Burna Boy’s mother, Bose shared beautiful photos of herself and her husband in celebration of their wedding anniversary.
She revealed that Samuel had been her boyfriend for 32 years, her husband for 30 years and her baby daddy for 29 years.
She wrote,

An ex-corp member identified as Iherizie Chimechefulam Justice used his NYSC Allowance to purchase wheelchairs for the less privileged during his compulsory service year.
Justice graduated from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri where he studied Microbiology and successfully completed his service year in Akwa Ibom state in 2019.
According to him, he used to see the crippled men on his way to the weekly Commmunity Development Service (CDS) and was moved with compassion for them. As a form of appreciation to God for his guidance and protection throughout his days in University and NYSC, he decided to give back and donate wheelchairs to the men.
He stated that his primary motivation is his parents who imbibed the giving culture in him. They opined that you don’t have to be rich before you can be generous.
A Twitter user with the handle @RealDonaldDoo has sparked a debate on the platform after he claimed that a woman was asked by her prospective in-law to wipe her makeup when her boyfriend took her to meet them for the first time.
Donald said the prospective in-law said they wanted her to clean the makeup so they can see the real her and they offered her wipes to do so but she refused.
He wrote:
“This guy carried his girlfriend to meet his family in Ibadan, his mother and sisters asked the girlfriend to wash her makeup so they can see her, she wasn’t cool with that, they offered her wipes or something she refused too.”

A senior civil servant identified as Mohammed Ndanusa has been arrested for allegedly placing his unqualified brother on government job payroll for 11 years.
Ndanusa was arrested in Minna, Niger state after he was found to have smuggled his brother’s name in government’s payroll, since 2009.
The suspect who was working for the Ministry of Health collected the brother’s salary for about 11 years.
The civil servant was reported to have to have promoted the brother severally, from Grade Level 10 to Grade level 14.
Meanwhile Ndanusa’s brother Tanimu, was all along a bike man in Minna and was not qualified to be on the level, his brother illegally arranged in his name.
The truth was revealed when he asked his “Okada-rider” brother, Tanimu Ndanusa to appear for screening.
The Niger State government is presently doing physical verification of all civil servants in the state.
According to P.M. News, when Tanimu Ndanusa appeared before the panel, he did not come with any certificate. And he could not even speak, like a senior civil servant on Level 14.
Members of the screening committee were stunned and called the police to arrest him.
The two brothers, Mohammed Ndanusa and Tanimu Ndanusa have been arrested by the police, and Mohammed Ndanusa has since confessed to the crime.
Ndanusa confessed that he fraudulently employed his brother on grade level 10 in 2009 and subsequently promoted him three times to grade level 14 till date.
A 32-year-old man (name withheld) has been dragged to court after attempting to rape a woman in Gwanda, Zimbabwe.
The suspected rapist who appeared before a Gwanda magistrate, insisted on explaining and justifying why he had attempted to rape his neighbour. He alleged that he carried out the rape as revenge because his neighbours were bewitching him.
According to the suspect, his neighbours use charms to make him sleep with the complainant at night to enrich themselves.
He said;
“Your Worship I would like to explain my situation. The complainant’s family uses goblins to make me sleep with the complainant at night in order to gain riches.
“This has been happening for a while now. I, therefore, wanted to have my revenge and that’s why I did what I did.”
However testifying in court, the prosecution said the man nearly raped the woman but couldn’t due to premature ejaculation. After the failed rape attempt on August 21, the accused person reportedly warned the woman not to divulge what had occurred.
The Chronicle reported that the victim disregarded the warning and reported him to the police. The prosecution said;
“On 21 August at around 9 AM the complainant was on her way to Sibangani Village in the company of her younger sister when the accused followed them without them noticing. He approached the complainant from behind and grabbed her arms. The complainant’s younger sister ran away and left them behind.
“The accused person dragged the complainant into a bush where he forcibly removed her clothes. The complainant screamed for help but no one heard her as they were far from homesteads. The accused person went on to fondle the complainant. He then ejaculated before raping the complainant.”
Magistrate Nyathi remanded him in custody till September 8.

The curvaceous ex-beauty queen, while having a conversation with Ozo on Tuesday, stated that she is worried that viewers may see her as a boring person because she doesn’t like to gossip.
According to Nengi, gossiping has never been a thing for her as she has never gossiped with any housemates and this may be a red flag for her.
Ozo, who she as having the conversation with, nodded his head in agreement and encouraged her not to. She then went to reveal that being seen as a boring person is her biggest fear in the house.
“I don’t know how to gossip and that was my biggest fear coming into the house.

