grills and shut down the facility for hosting its customers despite the ban on night clubs.

According to the author, Christians should learn to ask God questions, because he is a father and not afraid of questions being asked.

Nigerian singer, Temilade Openiyi popularly knowns as Tems has warned Ugandan artiste Bebecool to avoid Nigeria for the rest of his life.
Recall that Nigerian singers Tems and Omah Lay were arrested last Sunday Dec 13 in Uganda following a concert in the country for breaking Co vid 19 rules.
Bebecool is said to be one of the people who spearheaded the arrest of the Nigerian artists as he made a post on Facebook prior to the event, stating that he’ll make “every effort to fail the event.”

Controversial Nigerian lady, popularly known on Twitter as Queen Vivian, has been accused of theft by a lady said to be her friend.
The lady, identified as Lydia, took to Twitter to call out Vivian for allegedly stealing an iPhone 12 belonging to her boyfriend.
Lydia said her boyfriend asked to see her and told her to come with her friends to an hotel because he needed companions for his friends as well.
According to her, she went with 3 of her friends, including Vivian, but while they were at the hotel, Vivian suddenly fell ill and decided to go home.
Lydia said after Vivian left, her boyfriend discovered that his iPhone 12 was missing.

Multi talented Nollywood actress, Mide Martins has taken to social media to reveal that she sustained severe head injury while on set of a movie.
The actress and movie producer who stated that, that was one of the hazard of her job revealed that she was yet to recover from the injury.
The mother of two took to her verified Instagram page to share a video from the fall with her over two million followers.

The abducted Kankara school boys of Government Science Secondary School have been released, and have shared the experience while in captivity.
The Governor of Katsina state disclosed that the boys were at Tsafe in Zamfara State and would be transported to Kankara on Friday to reunite with their people.
It was learnt that the 344 students arrived Katsina from Zamfara state earlier today December 18th.
In an interview with Channels TV, one of the boys identified as Aminu stated that he and the others suffered while in the bush.
“We suffered in the bush. Infact, we were hungry in the bush. It took up to two days before we ate in the bush. They usually gave us Cassava to eat. I am not feeling fine. I am sick”. He said.
Another student, Abubakar said,
“At the time we were there, the place was very cold and the food we were taking was just bread and groundnut cake and cassava. The place we were sleeping is the same place we were defecating. In the night if you say you want to go and urinate or defecate, they would beat you and ask you to go back and sleep.”
Abababkar stated that he’s not willing to go back to his school in Kankara until government provides security.
In his words,
“Nobody amongst us is thinking of going back to that school unless if some forces are there to guide us and control us.
“The school is far away from the town and that is why when they came, before the police and army could come to the school, they had gathered us and packed us into the forest. It is only in terms of security that we have problem at the school”.
Moments after Nigerian singer, Queency Benna called out one medical doctor, Alaska Obi, a chat has leaked online negating her claims.
Recall that the music star alleged that Obi who is said to be a doctor, invited her for dinner which she was initially skeptical about, but later convinced herself to go, and it turned out “a big mistake”.
