Popular Nigerian rapper, Olanrewaju Ogunmefun, known better by his stage name, Vector has opined as regards the on-going war against Internet fraudsters, popularly known as yahoo boys.
In a recent chat with Sunday Scoop, the rapper said it would be a joke if people think he is into Internet fraud because he decided not to judge the culprits.
He stated,
“I think everyone knows my story and how I started (my career) in 2009. If I am into yahoo yahoo, it will be too obvious to hide. But I don’t blame anyone who does it because I am not in a position to judge people.
“I support anything any man does as long as he knows there are consequences. Since you know you can go to jail for it and you still do online fraud, I have nothing to say to you. However, I believe in hard work and I don’t look at anyone’s time to work. I am doing my things the way I should.”
Operatives of the Lagos Rapid Response Squad (RRS) have arrested two suspected hard drugs peddlers in the Alausa community of Ikeja, Lagos.
The suspects Olukoya Ayodele, 26, and Victor Godwin, 30, who were arrested in the Alausa community of Ikeja, Lagos following an intelligence gathering by officers of the Decoy team of the RRS who were mandated to uncover illicit drugs being distributed in the area, confessed to buying and hawking different types of hard drugs such as, Indian Hemp, Skunk, Tramadol, Refnol, Diazal and other assorted hard drugs to factory workers in the area.
It was gathered that Ayodele who claims to be a graduate of Information Management and a notorious member of Aye cult group, was arrested with charms which he claimed he used in protecting himself from the harm of other rival cult members back then in his days as a student. The suspect who revealed that he makes N3.6m annually selling hard drugs, said;
“I came to Lagos after I graduated in 2015 in search for greener pastures to come and work as a factory worker but the work was too stressful for me. I later began to work as a motor boy in same area and added drug peddling to it to augment the low income from the motor boy hustle. I make over N3.6m annually from the sale of hard drugs and have been in the business for three years now.
The charms also helped me to transact my business and prevented me from getting caught by security operatives as the charm shielded me from various arrests that had been carried out in the area even when I was a bad boy.”
Victor said to be a boutique owner, told newsmen that he sold hard drugs to supplement his income. He further revealed that he used proceeds from the illicit business to pay his rents and was also planning to get married soon which he believed his boutique income could not take care of.
“Drug business is a lucrative one because it helps make ‘sharp sharp’ money, but I regret my involvement in the illegal business,” Victor said.

Controversial Ghanaian marriage Counsellor, Reverend George Lutterodt has made another claim that Jesus smiles at the mention of his name during sex.

Frank Mba, Police spokesperson, confirmed that Shogunle had been redeployed to a town in Ebonyi state, saying: “Yes he has been removed and redeployed to Ebonyi State as Area Commander of Nkalagu.”

Nigerian writer, Tosin Silverdam has just shared an emotional story about himself on Instagram about a man who sexually molested him as a kid and how the man and his wife have been calling him recently asking to meet with him.

Over a week ago I got a message on instagram, the content of the message was “hello”, I checked the sender, I found out it was the man that sexually molested me as a kid. I was petrified, I didn’t reply him, then he messaged me again.
I was confused if I should reply him or not, I kept going back to check his message every hour. So I decided to reply him, he replied back immediately. I had to be mature about it, even though I’ve forgiven him. The scary part was when he said he needed to see me, claiming it was urgent.
I told him I’ve relocated to the North, then he said he doesn’t mind coming over to the North all the way from Lagos. I declined, he kept on pressurizing me, I told him I’ve forgiven him but seeing him won’t be necessary.
He became persistent, I had to stop replying him. I’ve forgiven him and I’ve healed but seeing him face to face will definitely bring back horrible memories, it will be awkward and I don’t want that. He started calling my phone, I wonder how he got my number (my phone number was on my Instagram page), i got depressed, I had to block his number cos I wasn’t interested in seeing him.
After several days, I received a call from a lady, she claimed to be his wife. Yes, he’s married. The wife was pleading on phone to see me, that they need to see me and it’s urgent. I asked her why, she said it’s for good and no cause for alarm. I don’t know how I feel about this, I don’t think I’m ready for such.

The Police in Anambra State have arrested a 27-year-old lady identified as Ogochukwu Onourah, for luring her male friend on facebook, Emerole Ikechukwu, from Imo state to Ogidi and arranged for him to be robbed.
According to a statement from the police, Ikechukwu from Irete village Owerri, had reported at the Ogidi Police Station that a female facebook friend lured him from Imo State to Ogidi and that upon arrival at about 1:15pm, the supposed friend directed a bike man who picked him and took him to the bush where was robbed at gunpoint of his money cash sum of Seven thousand Naira (#7000), his ATM card where another sum of Ten thousand Naira (#10:000) was withdrawn and other valuables.
Following the report, Police detectives attached to Ogidi Division traced and arrested one Abuchi Mba aged 23 years of Ikenga Ogidi and recovered Ikechukwu’s bag containing his clothes from him.
Discreet investigation also led to the arrest of the Ogochukwu.
Earlier today, the Actors Guild of Nigeria, threatened to sanction actress, Tonto Dikeh if she continues to exhibit bad behaviour, portraying the motion picture industry in bad light.
Reacting to the statement by by Ifeanyi Dike,the chairman of Actors Guild of Nigeria, Tonto advised him to first sanction the actresses who travel to Dubai to eat poop or push drugs.

Men of the Anambra state police command have arrested a husband and wife, Chinonso and Uluebube Anyanwu, for selling their 3-day old baby boy for three hundred thousand naira.
A statement released by the command spokesperson, SP Haruna Mohammed, said on Tuesday April 30th, at about 2:pm following intelligence report, Police detectives attached to Area Command Ihiala, arrested Chinonso aged 32 years and his wife Oluebube, aged 20 years, of lbiasiegbe village, Imo State for child selling.
He said the suspects conspired and sold their biological son a baby boy of 3days old at a rate of three hundred thousand to one Sandra Odimege ‘f’ of Umuezike, Amorka in Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State.
