The ex-girlfriend of singer, Lil Frosh, has broken her silence after her management went public with the acts of domestic violence perpetrated on her by the singer.
In a post shared on her Instagram page today October 6, the young lady known as Gift said she thought the singer was going to change when the beating started but the change did not come.
Her post reads
”I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE SPOKEN EARLIER
@lhilfrosh and I have been dating for almost 10 months now and he has been abusing me physically, mentally and emotionally.
At first I sincerely hoped he was going to change but he didn’t, it started with stripping me off my friends telling me who to talk and who not to talk to.
It grew to him beating each time we had an argument,he’ll beat me, smash my phone,destroy my ringlight, pour me water even film me naked and threaten to post, he has done right infront of @okikidft and it continued
This happened last 15th of September, that led to the internal bleeding in my head, confirmed by the doctors.
My manager spoke on my behalf with my permission and he is not to be blamed for anything he didn’t beg me to go and meet him no one did,not even my family ,everyone advised me but I still did what i wanted hoping for change.
My family have been doing their best to get me in the best space and best health.

Nigerian journalist and TV presenter, @iamokon has taken to Twitter commend singer, Naira Marley for being patriotic as he describes him the ‘Fela’ of today.
Okon likened Naira to Fela because he was ready to take the forefront in the campaign against police brutality, before the Nigerian police force pleaded with him to cancel the protest.
Recall that, Naira Marley earlier cancelled #EndSars protest scheduled to hold today Tuesday, October 6th.
This came after a statement was made by the Inspector General of Police, as he inform Nigerian youths that their voices and complaints on the issues of unprofessional conducts by some SARS operatives would been heard very loudly and clearly.
Naira took to Twitter to back out of the protest, as he said there will be an Instagram live session with PRO- DCP Frank Mba on his page.
Impressed that the singers call for protest could bring about a positive response from the Nigerian police force, the Twitter user likened the Marlian president to Fela.

A 47-year-old man, Tajudeen Olufemi Idris, was on Friday, arrested by the police in Ogun State for allegedly parading himself as a legal practitioner knowing-full well that he is not.
The Ogun State Police Spokesperson, Abimbola Oyeyemi, revealed that the suspect was arrested at Magistrates Court 6 Ifo while appearing before Chief Magistrate I.A Arogundade in a civil trial between one Ifeanyi Chuckwu and Ayo Itori.
At the court, the suspect was said to have claimed to be a legal counsel from Tajudeen O. Idris & Co Chamber, representing one of the parties.
“His conduct and presentation before the Chief magistrate rose suspicious about his qualification as a lawyer and this prompted the Chief Magistrate to ask him of the year he was called to the bar, which he claimed to be 2009.
But further enquiry revealed that his name is nowhere to be found amongst those called to bar in 2009, hence, police were notified,” Oyeyemi said.
Consequently, the DPO of Ifo division, CSP Adeniyi Adekunle had detailed his operatives to the scene where the suspect was apprehended.
Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police, Edward Ajogun, has expressed concern over the increase in the rising number of fake lawyers swindling people of their hard earned money.
Ajogun recalled that not less than five cases of fake lawyers have been reported since his assumption of office in less than two months ago.
A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to call out a man who offered her 150k so she could do some very weird fetishes with him daily.
Sharing the story on Facebook, the lady, Britney Sophia Mark narrated how the guy known as Samson Obiaze had chatted her up, made his intentions known, then went ahead to make her an offer of 150k to eat her faeces, an offer she outrightly rejected.
He also offered her an extra 50,000 naira to make it N200k so that he can drink her menses, which really disgusted her.
The guy revealed that he wishes to suck her anus for one month and even after she visits the toilet.

Residents of Aso-Odo, Badagry in the early hours of today ignored possible explosion as they scooped petroleum from a fallen tanker in the area.
A tanker filled with 33,000 liters of fuel crashed on Tuesday morning October 6th, in Igborosun, along Badagry road, Lagos state.
It was reported that the nonchalant resident went to the scene of the fallen tanker and began to scoop fuel.
According to Eyewitness account, despite the presence of security operatives in the area, the residents continued to fill their containers with fuel.
However, some concerned residents of the area took to social media to notify appropriate authorities.
Confirming the incident, the Chief Executive Officer, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency LASEMA, Dr Olufemi Oke, stated that the agency’s attention has been drawn to the incident and emergency response has been sent to the scene.
He also urged residents of the area to stay away from the scene to avoid a secondary incident.
In his words,
“Members of the public are cautioned to cooperate with responders and to keep away from the scene and refrain from scooping petrol as this could cause a secondary incident,”

