Nollywood actress, Toni Tones has taken to her social media page to disclose what some women want from romantic relationships.
According to Tone, not all women want marriage in a romantic relationship. The Actress further revealed that some women are in romantic relationships so they can have someone to have fun with, explore the world with, cook with, eat with, learn with, grow with and sleep with.
She also pointed out that while some women are more interested in marriage, others aren’t ready for marriage but still value romantic relationships. Toni Tones urged romantic partners to be clear on what they want from their relationship.
A Nigerian man identified as Usman Rasheed, who is claiming to be a former classmate with Maryam Sanda, has taken to his twitter page to write about the ‘unforgettable memories’ they shared together during their MSC days in the UAE.

Bilyaminu stated that God forbids a woman from checking her husband’s phone, while he can check hers. He said the reason for this, is because the man is at liberty to marry more than one wife.

Nollywood actress, Stella Damascus has taken to her Instagram page to tell her fans to be careful with the way they treat people who they feel are not on their level because sometimes, help comes from the most unexpected people.

Charly Boy has called out Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano, days after he was honored as a knight commander of the pontifical Order of St Gregory the Great (KCSG) at the Vatican by Pope Francis.
The Nigerian entertainer who described Governor Willie Obiano as loud, pompous and braggadocios, alleged that Willie Obiano seemed more intrested in his female workers than the buisness of the youths in Igbo land.

Popular actor, Ernest Asuzu, who’s currently making headlines after a video where he went shirtless to beg for help on the streets of Lagos surfaced online, has come out to defend his action.
The actor, who starred alongside Jim Iyke, in some Nollywood movies, said he went shirtless not because he was mentally derailed, but because he needed help for his medical condition.
In a new video clip, Asuzu said he deliberately removed his shirt so that Nollywood practitioners would feel his pain. He also solicited financial assistance from well-meaning Nigerians to enable him to take care of his medical bills.
Asuzu is currently down with a stroke. He went public with the illness about six years ago.
The actor was barely recognizable in the video. Mr. Louis said he found the actor begging for alms on the streets of Oke-Afa in Isolo, Lagos.
The actor could also be seen in the video nodding in affirmation. Asuzu also looked dazed and disoriented in the video. “So we are calling on Nollywood to come and assist their member. It is not only to act the film, but this guy also cannot even walk,” Mr. Louis said in the video.
Nigerian rapper, Erigga has taken to Twitter to shade 2017 BBnaija winner, Efe, saying the reality TV star is now broke.
Erigga, in his tweet, implied that Efe squandered his money and is now very broke.

The Federal government has warned Nigerians against travelling to China, following the recent outbreak of deadly Coronavirus in the Asian country.

Minister of Health, Dr. Osagie Ehanire who made the call after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting held at the Presidential Villa, also directed all airlines to report any case of a passenger falling sick on-board before the plane lands.
He said;
“In view of the trending stories around the Coronavirus, it has become very necessary to issue a travel advisory to Nigerians. The first is that all Nigerians and all from Nigeria, intending to travel to China should delay all their travel plans until further notice, except it is extremely essential for them to do that trip.
“All persons arriving from China or any country that has a major outbreak is advised, if they have no symptoms at all, to self-isolate, meaning that they stay indoors in their homes for at least two weeks and if they develop any symptoms, like cough, catarrh, sneezing, breathing difficulties within this period, to report to the nearest health facility.
“We are also advising all airlines to report any case of a passenger falling sick on-board before the plane lands. That is a requirement in the agreement. Nigerian Port Health Services, Nigeria Centre for Disease Control are on alert at our airports and other points of entry. That is the advisory.”

Vanessa Bryant, the wife of NBA Legend, Kobe Bryant on Wednesday broke her silence about the tragic death of her husband and their 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, who both died along with seven others in a tragic helicopter crash on Sunday Jan. 26th.
Bryant, 41, and his 13-year-old daughter were on their way to a basketball practice when the helicopter they were in crashed, killing everyone onboard.
On Wednesday afternoon, his widow, Vanessa, returned to Instagram to change her profile image to a photo of Kobe embracing their daughter. She also changed her profile from private to public.
Later in the evening, she posted an emotional post, where she appreciated everyone for their support adding that her family is completely devastated by the loss.

My girls and I want to thank the millions of people who’ve shown support and love during this horrific time. Thank you for all the prayers. We definitely need them. We are completely devastated by the sudden loss of my adoring husband, Kobe — the amazing father of our children; and my beautiful, sweet Gianna — a loving, thoughtful, and wonderful daughter, and amazing sister to Natalia, Bianka, and Capri.
We are also devastated for the families who lost their loved ones on Sunday, and we share in their grief intimately.

The Federal Government says it has concluded plans to repatriate another $321million Abacha loot in a tripartite understanding between the Island of Jersey, the United States of America and Nigeria.
The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, who made this known to newsmen, said the decision was taken at the Federal Executive Council meeting presided over by the President Buhari today Wednesday January 29th.
The AG. said based on the Memorandum of Understanding reached by the three parties, the repatriated loot would be used to finance key projects such as the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, the 2nd Niger Bridge and the Kadu-Kano Expressway.
The Minister also disclosed that €6.8m traced to convicted former Governor of Delta State, James Ibori, would also be repatriated but said negotiations had yet to start on the Ibori loot. Recall that in 2012, a UK court sentenced Ibori who was governor from 1999 to 2007, to prison after convicting him of fraud and money laundering.
Daffy Blanco, a UK based Nigerian singer called out popular singer, Peruzzi, accusing him of rape and extortion.
Blanco posted on her Instagram handle @daffyblanco, that she contracted Peruzzi to write her hit songs, but he went beyond business by taking advantage of her.