A 26-year-old woman identified as Rutendo Nhemachena has reportedly died during river baptism in Zimbabwe. According to reports, the woman was grabbed by a mermaid.
Nhemachena was said to have been possessed by a mermaid spirit before becoming violent and jumping into the river.
The incident occurred at Manyame river in Zimbabwe, where leading prophet, Isaac Manyemba was cleansing men and women with his aide only identified as Mai Manyika.
According to local media outlet, HMetro, the people who were with her believed that she had been grabbed by a mermaid and didn’t try to rescue her.
The prophet who confirmed the tragic incident said the woman overpowered him and seemed like she was possessed by a mermaid spirit.
In his words,
“The two convinced me and I led them to the river where we attended to a number of men and women when Nhemachena suddenly came into the river possessed.
“She pushed all of us and we failed to handle her before she immersed me and disappeared into the water.
“We were comforted by one woman who claimed that her child was once taken by a mermaid when he was seven years old and returned from water at the age of 14.”
However the woman’s family did not believe the claims and insisted she would not be buried until a post mortem had been carried out.
The family spokesperson, Patience Gwebede said,
“We are expecting the law to take its course as well as get an explanation from the traditional healer or Madzibaba and Madzimai who were conducting the cleansing ceremony.”

Laycon and Erica fell out of their friendship when she turned him down after expressing his feelings for her. Erica recently described Laycon as her enemy — she made the remark while discussing with her love interest, Kiddwaya.

In an interview with The Nation, the rapper spoke on why he chose to make only conscious Afrobeat tunes.

A suspected fraudster was caught with human faeces in the Okpanam area of Delta state and after discovering what was in his possession, residents and authorities in the community made good sure he faced the greatest embarrassment of his life.
The man who reportedly came into the Delta community from Anambra state was made to eat the faeces after he was caught with it by some vigilante members.
When interrogated by residents of the community, he affirmed that he needed the human faeces for a money ritual purpose.

A landlord got quite emotional and broke down in tears afetr he saw the state his previous tenant left his house in after he asked her to vacate his property.
The landlord, in a video he made, is heard sounding distressed as he goes around his house, inspecting the damage done to his property.
He can be heard crying in deep agony as he says that he works hard to take care of his children only for his tenant to destroy his house.
According to him, he never gave the tenant any problems and didn’t care about what she was doing in the house, as long as she kept his house in good condition. However, because he asked her to pay the rent she owes, she destroyed his property.
The man expressed his anger in the video and stated that it will cost him so much to repair the damage done to the house.
While still crying, he swore that he’ll “kill” the former tenant if he sees her.

A lady who narrowly missed out on graduating with a first class has taken to her social media page to share how she overcame the sadness with the hope that it inspires someone out there.
The lady said she’d gone through every single phase: Denial, Anger and then final Acceptance. She was sad that she couldn’t achieve her goal and at a point she had to quit her job.
However, she later realized she had so much to be grateful because it dawned on her that she was ”graduating with a whole degree in Mathematics as the outgoing president of her department.”
Sharing photos of herself in her academic gown, she wrote ;
I finally mustered strength to do this after so long.
I’m sharing my graduation story. I hope it strengthens and inspires someone out there.
I went through every single phase: Denial, Anger and then final Acceptance.
I didn’t realize until then how so much of my self worth was tied to my grades. I remember asking God, why didn’t you just leave me on a 4.2 or 4.3? Why did you bring me so close to leave me here?
I had to quit my job cause I was losing it and I remember how dark those moments were.
Then something changed, I listened to a podcast by @sam_adeyemi titled “Gratitude, the ultimate attitude”. He talked about how we often tie so much of our identity to the things we don’t have.
He said despite the amount of goodness that was in the Garden of Eden, somehow Eve tied her identity to that one tree they were not allowed to eat and it became so much of a problem that she lost focus of all the other amazing fruits that they had.
The very one fruit that she couldn’t eat became a problem and her focus.
And right there and then, I realized I had so much to be grateful for, I had so much to celebrate. I was graduating with a whole degree in Mathematics as the outgoing president of my department.
I looked inward and I started to list every single thing I had that was worth celebrating and after doing this, I genuinely could not understand how despite all these things I had, somehow the one very thing I didn’t have became a problem that cost me my job and my sound mind.
And I just want to speak to the mind of those very few people who didn’t get what they wanted, maybe you didn’t graduate with the grade you desire or you’re not even graduating at all this year and you’re starting to doubt and question your worth, please look inward.
First thing first, you are not defined by your grades or the year you graduate. Choose to celebrate the littlest thing about yourself and remove your focus from the things you don’t have which most times you don’t even have a control over.
I’m super grateful for my family and the amazing friends God put in my life. I can’t even start to call names. Thank you allRed heart

Big Brother Naija ‘lockdown’ housemate and current head of house, Erica has tagged Vee her rival as she said she’s trying to sabotage her.
Thus far in the show, Erica and Vee have renounced their friendship and they do not meet eye to eye because of Laycon and some issues related to her relationship.
Last night, Erica told her romantic partner, Kiddwaya that Vee is trying to make her lose by any means necessary. According to her, Vee’s approach to house activities in her reign is different as compared to other people’s.

A young man was caught after he tried to shoplift up to a dozen ‘canned fish’ from a supermarket in Lagos.
Facebook user, Segun Availeth, who shared the story, said the boy entered the supermarket pretending to buy some stuffs, but was later found with a waist-full with sardines inside his underwear.