Police Spokesperson, Frank Mba in an Instalive chat with singer Naira Marley, has insisted that they are serious about the ban on some activities of SARS.
The police spokesperson who noted that every reform that has been rolled out in the wake of the outcry against the police unit will be strictly adhered to, added that every erring police officer will be dealt with.
Frank Mba affirmed that it is not a criminal act for youths to have tattoos, dreadlocks and dress any way they want.
He further advised Nigerians to record erring officers as long as they are safe and also avoid giving attention to police officers who are not wearing their uniform.
He also reiterated that it is illegal for SARS operatives or other police officers to go through the mobile phones or properties of citizens.

Founder of Sotitobire Miracle church, Prophet Alfa Babatunde has been sentenced to life imprisonment over the disappearance of a one year-old boy, Gold Kolawole from the church last year.
An Ondo state high court sentenced the prophet, alongside 5 other people to life imprisonment. The names of the other convicts are Omodara Olayinka, Margaret Oyebola ,Grace Ogunjobi, Egunjobi Motunrayo and Esther Kayode.
Justice Olusegun Odusola convicted the defendants after finding them guilty of the two-count charge levelled against them. The charges includes kidnapping and aiding and abetting to kidnap.
The defendants were sentenced to life imprisonment based on the circumstantial evidence presented by the prosecution counsel.
Justice Odusola also strongly condemned the complicity, compromise, and lackadaiscal attitude of the Ondo state police command after the child went missing, which led to the burning of Sotitobire Church.

The Nigerian lady who claimed she was pregnant for Laycon has taken to social media to refute her claims, adding that nothing of such happened.
According to her all she said in the initial viral video was a joke as she has never met the musician.
Recall that a video surfaced online few days ago, where an unidentified lady allegedly claimed to be pregnant for BBNaija lockdown winner, Laycon.
She claimed to have met Laycon at a popular club in Lagos, Quilox, in March this year and they partied and had too much to drink.

There is no excuse for the actions of Lil Frosh and we understand that there is nothing that can be said or done to take away the insentitivity shown.
Upon internal investigations carried out by the label, we are left with no option than to terminate the recording contract that exists between the label and Lil Frosh, effective immediately.
We hereby immediately severe all affiliations with Mr. Sanni Goriola Wasiu a.k.a Lil Frosh.
Once again, we do not condone domestic violence and stand with all victims of domestic violence.

Nigerian film maker, Seun Egbegbe, has arrived The Federal High Court in Lagos today, october 7, to face charges for alleged fraud activities.
He was incarcerated on February 10, 2017.
The 43-year-old had been arrested for allegedly obtaining money by false pretences from no fewer than 40 bureau de change operators in different parts of Lagos from 2015 to 2017.
Egbegbe allegedly swindled the BDC operators out of the money by claiming that he had naira to change into foreign currencies and vice versa.
The erstwhile Lagos socialite had been arraigned by the police for a series of fraud involving N39,098,100, $90,000 and £12,550.
Egbegbe and one Oyekan Ayomide were first arraigned on February 10, 2017, before Justice Oluremi Oguntoyinbo, on 36 counts bordering on advance fee fraud.
The police had assembled no fewer than 30 Bureau De Change operators to testify in the case.
Following the close of the prosecution’s case, all the defendants, except Egbegbe, who is having difficulty paying legal fees, filed no-case submissions.
They contended that the police prosecutor, Innocent Anyigor, failed to establish a prima facie case or prove the charges against them.
But their no-case submissions have been opposed by the police.
Justice Oguntoyinbo is to take arguments on the no-case submissions today.
They are praying the court to dismiss the charges and set them free.

Photos of the lady, identified as Gift Camille made rounds on social media after her brother and manager called out the fast rising artiste for domestic violence.
Gift has finally broken the silence as she took to her social media account to reveal that the allegations are true.
According to her, there were so many reasons why she didn’t speak up about her abusive relationship. One of the reasons was that she knew coming out of her shell would not be good for her because “this is Nigeria“.
She also appealed to people to stop condemning her family members for not supporting her publicly. Stating that they have been very supportive since her story became public knowledge.

