It mostly applies on men, not because “men are evil beings “ (trust me there are some amazing guys out there) but simply because men know society will ALWAYS favor them . A woman can be mentally & physically abused for years and being blamed for what she is facing at the same dame time! WILL YOU NOT GO CRAZY??! If she tries to leave, they will shout “go back & fix your home”. Back where?! And who will fix the broken you?

Some even justify violence and acts of criminal offenses with “no marriage is perfect” .. are you people ok? Many guys don’t even bother being better men to their women because they were taught that women HAVE NO CHOICE & culture and society makes our voices meaningless (we almost labeled as mad, delusional, bad, senseless and crazy when we try to stand for ourselves) and our pain is absolutely normalized, you suffer in silence and on your own while smiling on the outside (if your own mother tells you “go back & pray harder”, who you really get support from?). No matter situation , no matter what you put her through , its woman’s fault & she “caused it”… right? …. OK…….

Then all of the sudden ….there goes SOCIAL MEDIA… A voice to voiceless LOL . A platform where people realize that they are not alone in what they are facing.. a platform where women unite & support one another. Ranting is too much? Best man accused of marrying groom’s bride, finally speaks

About two days ago, a Nigerian man disclosed that his ‘best man’ married his new wife while he was still married to her – in an interview with the vanguard, Shola Motunbi, 39, the husband to Marian, accused his wife of betraying their marriage by getting married to a man who he has said, best him on their wedding day.

According to Shola,

“I am married to Marian Ekiomado, on August 6th 2016 both tradition and the white wedding took place, we also had marriage registry. However, a few months into our wedding I caught her with different text messages on her phone and discovered Facebook account with her boyfriends”.

Now the accused gentleman has finally spoken on the allegations as he reveals that he never bested the so-called groom on his wedding day… He proves this with photos of the groom and his real best man whilst revealing that he’d never met him in his life.

“Ghana can’t boast of virgins anymore” – Actor, Don Little says

Diminutive Kumawood actor, Don Little has said he’s worried about the fact that his country can’t boast of virgins anymore.

According to him, the makeup of various homes in the country now is a major reason why most of the young ones today are not virgins.

He explained that because most of them live in single rooms with their parents so they tend to see them when they decide to have sex and as such, they try to explore what they see later.

Little also stressed that the era where a lot of occultic activities took the center stage in Ghana is another reason why most of the young ladies now tend to break their virginity early. He stated that because many of the girls are afraid that they will be used for rituals, they break their virginity early.

Passengers heard crying out in terror inside the burning plane at Moscow airport (Watch)

A really heartbreaking video shot by a passenger inside the passenger plane which was engulfed in flames, shows the moment passengers cried out in terror as their plane did an emergency landing at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport.

The Sukhoi SSJ100 operated by national airline Aeroflot had 73 passengers and five crew members on board when it touched down and sped across a runway with flames and black smoke coming off its body. Sadly, 41 people died in the fire yesterday, a spokeswoman for the Russian Investigative Committee said.

In the video shot from inside the burning plane, people can be heard screaming and crying as the fire spread from the plane’s engine.

Two children were among the passengers who died, the Investigative Committee said. At least six people were reported injured.

In his heartfelt letter, the actor confirms rumours of crisis in his marriage before he then promises the actress that she will never be the undeserving wife again.

His lengthy bit heartfelt letter, reads,

‘This is my tribute to a great Lady, my life has almost always revolved around strong women. The first strong woman in my life was the enigmatic Angela Bassey Doyle, who while still grieving as a young widow gave birth to me and stayed unmarried to nurture me

She stayed around as a strong pillar in my life till I was well in my 40’s before she passed away. Next was my aristocratic sister Ayodeji Omobolanle Alakija, the 2nd of two daughters of my great mother. She unfortunately passed on in her 40’s but in her life time was the very epitome of grace, and courage.

She was not ” lucky in the love department ” as she was the victim of a loveless and fraudulent marriage, yet she carried on with the panache that only an Alakija is able to. My life would me incomplete without mentioning the mother of 3 of my sons, the very forthright Rosamond Emechete.
Who in spite of her fragile health gave me 3 very handsome sons and sadly passed on 7 months after the birth of our last son, Eyitemi. Shortly after the passing of Rosamond, God sent me an angel. Not only did this angel dry my tears, comfort my soul and lift my spirit at the lowest point in my life, but she showered my boys with the highest quality of care that I have ever seen a mother give her children.

