Woman earns ₦28 million a year from selling own used pant (Photo)

A woman has revealed she earns around £60,000 (about N28m) a year selling her worn pants and uses the money to look after stray cats, who visit her home.

Raven Nix, 33, from Bristol, sells her worn undies for £20 (about N9,200) a time and also cashes in by selling pots of urine and raunchy videos to strangers online, according to odditycentral.com.

She also makes cash from ‘money slaves’, who deposit cash in her account for no reason and enjoy the humiliation of being ignored by her.

The animal lover, who once sold two thongs for £250 (about N115,000), said that rather than splashing out on a lavish lifestyle, she uses the money to pay for vet’s bills and pet food as she can’t resist helping stray cats.

Nix said ;

“Before I did this if there was an animal that needed me, I’d have to think about whether I could afford it – then I found out I could sell my underwear.

“I’ve got four cats that live in my house, another that lives outside and there are feral ones that come around so I can feed them.

“There are 11 in total that come to get fed. I’ve also got a bunny.

“I just take them in. I live on my own and I love them. I’m a real cat lady. I can’t resist helping an animal if I see that it’s in need.”

Her family and partner aren’t bothered about it either.

“My aunty thinks it’s a brilliant way to make money and my fella (man) is fine with it. He says if someone wanted to pay for his boxers, he’d definitely do it.”

Explaining how she got started with her enterprise, she said, “Someone messaged me asking if they could buy a pair of underwear.

I thought ‘that’s disgusting’ but then I spoke to a friend who said there was a market for it. I thought this could be something I could do.

“It went from there. I sold a dirty pant for £20 and lots more inboxed me with requests.

“I buy them in bulk from supermarkets, £8 (about N4,000) for five pairs, and wear them. Some people have particular requests.

“I once sold two pants for £250. He wanted me to wear them for a week. I showered but would put them on for an hour here and there. It makes you wonder what they do with them.

“I get £40 (about N18,500) every Friday for a week’s worth of pee. People will bid on it – I once made £250 selling one of those sample plastic containers,” she said.

Segregation in nollywood is too much –Actor Kevin Ikeduba says

Nollywood actor, Kevin Ikeduba, recently shared a video where he spoke passionately about the movie industry in Nigeria. In the video, he said, “I laugh anytime people say social media is full of people living fake lives because the level of fake lives on social media is nothing compared to what exists in the movie industry.

His words were misconceived by some people, as they thought he was referring to the lifestyles of some of his colleagues in the industry.

However, in an exclusive interview with Saturday Beats, Ikeduba said his message was not directed at any of his colleagues or individuals but at the structure of the industry itself.

“We need to have one body, it may seem difficult because of the different tribes but it can still work. That is why Nigeria is still standing as a country because we are united despite our diversity. If it can happen in Nigeria, then it is possible in Nollywood. If we go to the government as one body, then the government will listen to us. Instead of going in different groups and backstabbing one another,” he said.

The actor stated that he was not the type of person to rant on social media, adding that he was motivated to speak up because of the happenings in the movie industry.

“I am not one who will normally rant on social media; I hold no grudge against any of my colleagues. I was motivated to use the content of my video because I just thought about the happenings in Nollywood. The whole ‘fake life’ issue I talked about has nothing to do with individuals; everyone has the right to live their lives the way they choose to. I was coming from the angle of the industry itself. If we were united and had a strong organisation, it would be better for us. I am bothered about the structure, some people may think it won’t work, but I believe that if it can work for Nigeria, then it can work for Nollywood. It was just my opinion; I didn’t consult anyone before making the video.

“I have a very good career as I am one of the popular actors in Nigeria. The statement I made was not directed at anyone. If anyone thinks I am fake; it is their opinion, it is impossible to satisfy everybody. I was trying to pass a message across to everyone in Nollywood, including me. The information I was trying to pass across was that the segregation in Nollywood was too much. For example, in the US; artistes are united. Their body can write to the government to make a request. Since they are united, the government will listen to them.

“But here in Nigeria, if we need support from the government, and the artistes go in different groups, the government won’t take us seriously. The segregation is there, they see some people as those who their movies do well in the cinema and others as those who make home videos. When actors were born, they were not born with the inscription ‘cinema’, written on their foreheads, we are all actors. We need to be united. Togetherness will take us forward; let’s not pretend that we don’t have problems when we do.

“No one has attacked me; if anyone attacks me, it means the person thinks I am referring to them. No one has attacked me or said anything bad to me. If I have a problem with anyone, I will approach the person and sort things out,” he said.

Cardi B breastfeeds

Offset had announced on his birthday he wanted his wife back, and to spend Christmas together as a family – this was after he crashed her stage at Rolling Loud last weekend with $15,000 in roses … only to be turned down in front of a massive crowd.

Back to the newly released music video, which is really, really explicit, Rolling Stone reports that the gilded visual directed by Jora Frantzis is a monument to celebration and opulent overload.

