Gospel singer, Busola Oke, aka Eleyele, is not pleased with secular artiste, Keshinro Ololade, popularly known as Lil Kesh, and she is not hesitant in making it known..
Oke has alleged that Ololade infringed on her copyright with the release of his song, Undertaker. Eleyele stated that elements of her 15-year-old eponymous single were used in Lil Kesh’s song which was released on February 29.
In a chat with Sunday Scoop, Eleyele fumed that she would make a scapegoat of Lil Kesh. She said, “His manager called me and told me they wanted to use my song and I told them I didn’t understand. I told them that they should discuss whatever they wanted with my lawyer. Later, my lawyer told me that they had called him and that he told them not to use the song. A week later, Lil Kesh’s song was released. I think they had already used the song before they called us. We have been trying to reach him since then. My lawyer wrote to them stating that we were ready to go to court, but we couldn’t find his office address; so, we had to post the letter on social media. Maybe he thinks I’m an illiterate that cannot do anything.”

I have never actually been to church to worship but I renew my covenant with God in my room. It has worked for me over the years, though I realise I may have to go to church at some point. However, I would feel more blessed worshipping with my wife because without her, things wouldn’t be complete.”
Asked if he believes in paying tithes, Bolanle said, “Yes and I pay tithes every day. Not by going to church and giving someone my money but by touching lives in whatever way I can.”

Nigerian singing sensation, Simi, has taken to her social media page to apologize for her derogatory tribal marks lyrics as she did her version of the #FvckyouChallenge.
Her apology comes after she was set under hot fire for talking about people with tribal marks in her cover of the trending #FvckyouChallenge song.
Particularly, popular Nigerian face model who clearly has a tribal mark, Adetutu, in her reaction mentioned that Simi’s choice to use the phrase: “sè mo kòlá ní” which literally can be translated from the Yoruba Language as Do I look stupid?, is quite derogatory.
Taking to her social media to clear the air, Simi shared an image on Twitter which reads,
Guys I had to bring down my post cos I used the line “abi o ro bi mo kola ni” (Do you think I have tribal marks?) – which people mean to say “Am I stupid”.
It’s an old Yoruba ‘joke’, but I never acknowledged how insensitive it is. It offended some and I shouldn’t have used it. Lots of unlearning to do. We should remember to be sensitive and emphatic to others,
Also I know the video is all over the place already, but it’s a step in the right direction and I apologize to anyone that was/is offended by it. I only ever mean
well
Also, if you think this is extra, it’s part of the problem. Always letting BS go is how we build the wrong cultures that become hard to shake off.
She further wrote in another Tweet;
I don’t want this to trend for the wrong reasons please. Let’s not only advocate for the things that directly affect us. Lezzz keep it moving. I’ma make many many more lit covers insha Allah. Na the work wey we dey do ?

Beautiful Nigerian Model, Adetutu who got popular for her tribal marks, has taken a swipe at singer Simi for talking about people with tribal marks in her cover of the trending #FvckyouChallange song.
Adetutu, in her reaction mentioned that Simi’s choice to use the phrase: “sè mo kòlá ní” which literally can be translated from the Yoruba Language as Do I look stupid?, is quite derogatory.
She wrote:
I have tribal marks and I really do appreciate it now because it’s my tribal marks and a lifetime heritage. Listening to @symplysimi #fvckyouchallenge reminds me of what I have been hearing ever since I was wise enough to know when people are passing insults to people with tribal marks. Mostly said by some of my Yoruba people, “sè mo kòlá ní” means do I look like an idiot/stupid?
People with tribal marks are not daft or stupid, I don’t care if they have been saying for long but it is not a right thing to say

Nigerian singer, Kcee has revealed that frustration almost caused him to quit music – while speaking with Saturday Beats, Kcee said he watched Waje’s emotional video which saw the vocal powerhouse saying she may retire from the music business as it has not been profitable.
Reacting to the video, Kcee said;
I saw Waje’s video and I was touched. I was supposed to say something about it but I was busy with my album project. However, I spoke to a few people about it. The truth is that the industry is a fake one; I am not just talking about the Nigerian music industry, but globally. Everybody is struggling. I have been in this business for 19 years and at every point in time, you have A-list artistes and they are about ten.
On his contribution to the music industry, he said Nigerians need to start regarding him as a living legend.
“Of course I am a living legend if you do not call me that, I would call myself that. I know how the journey has been; it has not been easy. It has been so tough, it has always been up and down but I have been able to move from one generation to another and I have also contributed my quota as an artiste in the industry, so I stand as a legend right now. For me to be in the business for close to two decades is not a joke,” the singer said.

