This morning, Mercy and Tacha had a ‘brutal’ face-off, that led to series of thrown punches, before other housemates intervened.
During the blast session, Mercy told Tacha that she really needs to take care of her body,
Mercy tagged Tacha an Instagram Beggar with bad breath and body odor.
Tacha of course, during the faceoff acted like she wasn’t concerned about the ‘accusation’ as she went on defending herself, insulting Mercy and even went as far as pulling her wig.
However, Tacha was later spotted spraying perfume on herself while still verbally abusing Mercy.

Former Big Brother Naija reality star, Gifty Powers took to her Instagram handle to share a post which some people will see as disgusting.
In her post, the mother of one narrated a situation she ate the food her daughter unknowingly peed on. According to her, she was eating a sumptuous meal and her daughter out of no where peed in the food, instead of her disposing the food, she continued eating the food with joy.
“Have you as a mother been in a situation whereby you’rs eating a tasty meal and out of nowhere, your child unknowingly pees in your food and you being the mother you go ahead and eat that food with joy… like you’ve won yourself a lottery?

Rape allegation: Nigerian female pastor, Busola Olotu gives shocking revelations about Biodun Fatoyinbo; says she believes Busola Dakolo (Video)
The rape allegation leveled on clergyman, Biodun Fatoyinbo by Busola Dakolo, wife of singer Timi Dakolo is yet to be dissolved and it doesn’t look like it will be anytime soon.
Reverend Busola Olotu, a clergywoman who Biodun Fatoyinbo saw as a mentor, had an exclusive interview with media personality, Adesuwa Onyenokwe, where she revealed that Busola’s sister, Funmi Ayeni, had come to her in 2011 to recount how her sister, Busola, had become troubled after she was allegedly raped by Fatoyinbo who was her pastor at the time.
Pastor Olotu who is a lawyer by training, said she spoke with Busola at the time her sister came with the story and she could tell that Busola was telling the truth as she exhibited the traits of a rape victim who was very troubled. Pastor Olotu said three members of her church who had also come out to seek counsel after they were raped, had also fingered Fatoyinbo as the person who raped them.
Pastor Olotu in her interview said she had a revelation where she saw Fatoyinbo on bed with another lady and when she challenged him in shock, he told her that he had a “Grace for such things“.
Pastor Olotu said after her revelation, she met with Fatoyinbo’s then spiritual father, Reverend Emmanuel Oset, and to her shock, Pastor Oset replied, “So he is still doing this thing?”.
Pastor Oset in another interview with Onyenokwe, also said that many ladies had come to him in the past to make same allegation as Busola against Fatoyinbo.
According to Reverend Oset, the allegations were glaringly true. He said he cut ties with Fatoyinbo in 2014 after he tried to reach him when the Ese Walter scandal happened in August 2013.

Breaking: One more #BBNaija housemate will be evicted today
Our sources have confirmed not one but two surprise evictions will happen in the BBNaija house today. The first already happened this morning, with Cindy leaving the house, having had the least number of votes, and then, the second eviction will happen later in the evening.
This confirmation follows the brands – DStv and GOtv – posts via social media, stating that surprise evictions will happen from Thursday till Monday.
Earlier in the week, Frodd emerged the Ultimate Veto Power Holder (UVPH), and in a new twist, Biggie tasked him with nominating 5 housemates for possible eviction.
Frodd proceeded to nominate Tacha, Elozonam, Cindy, Ike and Mike who now face possible evictions based on votes.

The fight that ensued between controversial Big Brother Naija housemates, Mercy and Tacha earlier this morning looks like it’s going to continue for the rest of the day as both of them are still at it.
In course of their duel, Instagram socialite, Tacha took a serious swipe at Mercy for claiming to be a virgin and called her a fake person. While reacting to her claim, Tacha went on to reveal that she’s not a virgin and she doesn’t need a guy to clout chase the way Mercy does.
Mercy on the other hand decided to give the silent treatment before heading on into the garden with Ike while mocking the bickering housemate behind her. She later on can be heard saying Tacha has a smelling body and has her bath only once in a day which is unhygienic and not womanly.

Dad chains, locks his 16-year-old daughter for two years for rejecting forced marriage (video)
A 62-year-old man in Kano State has been arrested for chaining and locking up 16-year-old daughter, Fatima, for rejecting forced marriage.
It was revealed that the suspect Muhammad Ujujud, a resident of Rinji village in Madobi Local Government Area of the state locked up the teenager as punishment for refusing to accept a husband he forced on her.
A member of the community who secretly leaked the story to journalists explained that the man was notorious for meting out corporal punishment on his family and he was dreaded in the village.
According to the locals, Mr Ujudud only rarely fed his captive children with food. “He hardly gave them food to eat. They sleep and defecate in just one point,” said a neighbor who preferred not to be named.
Appearing pale and ill, NAPTIP officials then took Binta to a private hospital in Kano, where she is currently receiving treatments.
In an interview with DAILY NIGERIAN reporter, one of the sons of Mr Ujudud who fled his father’s way of punishment, confirmed that his brother Shehu starved to death in captivity.
He added that his mother died few years ago and his father is now living with their step mother.

Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote was celebrated by close friends and family in the United States this week following the successful launch of the ‘Africa Center’ in New York which had Bill Gates and Mo Ibrahim in attendance.
At a reception organised in his honour, Dangote, who is worth 9.2 Billion US Dollars, surprised guests at the event when it was time to rock the dance floor.
The 62-year-old was spotted bursting some soft ‘Zanku’ moves as Teni performed her hit song, ‘For Your Case’ (A song that has his name mentioned in it.).

Massive turnout in Ajegunle as body of late mad melon is escorted to the mortuary
Earlier today, it was reported that veteran musician, Omeofa Oghene better known as Mad Melon of music group, Danfo Drivers had passed on.
In light of the news, the deceased’s body was later being transported to the mortuary and there was a massive turnout as people mourned in Ajegunle as his corpse was escorted to the Mortuary.
Residents of Ajegunle came out en masse as the body of the deceased was transported to the Mortuary.
Dignitaries from the city and beyond also stormed the family residence of the deceased to mourn and extend their condolences.
Daddy Showkey, who earlier spoke on the news also shared a video from the turnout on his page, writing,

26-year-old newly engaged singer, Davido took to his page to share photos of his daughters as he joined the rest of the world to celebrate daughters’ day.

Imade Adeleke, the first daughter of Davido was born of his romance with serial entrepreneur, Sophia Momodu. His second daughter, Hailey, was born in the US on May 9, 2017.
The ‘Blow my Mind’ singer is currently expecting another child with his girlfriend, Chioma Rowland. Davido had on September 14 confirmed that Chioma was pregnant with their first baby together.
The confirmation came a day after the singer formally got engaged to the 24-year-old chef at a restaurant in London. The family of the two lovers had an introduction at Chioma’s parents’ house in Lagos.

Fake Jumia agent arrested in Benin City. (Photo)
A 23-year-old identified as Edoboryi Osaruese Leerees has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC in Benin, Edo state capital for posing as a Jumia Agent.
The Fake Jumia Agent was arrested after a lady made a complaint of she and her friend paying over One Million Naira (N1,000,000) for the supply of goods they ordered from his page online but never got.
“Leerees was arrested following a petition by a lady who claimed to have paid him over One Million Naira (N1,000,000) for the supply of goods which she and her friends ordered from his page online but never got the items.
According to the lady, Leerees sent her a message on WhatsApp and told her he was an agent of Jumia and pledged with her to help him market his products which were on sales at 40% discount.
When the lady saw how attractive the prices were, she and her two friends credited his accounts with the sum of One Million Naira (N1,000,000) and waited for the delivery of their goods.
However, days went by and the lady did not recieve her good and she went to Jumia office to make inquiry and discovered that Leerees was not an agent but a fraud and then decided to petition the EFCC after he refused to refund her money” the statement read in part.\
The suspect operates by using his social media platforms to advertise goods which are purportedly on promo at cheaper prices as a Jumia agent. The adverts appear genuine and makes unsuspecting social media users transfers money to him for goods they will never get.

Head of states, President Muhammadu Buhari met with world’s richest man, Bill Gates and Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote in New York.
During the meeting earlier today, the President lauded the contributions of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, as well as Aliko Dangote Foundation to humanitarian and developmental activities in Nigeria.

Aliko Dangote revealed that he plans to give out a chunk of his wealth to charity just like Microsoft founder, Bill Gates.
In his speech at the 2019 Goalkeepers’ event hosted by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in New York on Wednesday September 24, Dangote expressed delight in Bill Gates’ philanthropy which is quite evident in Nigeria.
According to him, the billionaire philanthropist has invested so much in people he has no relationship with and this has made him (Dangote) a better person.
He said,
“When I started my foundation in 1994, I never realized we had this massive challenge in the health sector.
“Really, it was mind-boggling when we had this agreement to collaborate with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and that really opened my eyes to realize that there are a lot of challenges in health.
“At that time I didn’t have the opportunity of meeting Bill but meeting Bill changed me into a different person. This is somebody that has nothing to do with us in Africa or Nigeria but he is putting his money and his soul into everything.
“He is very committed to helping humanity and that really surprises me a lot and I realized that he is a simple person and I never knew Bill would be this simple. He is a very soft-spoken guy and kindhearted.
“It is very difficult to find people like Bill in this world. Bill, we are very grateful and I can assure you that with my association with Bill, my only prayer is that in the next few years, I will try and give my chunk of wealth to charity.”

According to the user, _oroboghene, the man dumped his girlfriend of 3 years because a Pastor he met for prayers told him that the lady he initially wanted to marry was bad for him and making him live in sin as they cohabited.
However, few months into his marriage with the virgin and virtuous woman he married thereafter, he is now opting for divorce after being thrown out of his house by his wife who reportedly can’t cook, too lazy to do house chores and engages in ceaseless verbal abuse and nagging.

Sade Adu’s transgender son, Izaak Theo Adu has shared a message to appreciate her for standing beside him all through his transformation from female to male.
This he did after spending six months recovering from phalloplasty surgery, a procedure transgender and binary people go through.
Izaak described the process as “trying, tiring, painful, emotionally exhausting, physically exhausting, uncomfortable.”

Organisers of the on-going Big Brother Naija reality show have announced that ‘surprise eviction’ will begin tonight, Thursday, September 26th as against the regular Sunday night evictions.
Currently, there are 10 housemates left in the house with barely 10-days to the end of the season and 5 of them are already nominated for possible eviction come Sunday.
The five housemates up for eviction are, Tacha, Mike, Ike, Elozonam and Cindy.