At various points, the Bronx rapper is a priceless statue gawked at by the wealthy masses, a nude piano playing goddess and a breastfeeding mother. The metaphors aren’t subtle.

In short, “Money” showcases all of the personalities, characters and storylines that made Belcalis so compelling all 2018.

Between Yemi Alade & Tiwa Savage on Twitter.

It is no longer news that both artistes are not really best of friends as there have been yet subtle confrontations in the past and today’s conversation looked like one of those ‘sneak disses’.

It all began when Yemi Alade took to twitter to call out a ‘certain female singer’ who was deceiving her fans with fake butt pictures.

Stop increasing your ynash in your pictures! you know you are straight like “I” embrace your real self! Ahh ahh.

Hours Later, Tiwa Savage had a reply of her own, it reads ;

Going into 2019 although u’m quiet, i’m going to try and speak my mind a little more. Let me clarify first of all that this is not a yansh war, I kuku no get big yansh in the first place. It’s about minding your business

If you collect money from politicians, don’t complain about the economy – Banky W

Bankole Wellington, Nigerian entertainer popularly known as Banky W, says Nigerians who collect money from politicians during elections should not complain about the economy.

In an interview with Sahara TV, Banky said his party is hoping that the frustration in the country has made people wiser about voting.

“We are counting on the fact that Nigerians know what is going on, they are not fooled easily anymore,” he said.

“Even the poorest among us understand this game, they understand that every four years, politicians come along and give them money to cast their vote and that is the last time they will see them till four years later.

“We are trying to educate people and say that we can’t do the same thing and expect different results. If they are going to vote for a politician because he gave 20k, then don’t complain that things are hard because you mortgaged your piece of the country by going that route.”

Speaking on voter apathy, he said people who do not show up at the polling booth on election day are the ones that make it easy to rig.

“By not voting, you are voting for things to remain the same. By not voting, you are giving you voice and your vote to the same people you are complaining about.

“People complain about rigging, what they don’t understand that when they stay home, that’s the perfect scenario for rigging to occur.

“When you make an allotment in this room for 10 people to vote and one person shows up, you have just created the perfect scenario for anybody to come along and play with the numbers.”

Court remands Deji Adeyanju in prison until February 2019

Deji Adeyanju regains freedom

A Kano Court has remanded Deji Adeyanju in prison until February 2019, after the Nigerian Police reopened a murder case which he was discharged and acquitted for by the Kano State High Court following a lengthy trial that lasted between 2005 and 2009.

Hassan Fagge, who presided over the Chief Magistrate’s Court in Kano today, stated that his court lacked jurisdiction to hear the murder charges against Adeyanju, and further ordered that Adeyanju should be remanded in prison custody till February 6th when a higher court could be available to hear the matter.Court remands Deji Adeyanju

Adeyanju’s lawyer, Yusuf Suleiman, who spoke to PREMIUM TIMES after the court judgement, stated that the decision by the court shows that the Federal government was out to deal with anyone that criticizes their government. He further disclosed that they will be appealing the magistrate court’s decision.

“This is clearly an attempt to keep him unlawfully in detention. After detaining him in Abuja for several days without arraignment, in violation of the Constitution that gives a maximum 48 years for such detention, they now charged him for attempted murder which the magistrate said he has no power to hear. Now a lower court is hearing a matter that the Kano State High Court had decided long ago” Suleiman said.

“Christmas has nothing to do with God or Christ” – Daddy Freeze tells AY as the comedian celebrates the Yuletide with his family

While other Christians in the country and the rest of the world are celebrating Christmas, Daddy Freeze has stepped in to opine about the festive season.

According to Freeze, Christmas is a pagan festival and has nothing to do with Christ.

The OAP said this while reacting to a celebratory post shared by AY. In AY’s photo, he and his brothers had on matching outfits and AY shared it with a caption that spoke about Christmas and the coming of Christ.

Freeze replied telling him that ‘Nimrod’, and not Christ, is the real owner of Christmas.

He wrote:

Nimrod, Odin, Saturnalia, Horus, Tammuz, Sol Invictus, the winter solstice and paganism are the real reasons for the season.

Christmas has nothing to do with either God or Christ.?

“Nimrod started the great organized worldly apostasy
from God that has dominated this world until now.
Nimrod married his own mother, whose name was Semiramis.
After Nimrod’s death, his so-called mother-wife,
Semiramis, propagated the evil doctrine of the survival
of Nimrod as a spirit being. She claimed a full-grown
evergreen tree sprang overnight from a dead tree stump,
which symbolized the springing forth unto new life
of the dead Nimrod. On each anniversary of his birth,
she claimed, Nimrod would visit the evergreen tree
and leave gifts upon it. December 25th, was the birthday
of Nimrod. This is the real origin of the Christmas tree.”

“You that accepted that you want to be king, you should know that there are traditions that needed to be observed.

“There is nothing good about all that was reported about you. I see no reason why you should go against your people, I am appealing to them now, go and do what they ask you to do.