I have been young and now I am older, and I have never seen a woman more loving , caring and devoted than this lady. She not only ignored the taunting of “true friends” who queried what she was doing with a “broke ass” like me. Frankly, if she was my sister, I would have asked her the same question.

Have I always justified or honored her courageous decision to stick with me through thick and thin? The answer is a big resounding NO. If any thing I have been most undeserving of the affection of this most uncommon woman. Have I taken her Love for granted? You bet I have, why? because like most men, I am prone to being a jerk. I can not count how many times she has had to pick up the slack when I have failed in my duties as a husband and father.

She has with the greatest sense of responsibility been the rock of our family. Without a doubt she is the most generous woman I know, a dependable friend, a loyal ally and the most loving and sensual woman ever.

Lately I had been less than worthy of her affection and was deservedly put in the proverbial “dog house”. As usual , she has with compassion taken me out of the “dog house” and reinstated all my rights and privileges as the Lord and Master of the home. I know that at the back of her mind , she’s mentally preparing for my next “cock up”.

I hereby pledge that there shall never be another “cock up”. Her days of an undeserving and under performing partner are over. Her love and devotion over the years will never go unrewarded . My Angel has proven that a good woman can by her conduct ” convert an unbelieving husband”, that is not to say I am an unbelieving husband, maybe recalcitrant would better describe what I was. I am now a truly ” born again” husband. I now publicly proclaim that I am married to The Best Woman Alive. Now, I know that God truly loves me for sending me the ” Angel Of My Life” (apologies to Paul Play).

Monday the 21st of December will make it 15 years since this most classy lady uttered the words ” I DO” to me in the presence of God and Man. The last 15 years have been any thing but smooth, true the ride has been bumpy with My Angel bearing the brunt of the rough times, but by the Grace of God those days are over In Jesus Name. Isaiah 42 verse 9 says ” Behold the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them”. Heaven has spoken and so shall it be.

Stephanie Otobo has reacted to the online war between OAP Daddy Freeze and Comedian Akpororo over tithing issue.

Just yesterday, Daddy Freeze mocked the comedian for throwing a free show after tickets to his event failed to sell.

He wrote:

Wasn’t this the same comedian that insulted me and called me a wall gecko at the House of the Rock experience last December? Has his tithe stopped working for him or did he miss paying his tithe for a month?

Daddy Freeze has clapped back at Akpororo.

This all started when a video showed ‘someone’ issuing out free tickets for Akpororo’s Comedy show in Okoko.

According to the report, there was a poor turn out at the show, even after the comedian crashed the price of the tickets. Tickets were sold for N2000 for Regular, VIP for N5,000, VVIP for N10,000 and Table for 10 for N100,000.

Seeing that people didn’t turn out for the show, tickets were being given out for free.

After this report went viral, Controversial OAP, and Leader of the Free Nation, Daddy Freeze reacted, questioning the Comedian if his tithe had stopped working for him.

Daddy freeze wrote;

We have ruined our lives – 3 Brothers arrested for alleged ritual killing

Three brothers are now in police net in Niger state for killing a man for ritual purposes in the Borgu Local Government Area of the state.

Security operatives reportedly swooped in on the suspects, Saminu Usman,25; Yusuf Usman,22; and Muhammadu Usman, 35, after a complaint by the father of their victim, Yakubu Garba.

Herald Nigeria gathered that the victim, one Shehu Garba, was kidnapped by the three brothers and taken to an unknown location where they planned to kill him for rituals.

It got to the peak on Sunday when the suspects took their victim to a bush where they killed him and cut off one of his hands.

One of the suspects, Saminu, alleged that his eldest brother, Mohammadu, instructed them to cut off their victim’s hand for the ritual to enable them to be rich.

He stated, “It was actually not our intention to kill our victim for rituals. But after killing him, we cut off his hand, which we planned to use for ritual, before we were arrested by the police.

“I don’t know what to say; but we have disappointed our parents and other family members. Imagine three brothers going to jail at the same time; we have ruined our lives.”

Confirming the incident, the command Public Relations Officer, Muhammad Abubakar, said the suspects had confessed to the crime, and that the matter had been charged to court.

Apparently, the young man patronized the company after the death of his father, but then, he felt irritated that they considered him their customer.

41 dead as Russian plane catches fire on the runway while making emergency landing.