Big Brother Naija ‘lockdown’ housemate, Dorathy for the first time, lost her cool in the house, and confronted Lucy for walking out on their team.
Dorathy, Neo, Lucy and the rest of the teammates were gathered, sorting things out ahead of Thursday night’s wager task.
However, Lucy felt her presence wasn’t needed at the table since her teammates refused to adopt some of her ideas in the wager task discussion and she walked out on them.
Dorathy was not happy with Lucy’s behaviour and thus berated her in the presence of other housemates.

A 57-year-old man allegedly killed his wife and two teenage sons because he had a headache and was tired of their shout.
The man identified as James Lee Webb was arrested and charged with capital murder after calling the cops on himself on Monday, August 31, 2020.
According to the affidavit for arrest warrant, Webb and his wife, Victoria Ronack Bunton, began arguing at around 10am on Monday morning after he complained of having a headache and that her sons, aged 13 and 16, were being too loud.
During the argument Webb allegedly produced a handgun and shot his wife before killing his two teenage sons.
The suspect reportedly waited one hour before calling the police and confessed to the crime.
When cops arrived they took him into custody. When Webb was interviewed he allegedly told a detective that he was tired of his family yelling at him and telling him there was nothing wrong with him.
He is currently being held at Lew Sterrett Jail and his bond will be determined by a Dallas County Magistrate.
The couple’s neighbor, Chanel Lockhart told Fox4 that Webb’s wife was nice to everybody.
She said,
“Last time I saw her, she was getting groceries out of the car and the boys were helping her.
“You would never think that he would do that. And she had a heart. She was so sweet to everybody.
“You’d never think that one day he would call and say he killed his kids.”
Another neighbor, Justice Johnson, told the outlet,
“I’ve been knowing them for two years, going with their mama to the grocery store, helping with groceries, getting on the school bus.”
Her daughter, Sylvia, added,
“I didn’t talk to them as much. But when I did come outside, they’d speak. They didn’t just walk past me. They’d be like, ‘hey.'”
A pastor identified as Chukwudi Chukwumezie has been arrested by men of the Anambra State Police Command, Obosi Division.
Chukwudi, a 34-year-old pastor of Mountain Zion Deliverance Ministry, Ugamuma, Obosi, was first arrested on 23/9/109 for luring and having unlawful carnal knowledge of a 15-year- old girl at a hotel along Eze iweka road Obosi under false pretense of making a deliverance prayers for her.
Police detectives took the victim to the hospital for medical Examination where penetration and laceration of her hymen was confirmed by the medical doctor after which suspect was charged to Court for prosecution.
However, same suspect who recently jumped Court bail had on the 16/7/2020 and 4/8/2020 allegedly defiled another fifteen years old girl from iyaba Egbema in Ozubulu using same modus of false deliverance.
The victim was equally taken to the hospital for medical examination where penetration was confirmed.
A Nigerian lady, Laura [pseudonym] was set up by another lady, said to be her friend and got beat up by a group of other women because she was dating her friend’s ex-boyfriend.
One of our readers who shared information of the incident with us, revealed that Laura’s friend, identified as Toyosi called her to a particular place and had her friends gang up and beat Laura ruthlessly.

Waje in a series of post thanked her fans and followers for standing and being part of her story.
According to the Singer, her life is a testimony of God’s love and not her perfection.
The single mum of one, described God’s love as one without reservations.

The singer recently recounted how her church banned her from singing in the choir after she got pregnant.
Waje made the disclosure in a live chat with gospel rapper, Bouqui and she went down memory lane about her ”relationship” with the father of her child
She said,
“I got into a relationship in SS3 and the relationship went from ‘puppy love’ to sexual. At that time, I felt I
loved him and that (sex) was the only way I could express my love. At that time, I saw a fine boy who liked me,
though we quarreled on several occasions. I didn’t understand the responsibility that came with making decisions
like that.
I got pregnant and I remembered one afternoon, I was in the bathroom when someone came to my house and told me my
pastor wanted to see me. I knew that day, there were two things that would happen ? either I died or I died.
Everything in me got drained.
Anyway, I went to see the pastor. He was in a conference room with other pastors and he said to me, ‘If you lie, you will die, because you are standing in front of God, Holy Spirit and me.’
He asked me, ‘Are you pregnant?’ and I said, ‘Yes’. He was so disappointed. He told me he wanted to see me in church every Wednesday and Sunday but I would no longer sing in the choir.” She said
Viewers of BBNaija have appealed to the organizers of the reality show to disqualify Erica for indirectly campaigning for votes for Kiddwaya.
Recall that Erica emerged as the Head of House after the HoH challenge. Announcing a new rule by big brother, Erica told her fellow housemates that the usage of the words “votes” and “fans” is hereby prohibited in the house.
In a late night conversation with her lover, kiddwaya who was nominated for possible eviction. Erica was seen telling him to keep his mind at rest, as her fans will vote for him.
She said: “Don’t worry, I know my fans will vote for you and save you because they know you’re important to me.
“They will vote for you. This nomination process is even different from previous years’ where they picked just two people up for eviction.”
