Reacting to this call out, Ike went live on Facebook, and mocked everyone who dared to call him out. He said in the video, “Mercy, slow down.. You know I can’t go anywhere without you. I be your hand bag, I be your wrapper”
Exactly a week back, Social media was awash with exciting news of Big Brother Naija Season 4 Winner, Mercy Eke signing an endorsement deal with Luxury Champagne Brand, Moët & Chandon.
Immediately the news broke, the whole Mercenaries (As she calls her fans), were so excited about the new, as photos and videos of her at the Lagos Moët & Chandon office were posted on her Instagram page..

While Mercy is not an ambassador for the luxury champagne brand,Moët & Chandon proudly supported her party with bottles of luxury champagne.
According to a Moët official, Moët & Chandon is currently not signing any new ambassadors and they generally allow people to take photos in their offices.
This wasn’t an exception. The source by BN, stated that Moët & Chandon is happy for Mercy for her success so far and that they wish her well. She is however not an ambassador for Moët & Chandon.
To be fair, Mercy never explicitly stated that she is an ambassador for the global brand. According to her caption, she’s just happy to be a part of the family.

A Justice of the Federal High Court has ordered that a “fake” native doctor be remanded for “juju scam”.
Justice Patricia Ajoku of the Federal High Court 1, sitting in Ibadan, Oyo State ordered the remand of native doctor, Fatai Olalere Alli (a.k.a. Baba Abore, Baba Oshun), and two others – Adigun Fatai Olusegun and Olufemi Kolawole – in prison custody pending the filing, hearing and determination of their bail applications, EFCC reports.
The accused persons were arraigned by the EFCC, Ibadan zonal office, on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, on criminal charges bordering on conspiracy, money laundering and obtaining money by false pretense.
The court had earlier granted EFCC’s petition for an order of interim forfeiture of properties traced to Alli as well as freezing of accounts he allegedly used to receive proceeds of crime.
Reality TV star, Symply Tacha has deactivated her Instagram account.
The reason for this is unknown, but there are rumors flying around that the Reality TV star deactivated her account after she lost a good number of followers.
Tacha’s stans of course came to her defense explaining that she only did that because Instagram shadow-banned her… and this shadow-ban is the reason for the slow growth of her Instagram account (followers).
So as to quickly resolve the shadow-ban issue, she deactivated her account.

A 67-year-old Chinese woman has become the world’s oldest mother to conceive naturally after she recently gave birth to a baby girl.
The new mother named, Tian, delivered a healthy girl by Caesarean section on Friday, October 25, Zaoatzhuang city’s Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital confirmed.
But the hospital said it could not confirm that Tian had conceived naturally as she was already pregnant when they took her as a patient.
The child was bestowed on the two of us by heaven,’ Tian’s 68-year-old husband, surnamed Huang, told Chinese news site guancha.cn. Tian’s daughter reportedly weighed 2,560 grams (5.6 pounds) at birth.
Tian told Jinan Times that she only discovered that she was pregnant when she went to the hospital for a health check, telling the newspaper: ‘I didn’t want it, initially.’
Chinese newspaper Jinan Times said Tian already had two children, including a son born in 1977, two years before China imposed a one-child policy to control its burgeoning population.
Currently, the world’s oldest natural mother is retired civil servant Dawn Brooke from Guernsey, who fell pregnant at the age of 58. Mrs Brooke gave birth to a son by C-section in 1997.

A 35-year-old man, Ahmed Isah, has been arrested for engaging in anal sex with under-aged boys in Sarkin-Pawa, #NigerState.
According to NEW TELEGRAPH, Isah was arrested after a man reported to the police that Isah lured his 8-year-old cousin into his room to have intercourse with him through his anus.
The suspect confessed to have been engaging in anal sex with underage boys between eight and ten years because he wanted to satisfy himself sexually.
According to Isah, he lures his victims with sweets, coke, and biscuits after the act of sodomy in order to keep them quiet and have not made any of them tell their parents about the act.
“I resorted to the act because I do not have money to give to women after sex and they are not willing to give it to me free of charge hence I resorted to having sex with under-aged boys in my area. .

Reality star, Uriel Oputa has opened up to her followers about her struggles and why she’s considering having a child the unconventional way as a result.

Isi opined that Tacha is a reality star who does need very much calculated branding hence the methods Tebillz would use in managing her brand might not work.

