During one of his diary sessions, Ozo even mentioned that Nengi has the qualities he is searching for in a woman and that he is really attracted to her.
Nengi on her part told Biggie during one of her own diary sessions, that she has a boyfriend outside the house who broke up with her because she didn’t disclose to him that she was going to be a part of the reality TV show until a few days to the show.
She said she hopes they reconcile when she leaves the house but if not, she might consider Ozo’s proposal as she considers him a great guy.
As watched, both housemates have been quite close in the house and most of the time always spotted together but last night, Nengi set the records straight to Ozo… again… telling him not to mistake their closeness for anything.
She said she hopes she isn’t leading him on but Ozo on the other hand, didn’t look pleased.

A woman caught a lot of people’s attention after she was captured on camera begging with a set of quadruplet on the road side but vanished when concerned Nigerians asked her to present the children’s birth certificate.
She’s now been labelled a scammer due to her failure to present the children’s certificates and disappearing when help was about to be offered.
With Nigerians willing to help her, the woman was questioned and she stated that the quadruplet are hers. She was then asked to present their birth certificate as proof so people can feel confident in helping her.
The woman who was found begging in Benue state said she needed to go to Onitsha for the certificate. However, her phone has since been switched off. Meanwhile, it’s been alleged that she’s also been seen begging with the children in Port Harcourt.
The woman’s photo was shared to warn Nigerians as it was alleged that there are a group of scammers who rent people’s children to beg for alms with them, after which they give a certain percentage to the biological parents of the kids.

A Nigerian woman has shared a heartbreaking video of her interrogating her househelp who allegedly tried to poison her drinking water.
In the video, the househelp could be seen kneeling down as her boss questioned her on why she was trying to poison her by pouring insecticide into her drinking water.

Nigerians social media users are reacting to a leaked video of late Senator Kashamu Buruji seeking forgiveness from billionaire businessman, Chief Kessington Adebutu, shortly before his death.
Kashamu who passed away on August 8 due to COVID-19 complications, had called Adebutu from his sickbed to ask for his forgiveness over the differences they had from a business deal that went wrong.
The late senator who conversed in Yoruba, pleaded with the businessman to forgive him for any wrongdoing. Adebutu after Buruji’s pleas, accepted his forgiveness and also asked Kashamu to withdraw all the lawsuits he filed against him to show he is sincere in his bid to seek for forgiveness.

The Katsina State Police Command has arrested three teenage boys for allegedly gang-raping and drowning a 13-year-old girl to death in a pond.
The State Police Spokesman, SP Gambo Isah, confirmed their arrest during a press briefing on Wednesday in Katsina.
The suspects aged between 15 and 16 are resident of Danmusa Local Government Area
According to Isah, the trio, all from Danmusa town, allegedly conspired, attacked and gang-raped a 13-year-old girl from Dutsen-Dadi village in Danmusa Local Government Area in their farmland on Aug. 14, 2020.
He said that after raping the victim, they threw her into a nearby pond, as a result of which, she got drown and died.
The spokesman added that the victim’s dead body was later discovered and taken to Danmusa Hospital, where she was confirmed dead.
Isah revealed that during investigation, the suspects confessed to have committed the offence, NAN reports.

Undergraduates in Kwara state have staged a protest asking for the reopening of higher institutions in the state.
Higher institutions of learning in Nigeria have been shut down since March as part of measures to contain the spread of the novel COVID-19 in the country.
The aggrieved undergraduates protested outside then state government house in Ilorin.
According to them, if airports, markets, and churches can be reopened, their schools should also be reopened.

CCTV footage has exposed a 30-year-old man who raped an 11-year-old girl in Sapele, Delta State.
The suspect identified as Jomaph was said to have denied raping the young girl and threatened to arrest her and her family members.
The Nation reported that the victim was assaulted when she went to use a convenience room, from where she came out minutes later crying and saying she had been abused by the suspect.

On Sunday, August 16, 2020, Kaisha became the fifth housemate to be evicted from the Betway sponsored Big Brother Naija Lockdown house. She recently embarked on a media tour of radio stations in Lagos where she discussed her experiences in the house and plans for the future.
Due to her stilted relationship with the housemates, some viewers were surprised that Kaisha managed to scale past the first set of evictions, and how she was saved by the housemates during the second Eviction Night. Kaisha managed to spend four weeks in Big Brother’s house, which is no small feat.
Still, her eviction came as no surprise to viewers. Kaisha explained that her eviction did not catch her by surprise either because she believed the other BBNaija housemates did not like her.
Kaisha had a lot to say about her time in the house. She addressed her first BBNaija Diary Session where she broke down and cried as she complained about the other housemates being fake. She said that her expectations about being in the house was very different from the reality she experienced there.
‘At a point I was bothered because I wanted to be understood but the housemates didn’t want to understand me.’
At the last party, it seemed as though there was some sort of chemistry between Kaisha and Neo, but she corrected everyone on that score – Neo was the first person in the house who made an effort to get to know her, so she likes him, but has no romantic feelings for him.
Despite being evicted, Kaisha says if she could go back to the house, she would not change anything, but would go on being her usual self. In her opinion, this might have been why she got booted out of the house – she was being herself and the housemates saw her as a threat to get rid of.

About the housemates she left behind in the BBNaija Lockdown house, Kaisha thinks most of the romantic relationships are not real but are only strategies to win the show. She also said that Erica was choosing Kiddwaya over Laycon because he was more financially buoyant.
