Big Brother Naija housemate, Praise has confirmed that he is engaged to be married and has a two year old son.
The male exotic dancer who revealed that he once was in a three-way relationship, during a get-to-know each other session the housemates were having, revealed that he actually is engaged and “hope-to-be married.
It should be recalled that just few hours after it was revealed that he was one of the housemates who made it to the Big Brother Naija house, fans quickly dug out photos of him with his engaged partner and his son.
During the launch show, one of the housemates, Praise, who was welcomed by the show’s host, Ebuka, revealed to him that he’s a single man, which has obviously had ladies on the lookout.
The housemates are currently having a get to know each other session and the 28-year-old revealed a number of things about himself which includes he hopes to have a brand in the near future where he has male exotic dancers and all.

Actor, TV Presenter and past winner of Big Brother Africa, Uti Nwachukwu has predicted that Big Brother Naija ‘Lockdown’ housemate, Laycon will emerge winner of this year’s edition.
According to Uti, the first week of Big Brother Naija usually points out the winner. He said a particular kind of ‘grace’ usually follows the housemate, leading to eventual victory.

Big Brother Naija fans have done some digging and they uncovered that one of the housemate in this year’s edition, Emuobonuvie “Neo” Akpofure is a family member to a former housemate of the Pepper Dem edition, Venita Akpofure.
The claim is also quite convincing due to the fact that they share the same SURNAME.
Emuobonuvie “Neo” Akpofure is a ride-hailing app driver and a Delta State native.
Although he describes himself as enjoyable, tolerant, loving and sensible, he has gained points from BBN viewers regarding bullying and inequality.

Big Brother Naija: Lockdown housemate, Tolanibaj Shobajo was caught in an embarrassing situation during an intellectual conversation she was having with other housemates.
The 27-year-old media personality from Lagos state, who says she’s an ‘energetic babe’ made the argument that “Europe is NOT a continent” in the presence of 4 other housemates.

According to him, the show pollutes the moral standards, promotes addiction and rakes in Billions in naira to other countries.

They do not want to be pressured, as they would like to do things when they are ready as they are working on their relationship. Prince, Ike’s cousin is in support of this move.
Mercy says the surprise element has been taken off, and she fears the relationship or marriage may not work, she also expressed her reservation about the interference of family.
The show ends as we see Mercy and Ike telling us how they enjoyed shooting the reality TV show together. They have learnt a lot so far in their relationship. Kate “Ka3na” Jones, one of the housemates in the Lock down season 5 edition of Big Brother Naija has revealed she was once married.
Ka3na, a 26-year-old entrepreneur from Rivers, Nigeria, opened up that she was once married, but things happened between them and they had to go their separate ways.
She went on to say although she’s now single, she isn’t searching.

Some friends of a Nigerian teenager who resides in Ibadan have beckoned for help on behalf of the teenager while accusing the teenager’s family of subjecting her to humiliation and abuse.
According to one of the friends, the embattled lady, aged 18, “has been maltreated at home for a while.”
The lady’s friend took to Twitter to allege that the young lady’s mother stripped her naked two weeks ago and beat her outside because she returned home late.
The friend revealed that members of the young lady’s family have been doing mean things to her, including her cousin, brother, uncle, and parents.
She recently ran away from home and went to stay with a friend and her family begged her to return home.
However, when she returned home, they allegedly hit her, took her phone from her, and locked her up in a room.
The friend went on to shared screenshots of messages the alleged victim sent to her complaining about the recent domestic abuse from her family.
She claimed her uncle returned home and hit her. He also allegedly hit her head on the wall several times and injured her. Her brother also allegedly threatened to deal with her when he comes home.
The friend shared photos of her friend’s injury and asked people to tag anyone who can help the abused woman.
Twitter users have begun tagging NGOs that handle domestic violence cases.

A Nigerian man, Mazi Uju Nwokorobia has sparked an outrage on social media after he revealed the role of women in the society.
The young man stated that women are not meant to pursue career or struggle to become wealthy.

A lady has shared the reaction her mother gave after seeing one of the photos from a photo shoot session she’d had.
In the screenshot of the conversation with her mother which has now been shared on social media, the lady’s mother confronts her about the particular picture she saw.
After telling her mother that she wasn’t nude in the photo, her mother went on to scold her about her act as she says she didn’t put into consideration the effect the photo might have on their family.

The first day of Big Brother Naija Lockdown has already produced some scintillating drama – enough for fans to get their Twitter thumbs flicking away at their phones.
They started the morning tentatively, sizing each other up, there have been some heartwarming moments, and Laycon is already showing that he’s the brains of the House – all this within the first 24 hours.
Ebuka has already seen the first signs of the street rooting for Laycon.

Some of the Housemates are already picking their allies, or is it love? Erica tried to latch onto Ozo but there is evidence he is trying his luck with Nengi. We must admit, though, Ozo and Nengi look delicious together. If they do hook up, can they sail?
Paired Up
From Ozo and Erica to Lilo and Eric, the Ships look ready to sail pretty early. Although Lilo was quite vocal about calling Eric her best friend, their slightly affectionate position told another story. Probably in a bid to know his true intentions or just making conversation, Lilo asked Eric about his plans for the girls in the House. His answer might have not been satisfactory, but she found comfort lying in his arms and that was all that mattered there and then.
The Housemates gave it their all on the first night in the House and they seem really hyped to be in the House. We can’t wait to see how much more they get to reveal about themselves and what dramatic twist and turns we will get during their stay.
We got a glimpse into who might be the bosses and the followers of the Big Brother Naija Lockdown workouts. At first, Housemates sat on the sidelines, tentatively deciding what to do while watching Neo and Ka3na bust out their dance moves in front of the mirror. It’s safe to say, they can burn the floor.
But after the Housemates warmed up, Praise took over the group session, coaching the ladies and giving sage advice. His efforts didn’t escape the glares of the other men in the group.
Meanwhile, Dorathy got BBNaija fans wagging their tongues for her workout.
Post-workout, Erica and Neo got to know each other a little better. Erica shared her aspirations as a Housemates saying she just wants to get to the end and get the money. Neo then revealed he’s a Cancerian, to which Erica replied: “Usually Cancerians are quiet and emotional. But you’re talkative.”

Police operatives from Satellite Town in Lagos have apprehended the notorious leader of a gang and he reportedly claimed he was the son of a Lagos monarch.
The man identified as Yusuf, AKA Prince, was arrested at Abule Oshun where he allegedly led his gang to a warehouse to rob and extort the owners.
Trouble reportedly started after members of the gang stormed a warehouse in Abule-Osun with the intention of extorting money from the owner but the attempt was resisted leading to a fierce crisis. The gang reportedly wounded scores of people and destroyed properties in the process.
Unconfirmed report claims that two persons were feared killed during the crisis that erupted Saturday morning, July 18, and their bodies were taken away to an unknown place.
Yusuf’s arrest comes after several months manhunt. He had reportedly been on the police’s wanted list for a series of crimes.
When he was arrested, he allegedly claimed to be the son of a man who claims to be the Oba of Oguntade village in Satellite Town.
His arrest triggered wild jubilation by residents who had been subjected to killings, extortion, harassment and intimidation for long by the gang.
Talking with LIB, Lagos State Police PRO, Bala Elkana said,
“I know we have a particular Yusuf in our custody, which has been on our wanted list for series of crimes in the past, around that axis. I don’t know whether he’s a son to any Oba somewhere.”
He added, “We have a Yusuf arrested who is involved in a series of crimes in the past that we’re investigating.”