So one of the housemates of BBNaija, Tacha, is being managed by Teebillz.
OK.
I’m not trying to knock anyone’s hustle, but this will end in tears.
There would be the attempt to be very professional with her brand.
She is a reality star, she doesn’t need that much calculated branding. She needs to be organic, almost as if things are happening around her and she’s in awe. The brand has to remain untreated with an element of artlessness.
Teebillz is going to try and build her like he is building a real artiste. She is not an artiste. She is a reality star.
And the fact that it is such a publicised management is a problem. She is going to miss out on a few things because people do not like Teebillz. It’s a fact.
The management at some point will become the problem instead of solving the problem.
I checked her IG page and it is boring. She needs to do randomly themed photoshoots that are stunning, just for the heck of it. Portraying other types of women – women she probably admires across history OR women her management wants her to admire.
People need to see her in more beautiful clothes. Brands need to see how she plays up her best features, and find some hidden talent within those pictures that will resonate with their brands.
Teebillz is going to use his contacts to try and make her popular or get her endorsements. His contacts in the last two decades were mainly in entertainment, particularly in music. Again, Tacha is not an artist.
He can have a role to play in her brand, but to be the one in charge of what she becomes as a figure after a show like BBNaija, is not a feat Teebillz can pull.
He can try, because he needs to redeem himself, but you can’t give what you don’t have.
I don’t even think corporate Nigeria likes him very much. It’ll be a problem for her own brand. She’ll be carrying this man’s wahala along. Tiring.
I think she needs to be organic. I really think so.
Look at the crowd that met her at Festival Mall the other day. I saw the video and I couldn’t believe it. Not even Cee-C could pull a crowd like that.
She needs to be organic. It has to be natural. She needs to also embrace a bit of her original self.
Her IG journey has to be a story from flawed to unmerited success.
The demerit of management, however, is the ambition to polish her too quickly. Even in first world countries, there’s a small delight to see celebrities act flawed.
Her page doesn’t have any personality. It is too polite, too appropriate, it takes away the element of what her fans like about her.
I still haven’t watched what made them disqualify her (and I won’t), but she is loved, and she didn’t get all that love from TeeBillz branding, she got it because she is flawed. That “flaw” needs to be fine-tuned, not completely erased.

There’s also the fact that TeeBillz likes being in the centre of what’s going on. He too likes the camera and the fame.
It is always a bad idea to work with a publicist or manager that likes fame.
A company I worked for a long time ago, I remember telling my boss to stop hiring people who want fame. It’s tough, because the camera is supposed to be on ONE person. Everybody has to take a backseat. It is probably why I get along with all the actresses I have worked with. I am not in competition with them. They are the celebrities, I am the writer. Our assignments are very different.
Not too many people understand that. Soon Teebillz may be walking down the red carpet with her, trying to revive his own hunger for the spotlight.
And there’s the whole history with Tiwa, the mismanagement of funds, the lau lau spending, things like that.
I wish Tacha would just follow the Cee-C route and own this narrative, get endorsements and spoil us with beautiful pictures made for brands.
Olaide, my friend, talks about her all the time, so I had to pay attention.
I really wish her well.
But I don’t trust a Teebillz management to look out for her, not because he wouldn’t want to, but mainly because he probably doesn’t understand what a woman like Tacha needs to project as a brand.
By now she should have a lot of brands queuing up to endorse her. Things are moving too slowly. She has the highest number of followers of any of the housemates from this season on IG (as I read, haven’t seen the others).
That number of followers took Cee-C months to gather! Tacha gathered in days!

Nigerian Singer, Davido, has had a change of heart towards his accusers after they were paraded in handcuffs earlier today.

Commenting on the girls being paraded on handcuffs, Bala said it was wrong and that the girls have the right to sue as a private citizen has no right under the law to parade a suspect.
He added that the singer cannot adjudge the ladies guilty as only a competent court of jurisdiction can produce a person guilty of a crime.
Over the last two days, a particular report had been making the rounds on social media that the Nigerian military is planning a Operation Positive Identification – a report they’ve now come to debunk.
The news had made the rounds that the Nigerian military had planned a nationwide operation that would require citizens tender their means of identification across the country – an operation that was tagged “Operation Positive Identification”
Operation Positive Identification’ according to the earlier reports, would see soldiers accosting citizens on the streets or highways and asking them to produce means of identification on the spot.
Soldiers had been taking similar measures to separate citizens from terrorists in the Boko Haram-ravaged northeastern part of Nigeria. The military claimed last month that citizens in the North-east had been cooperating with troops to make the exercise successful by carrying with them valid identity documents.

Big Brother Naija ‘Pepper Dem’ winner, Mercy Eke has taken to her social media to show off the interior design of her newly acquired duplex in Victoria Crest homes, Lekki, Lagos.
The reality star took her time to make a video showing her fans round the house; from her living room to her kitchen to the toilet. She also put on display the furniture and appliances in the house.

Davido is keeping true to his word about unleashing the full might of the law upon the two sisters who accused him of impregnating one of them, as they have been arrested despite apologizing to the singer.
Earlier they asserted that they only did what they did to congratulate him on the birth of his first son, in a unique way.
This video surfaced online days after it was revealed that the singer welcomed his first son with girlfriend and wife-to-be, Chioma.
Davido promptly denied the allegation and also promised to give any fan who finds the ladies for him N1 million. He also vowed to send them to jail for making such claims about him.
He has sworn to make them pay as he strongly maintains that there’s no room for forgiveness.

Earlier today, news made rounds that the EFCC arrested a Lebanese, Hamza Koudeih, alleged to be an accomplice of Ismaila Mustapha aka Mompha, who was recently arrested by the commission.
Head of the EFCC’s Lagos zonal office, Mr. Mohammed Rabo, said Koudeih was arrested alongside two others whose nationalities are yet to be established following their alleged involvement in internet fraud and money laundering.
“Hamza Koudeih was arrested over the weekend at the Eko Atlantic Pearl Tower, Victoria Island, Lagos, where he occupied one of the luxury suites. It cost about $5 million annually as rent to maintain the luxury suite.
After the news dropped, Nigerians reacted more to the cost of the apartment than any other detail in the report..LOL.