A Nigerian mum has call out a day care in Abuja over the death of her 6 months old baby.
The mother of the baby, Rebecca Onoja, had reported the Britmax International School, Lokogoma, Abuja, at the Divisional Police Station, Apo, for alleged negligence leading to the death of Michelle.
She alleged that the Investigating Police Officer, Arome, was attempting to sweep the case under the carpet.
Rebecca claimed that the policeman urged her to forget about the matter and forgive the school.
Read Below;
HOW BRITMAX INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL LOKONGOMA, ABUJA-NIGERIA GRUESOMELY MURDERED MY CHILD, BABY MICHELLE ONOJA AND THE CONSPIRACY TO COVER IT UP.
Michelle onoja was a 6months old baby and the second child of Mr and Mrs Onoja before her gruesome murder on the 11th January 2019 by staffs of Britmax international School Lokogoma Abuja. She was registered in the daycare facility of britmax international school which is located at Jubilation bethel estate,lokogoma Abuja a stone throw from their residence within the same estate.
In the morning on the 11th January 2019, at about 8am, baby Michelle Enenu onoja was dropped at the daycare facility (creche) in britmax international school and left for her place of work. At the time of dropping her, there was nothing wrong with her as she was hale and hearty. At about 2:18pm, the mother called the nanny taking over from the first caregiver of the kids at school to know their welfare so she can go and pick them, she didn’t pick the call. The mother then received a call at 2:19 pm from the school secretary’s number which is a woman but was called and heard the voice of a man telling her to come to the school. She immediately got to the school which is less than a minute drive from her house, 3houses away from her house in the estate. When she got there, she saw about 5 women and 2 praying over michelle in the bed and asked what the matter was but nobody was giving her any response.
When Mummy Michelle carried her, she noticed blood stains on her nose and food particles around her hair and nostrils. She became seriously agitated and wondered what could have resulted to the blood stains on her daughters body but She tried sucking out whatever was the blockage but realized that the best thing was to rush her to the hospital. At the point of entering the car, one of the persons around whom she later understood was the school accountant made a remark that is it not hospital they just returned from, she was shocked and asked him “what did you say “ and he refused to speak further, on hearing this it dawned on the mother that the school had earlier taken her daughter to the hospital without her knowledge or information.yet none of the other people around could tell her anything, she even asked the nanny what happened, she didn’t say a word and was told not to say anything to the mother. When asked about the teacher, they replied that had already left the school to the police station, even before the mother knew her child was dead.
On getting to federal medical centre jabi abuja, Baby Michelle was immediately received at the emergency unit and the doctors attended to her immediately but to no avail. He remarked that the baby would have been saved if brought in earlier.
Following the circumstances surrounding her death, she lodged a complaint at the divisional police station Apo, and the IPO Mr Arome was detailed to investigate the matter. Based on the blood stains the mom advised the police to demand for a preview of the CCTV to enable the police unravel the circumstances surrounding the mysterious of her daughter. To our greatest surprise, when Mr arome demanded for the CCTV on 12th January 2019 he was told that the camera has been wiped out. This information further increased the parents suspicion that their daughter may have been killed by the school without justification. The parents sought to know if the school had any medical personnel in its employment only to be told there is none.not even first aid kits was available at the time this incidence occurred.
Since the ipo could not acces the cctv the patents decided an autopsy be conducted on michelle to unravel the true cause of her death.
Which the IPO and parents proceeded to FMC jabi and paid 250,000 for autopsy test. Before the test result came out on the 23rd of January 2019, the parents were informed that some officials of the school had made some attempts to compromise the result of the autopsy but it was resisted by the hospital.
Consequently, when the result came out,it was discovered that both blood and feeds were oozing out of the mouth and nose of Michelle. The result also indicated that baby Michelle died as a result of asphyxiation.
Alarmed by this result, the parents demanded a full scale investigation from the police with a view to bringing any culprit who is connected to the gruesome murder of baby Michelle to justice. Rather than commence full and proper investigation into the matter, Mr arome suddenly lost interest in the matter and has since then been pleading that we forgive and forget about this matter.
when the parents insisted on pursuing the matter to a logical conclusion, Mr arome started feigning been busy and not giving attention to the matter.
The parents are seriously traumatized by the sudden turn of events in relation to the murder of their daughter.
Observations and concerns are as follows:
1. What led to the blood stains on Michelle’s nostrils and hair.
2. Why as baby Michelle kept all alone in a classroom by herself without supervision, no body in the class.
3. Why was the parents not contacted by the school before their daughter was taken to the hospital even when the distance between the school and house is less than a minute drive, why was the mother not called.
4. The circumstances surrounding the sudden disappearance of the CCTV footage for 11th January, 2019.
5. The identities of the school staff that made attempts to compromise the autopsy result.
6. The sudden lack of interest and will to properly investigate this matter by the police and why the plea for forgiveness/settlement
7. Over 24hours, the proprietress of the school did not call the mother or return calls after several missed calls to her and the secretary till this day.
8. As at 6th of February 2019, 25days after the passing of baby Michelle, she still received a text messages twice from britmax international school to come and pay for child resources for IDPs. Why?
9. Where is the evidence that baby Michelle was taken to the hospital in the first place or just dumped in her cot and I got to know 2:30 hours after her death.
10. Why is the proprietress resisting detention.
It is our hope that if this matter is properly investigated and possibly prosecuted, it will save the lives of other children within the same school and other schools in Nigeria.

Your post appears to be an an odd in-between compromise, between fighting for the church and fighting for attention, which lends no cohesiveness to sound doctrine, rather it serves to endorse the majesty of your unscholarliness.