It is worthy to note that Lil Frosh is yet to respond to the domestic violence allegation levelled against him.
A Nigerian doctor has taken to social media to recount how a young boy’s genotype miraculously changed from ‘SS’ to AA.
Dr Imoh Ebong who shared the testimony on Twitter claimed to be the doctor in charge of the boy’s case. The little boy identified as David was reportedly born with the sickle cell anemia.
Another Twitter user, Samsparrow Shalom took to the micro-blogging platform to claim that David’s genotype changed to AA after years of being SS and suffering from different crisis.
He tweeted, “From SS to AA. We need to hear more Testimonies in this our generation. Make e no look like say Heaven go strike on us. God remains faithful!”.
Confirming Shaloms claim Dr Imoh Ebong wrote,
“David is AA!!! He was SS and his genotype changed (A MIRACLE)!! As a doctor, I’ve never seen anything like this neither can I explain it medically. I’ve been involved in his management and several repeat investigations- AA, AA!! What God cannot do does not exist. #NSPPD.”
However, many social media users have refused to believe David’s story as they insist that there must have been a mistake or a medical explanation for it.
The trial of Nigerian big boy, Hushpuppi, has been moved to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the orders of Judge Otis Wright. His trial will now resume by 9:00 a.m. on May 4, 2021.

The president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has expressed his grief over the demise of popular veteran actor, Jimoh Aliu, who died aged 80.
He died at the Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital (EKSUTH), Ado Ekiti on September 17, 2020.
The Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina released the statement titled “PRESIDENT BUHARI MOURNS POPULAR DRAMATIST, JIMOH ALIU“.
In the statement, Buhari commended the dramatist for his acting skills and said he will be missed by all lovers of good drama.
The statement reads,
“President Muhammadu Buhari condoles with the theatre and entertainment industry, the Aliu family, and Ekiti State government on the loss of popular dramatist, Chief Jimoh Aliu, aged 80.
“The President salutes the dedication of the deceased to his art, which saw him forming the Jimoh Aliu Concert Party In 1966, remaining committed to drama and entertainment for over 50 years.
“President Buhari says the man popularly called Aworo, will be missed by all lovers of good drama, and commends his skills as a well-rounded artist, having been a sculptor, film writer, playwright, actor, and director, rolled into one.
Controversial Investigative journalist, Dr. Kemi Olunloyo has alleged that Davido‘s fiancee and baby mama, Chioma Avril Rowland has been denied US visa eight times.
According to her, the US embassy has been denying the 25 year-old chef a visa because of her past criminal record.
Kemi Olunloyo stated that the only available option for her to gain entry into America is if she gets a diplomatic passport when her prospective husband, Davido becomes a politician.

Big Brother Naija reality TV star, Mike Edwards has taken to social media to flaunt his beautiful wife, Perri and their son Mathhew Olaoluwa in new family photos.
Sharing the adorable family portrait on his Instagram page, the TV star hinted on a major announcement.

Popular Nigerian comedian and OAP, Ushbebe has stated that the victory of former housemate, Laycon in the Big Brother house is the only thing worth celebrating in the country.
The actor made this statement in a recent interview with Ebuka-Obi Uchendu on Channels TV’s Rubbin Minds.
In his words,
“Aside Laycon, this year what else. Because the truth is, they’ve made us look less to activities that happen in our economy and we look forward to other form of relaxation.
“f Nigeria is 60 and we have not achieved anything then where is the future. There is nothing to celebrate about Nigeria celebrating 60.”
Ushbebe further spaeaking on the #EndSARS protest urged Nigerians to stop harassing celebrities to lead the #EndSARS protest while the politicians are left alone.
He said,
“I just feel the people we have are not capable, its not about ending SARS. We should also end our politicians as far as I’m concerned because if they are doing their job, nobody will be calling on celebrities”.
“Let everything be fair for us. We need the basic amenities because we are not supposed to be begging for it. Nigeria is a fine place and people are trying but at least the economy needs to favour other businesses, small scale business to be very fair.”
Big Brother Naija lockdown winner, Laycon along with the other finalists have bagged an ambassadorial deal with Revolution Plus real estate company.
The company sealed the ambassadorial deal with the Top 5 housemates; Laycon, Dorathy, Nengi, Neo and Vee at their head office in Ikeja, Lagos.
According to a statement by the manager, the initial plan was to sign only Laycon and Nengi, but the team decided to bring all the finalists on board.