Forty-one people were killed when a Russian passenger plane made a fiery crash-landing Sunday at a Moscow airport, said Elena Markovskaya, a member of the country’s Investigative Committee.

Two children are among the dead, according to the committee.

The Russian Superjet 100 was flying from Moscow to Murmansk when a fire broke out on board. Aeroflot Flight SU1492 returned to Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport, making a hard landing, news agency Interfax reported.

Thirty-seven people survived, Markovskaya told reporters at Sheremetyevo Airport. Five survivors are hospitalized, she said.

The plane had 73 passengers and five crew members on board. Russian state news agency TASS reported.

Videos on social media show the plane engulfed in flames on the tarmac and people evacuating through emergency slides.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has been informed of the fiery emergency landing of the Aeroflot jet in Moscow and has ordered a “thorough investigation,” Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told TASS.

“All instructions have been given to conduct the most thorough investigation, [to carry out] the necessary orders to find out the cause of this accident,” said Peskov, according to TASS.

Aeroflot, the unofficial national airline of Russia, confirmed that the fire occurred but hasn’t commented yet on casualties.

President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday returned to Abuja from London, United Kingdom.

Buhari was in London on a ten-day private visit.

His plane, according to presidential aides, torched down at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at exactly 6:24 pm.

He was welcomed by routine of aides.

Don’t Marry Jobless Men — Adeboye to Single Ladies

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adeboye has warned single ladies to avoid marrying jobless men.

Jobless men, he said, have the tendencies to use, dump and abandon such ladies.

Adeboye spoke on Sunday at the May Special Prayer and Thanksgiving service by the RCCG Throne of Grace, National Headquarters Ebute Metta, Lagos.

According to him, a woman should not marry a man that has no work “if not you will be the work.”

He noted it is not sinful for a single lady to politely ask any man proposing marriage whether or not he has a job.

Stating that women are conceived as helpmeets, Adeboye argued only somebody who has a job can be helped.

Adeboye, who spoke through the Assistant General Overseer, (RCCG) Personnel and Administration Pastor Johnson Odesola, said the man is key and the woman has only come to help.

“Whatever the woman does is a help. The man is a major director in the house,” he stressed.

He stated taking care of the homes does not rest on the woman alone but the man and the woman who has come to help.

Adeboye blamed lack of proper home training for most of the ills in society.

“I still remember when I was young. My father will tell me that this name is the name of my father. Don’t spoil the name. So I was scared to do wrong. I could not shake the hand of a lady until I was 23.

“Learning for any child should start from the home and parents should be their child first teachers.

“The wife and the husband are the main teachers who will teach and model godly character to their children,” he stated.

In his sermon, Adeboye, urged all Christians to strengthen their faith, saying there would always be a storm in the lives of the believers.

Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yoruba land, Otunba Gani Adams, who was at the service argued religion, is never the problem of Nigeria.

According to him: “It is sad many people believe religion is Nigeria’s problem, but in truth, leadership, not religion is Nigeria’s problem.

“For instance, I am a Muslim by birth. I grew up from a Christian background and as the Aare Onakakanfo of Yoruba land and culture activist, I also believe in our traditional religion.”

Police arrest 6 persons with a truckload of poisonous ponmo

The Lagos state police command has arrested six persons with “large quantity of poisonous cow skins” popularly known as “Ponmo”.

A statement by Bala Elkana, police public relations officer, said the force acted on a tip off that a truck-load of “poisonous cow skins” were stored in a warehouse No 9, College Road, Igando area of the state.

He said the force mobilised its team, led by a divisional police officer, and swooped on the suspects.

“On 04/05/2019 at about 5.00am, acting on the strength of a information from a credible source that a Truckload of Cow skins, popularly called ‘PONMO’, suspected to be poisonous were heaped in a warehouse at No 9 College road, Igando; a team of Police Officers led by the Divisional Police Officer Igando, mobilized to the scene,” the statement read.

“The huge pillage and pyramid of poisonous ponmo and the chemicals used in the preservation of the Cow skins were recovered.

“One TATA Truck with Registration number AKD-375-XB which was used in conveying the goods was impounded.

“Officials of Lagos State Ministry of Health were contacted and after due examination, the Cow skins were confirmed to be poisonous and not fit for human consumption.”

The police listed the names of the suspects as Adelowo Yinka, Olawumi Onabanjo, Omowumi Wasiu, Adeshokan Taiwo, Iyabo Olúwa and Taye Kazeem.