A corps member identified as Adebayo Mukaila, was reportedly shot dead on Tuesday January 28 after being attacked by 2 robbers in Osun State.
The deceased was attacked by two robbers riding on a motorcycle while on his way home after closing his shop where he sold recharge cards and also operated a money transfer bussiness through the Point of Sales (PoS) machine.
Though residents of the community he is serving in heard gunshots by 11pm on the day of the incident, they were reportedly scared to come out to rescue the corps member who was in company of a little girl believed to be his daughter.
An eyewitness told The Nation;
“Mukaila was attacked after closing his shop around 11.00pm on Tuesday by the hoodlums.
“They first disposed him of his bag containing cash, PoS machine, recharge cards and bunch of keys before they shot him on the head.
“The robbers thereafter took flight on their bike after killing him. Mukaila’s daughter, who was with him when the incident happened, cried for help but nobody could come forward initially to rescue him. The sound of the gunshot was too audible but no one could come out of the house.”
NYSC’s spokesperson in the state, Catherine Otemuyiwa confirmed the incident and also revealed that they’ve visited the family of the deceased to condole with them.
A Supermarket in Abuja, reportedly a Chinese supermarket where imported seafoods and other animals from the asian country are illegally sold in the Jabi Area of Abuja, have been shut down.
Tweeting about this development on Twitter, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) disclosed that the supermarket was shut down as a precautionary measure to the outbreak of coronavirus.
It was also discovered that some of the products sold at the supermarket had 2089, 2073, 2037, 2018 and 2019 expiry dates.
The tweets read;
“FCCPC inspected Panda Supermarket; Jabi on credible reports that it discriminated and had a concealed area for Asian nationals. Allegation confirmed, seafood and animals imported illegally from China discovered,” it tweeted.
“Store closed in abundance of caution considering coronavirus. Products with expired and irregular shelf life were also discovered at Panda Supermarket, Jabi, Abuja yesterday.
“Regulatory activities to remove all offensive products from the Supermarket continues.”
Olukayode Salako, husband of actress Foluke Daramola Salako, has accused a journalist, Olutade Oluwatosin Simeon, of publishing fake news of the dissolution of their marriage that caused the actress to suffer a miscarriage on Tuesday January 28th.
In a series of posts shared on his Facebook page, Mr Salako said Foluke was shocked by the report that she lost an eight week old pregnancy on Tuesday January 28th. According to him, his almost seven year old marriage to Foluke is still intact and that if there would be a divorce, he would announce it himself. He wrote

A 33-year-old landlord, Stanley Ejike Awam, has been arrested for allegedly harbouring suspected internet fraudsters.
Stanley and 10 other suspected ‘Yahoo Boys’ were arrested by EFCC operatives today at different locations of the Ibadan metropolis following actionable intelligence on their alleged illegal activities.
A statement released by EFCC spokesperson, Tony Orilade reads in part
“For men of the commission who carried out the arrest, it was a daunting task locating Stanley’s six-flat property tucked inside an isolated environment around Ologuneru area of the Oyo State capital.”
He revealed that nine suspects, including Stanley, were arrested at the premises in Ibadan. Others are Henry Echefu, Usman Mustapha, Adeleke David, Olafuyi Josiah, Shorefire Ayokunmi, Riliwan Ajao, Abulsalam Abubakar and Lukman Salam.
Orilade said investigations is still ongoing and that the suspects will be charged to court in due time.
The cause of the fire outbreak at the popular Balogun market in Lagos state has been revealed.
Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Lagos State Governor on New Media, Jubril Gawat, revealed that the fire started after someone, possibly a trader, attempted to refuel his generator while it was on. An explosion ensued and the fire immediately started spreading.
Dr. Femi Oke-Osanyintolu, spokesman, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, said a total of seven buildings were affected while two of the affected buildings has collapsed.
“This fire has escalated to adjoining buildings totaling seven (7) in number and now is being contained by the Emergency responders-Lagos State Fire Service and the Federal Fire Service and NPA Fire Service. Seven buildings are affected and one has collapsed.
All responders are on ground and progress is being made. We urge for calm and will provide further updates,” said Oke-Osanyintolu, LASEMA’s Director General.
Men of the state fire service are still at the scene trying to put out the fire.

Award winner and singer, Angelique Kidjo stormed Smooth FM radion station in Lagos, Nigeria on Wednesday for an interview.
A video obtained from LIB captures the moment the Grammy winner could be heard greeting the staff at the studio in Yoruba.
Nigerian singer, Asa, who was also present at the studio, cheerfully hugged Kidjo and the latter complemented her footwear.
The veteran Beninese singer revealed she will be performing live in the Western part of Nigeria for the first time.
“This is my first time in Lagos… My first time playing in Lagos. The last time I was here was in ’93. I left here at 13 years old” she said.
The singer also claimed her father was “too afraid” of her mum bringing her here as a child because he feared if she comes here, she won’t want to go back to resume school.
American Singer, Rihanna recently ended her romantic relationship with Saudi billionaire, Hassan Jameel and it seems she has already moved on, into the arms of rapper A$AP Rocky, according to a report in The Sun.
Riri and Rocky, who were reported to have had a romantic thing or two in past years, were seen getting cozy at the 2020 Yams Day Benefit Concert on January 17 — the same day the pop star and entrepreneur broke it off with Jameel.
The pair’s festive evening in the Big Apple reportedly included spending the night together.
‘They shared a hotel suite during that trip in New York,’ a source said.
Even with the sparks flying between the two, the We Found Love singer has been reluctant to put a label on her relationship with the rapper, being that her split from Jameel is still so fresh.
‘They’re really enjoying each other’s company,’ the source explained.
‘It’s really casual between them and she’s not thinking about whether there’s a future with Rocky. She’s a newly-single girl having fun.’