Zubairu Muazu, the state commissioner of police, assured Lagosians that the force is determined to continually protect life and property of the people as well as preservation of public health and safety.

“Investigation is ongoing to ascertain the source and destinations of those poisonous food items. Suspects will be charged to court,” Muazu said.

Adeola Salako, director of public affairs, Lagos ministry of health, had earlier called on the public to be vigilant and report any sales of unwholesome foods and food products to environmental health officer in their nearest local government or to the ministry of health.

EFCC parades the 13 ‘Yahoo Boys’ arrested in Edo state yesterday

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Benin Zonal Office on Saturday, May 4, 2019 arrested 13 suspected internet fraudsters during an early morning raid at Uromi, Edo State.

The suspects, who are between the ages of 20 to 35 were smoked out from their hideout in a hotel at Uromi.

Upon their arrest, 23 phones and three laptops were recovered from them. Three luxury cars, Lexus R330, C300 4 Matic and GLK 350 4Matic were also recovered from them.

The raid which was sequel to series of intelligence gathering by operatives of the zone is in line with the directive of the acting EFCC Chairman, Ibrahim Magu to rid the state and indeed the entire country of internet fraud and cybercrime.

The suspects have made useful statements and will soon be charged to court.

Akpororo replies Daddy Freeze

Akpororo has finally responded to Daddy Freeze after the latter mocked the comedian over an ‘alleged’ poor turnout at his show in Okokomaiko.

Daddy Freeze took to his page earlier to mock the comedian, where he wondered if his tithe he ‘boasted’ of has stopped working for him. He further disclosed that he has forgiven him, and wish he stops paying or advertising ‘idolatrous tithe’ He wrote;

“Wasn’t this the same comedian that insulted me and called me a wall gecko at the House of the Rock experience last December? Has his tithe stopped working for him or did he miss paying his tithe for a month?”

“Although he cursed me and said hurtful things about me, I have forgiven him and have nothing but love for him and wish he stopped paying or advertising this idolatrous tithe and worshiped God for who he really is in spirit and truth

“Paying tithe is idolatry and harlotry, it’s the worship of demons, the veneration of mammon and the hero worship of Satan who according to 2nd Corinthians 4:4, is the God of this world. Christ our high priest never collected tithes and neither did the disciples, who were our first bishops and GOs.”

Akpororo who slammed Daddy Freeze over his comment, stated that his tithe still works for him as he had a full show yesterday. The comedian who described the OAP as a wall gecko, told him to go get some sense.

Actor, Francis Odega reacts to allegations of beating and throwing his wife out of his house

Nigerian actor, Francis Odega, who became prominent on social media thanks to his “gerrarahere” scene from a movie, has reacted to the reports which made rounds last week, of him throwing his wife out of their house.

In a shocking video that shows the actor involved in a heated moment between himself and his wife, the actor – probably drunk – is seen threatening to stab his wife and her sister if they don’t leave the house with immediate effect.

The sister-in-law, who shared the video revealed that the actor had tried to rape her, and also once stabbed his wife before and he proves it in the video as he’s heard saying “he’d [sic] stab her again”.

Sharing the video, the lady wrote in part,

One faithful night, I was home sleeping and my sister was at the hospital, Mr Odega came home and tried to rape me and I managed to run out of the house

So many times he has beaten my sister to the point that she will have to wake up at the hospital and each time all he will say is that my family will do nothing, that we don’t even have money to make any case with him.

Most times he locks her outside overnight and most times he will embarrass her in public by calling her name, stripping her naked, accusing her of so many things.

So this year, he sent her packing with her daughter, the only child they both have, but he has refused to pay her school fees. As for my sister, she wants nothing to do with him again because the embarrassment is too much.

The actor has now, however, reacted to the allegations – sharing a video to air his own side of the embarrassing saga, he wrote,

‘For those of you judging me without hearing my own side of the story, this is the little I can say for now. Am ara here…’

Kemi Olunloyo apologizes for calling Eniola Badmus “Fat.”

Popular Controversial Journalist, Kemi Omololu Olunloyo has apologized to plus-size actress, Eniola Badmus after the former tagged the latter as ‘fat’.

This is coming after the Actress took to her page to question why people see her as ‘Ugly’.

Kemi who quickly came to Badmus defense asserted that the actress isn’t ugly, however, she remains concerned about her weight. She advised the actress to watch her weight in order to be free from HBP, Diabetes or stroke.

She wrote:
