HipHop rapper, Offset is certainly not ready to let his estranged wife, Cardi B go – the two HipHop stars are currently not on good terms after news of Offset cheating on Cardi B surfaced online.
Cardi B had earlier shared a video saying she was filing for a divorce. On his birthday on Friday, Offset had posted a video on his Instagram page begging her to take him back.
Last night, Offset interrupted Cardi B’s performance as he walked on stage carrying a bouquet of roses. He said,
“I just want to tell you I’m sorry bruh. In person. In front of the WORLD.”
After the video went viral online, the mother of one then took to her page to address trolls who are constantly bashing the rapper for his actions. Watch her below,
One Chinenye Ndubuife who reportedly murdered her neighbour’s 2-year-old son, has revealed she killed him because his father damaged her womb.
According to reports, Ndubuife, who lived with her mother in the same compound with the married man, Samuel Promise, had hit the child’s head against a wall and then used a stone to crush him.
It was learnt that the suspect had asked another child to call the victim identified as Wisdom Promise, whose body she allegedly dumped in the toilet.
According to sources, the suspect was bitter against the boy’s father who she allegedly had series of abortions for, during their secret affair.
The woman was said to have told the police that she lost her womb as a result of the abortions she had for Promise and wanted him to feel the pain and spend money on treating the boy.
It was gathered that Ndubuife said she only wanted to injure Wisdom, but had to dump his body in the toilet, when she realised he was dead. Confirming the incident, Police spokesman Chike Oti, said it was reported at Trinity Police Station.
Just when we thought the singer would be ending the year with his new single, Wonder Woman, to give something to his fans to sing and talk about, Davido is far from over in thrilling his fans as he announced only but moments ago that he’s expecting a brand new exotic whip.
The singer is known to be one who has a flair for expensive rides as he has over the years, purchased quite expensive cars and even acquired a Porsche for his girlfriend, Chioma, earlier this year.
The singer is now ending the quite successful year on a good note as he announced on his Instagram page, moments ago, that he’s expecting a brand new Rolls-Royce Cullinan 2019 worth 350 million naira.
She made this revelation on the Late Afternoon Show monitored by YEN.com.gh on GHONE and hosted by Berla Mundi.
According to Shyngle she found it “very hard” as a beautiful woman to reject all the men that come to her, but they don’t treat her fairly because “they go away soon”.
“As a woman, it is hard for me to reject all the men who come my way. All the men I mean the rich, poor, politicians but as soon as they come in get in there they go away,” Shyngle said with a sad voice.
She added that at a point, she advised herself never to let it get into her head that many men come her way, and so she decided to take her time and choose one. That one person, perhaps, was still under scrutiny, because Shyngle said she was not dating.
She was on the show together with rapper Edem and others to discuss what men look out for in women when choosing a wife.
Shingle admitted to being “indecent on social media”, but still expected her “real man” to love her for what and who she is.
YEN.com.gh observed the sincerity with which she made her submission, and it could be said that the young lady would gladly welcome any man who would want to stay with her.
The vice presidential debate ahead of 2019 elections held at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel a few days ago.
It was transmitted live on all BON member stations and its affiliates and streamed live on all social media platforms. Political parties that took part in the debate are the Allied Congress Party Of Nigeria (ACPN), the Alliance For New Nigeria (ANN), All Progressives Congress (APC), the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and The Young Progressive Party (YPP).
However more of the emphasis was on the PDP Vice presidential candidate, Peter Obi and APC Vice Presidential candidate, Yemi Osinbajo. One of the major highlights was when Peter Obi said; “you can’t leave your shop and be chasing criminals | Osinbajo: If you allow criminals to steal everything, there will be no shop” And Yemi Osinbajo clapped back “If you allow the criminals to steal all the inventory, there will be no shop to run.”
Meanwhile, there’s also a viral video of Osinbajo making rounds, watch below;

CSP Dolapo Badmos, the Police Public Relations Officer Zone 2 Command has dished out marital advise to ladies in this yuletide season.
Mrs. Dolapo adviced women not to pressurize their husbands into getting them gifts, especially if they cannot afford it as it could lead to increase suicide and criminal attempts.
See her full post below:
It’s Yuletide season, I can see men gifting their wives exotic cars. Weldone to those husbands. Ladies if your husband can’t give you cars don’t be worried, better days ahead! Don’t push your husbands out at all cost to go and get you exotic cars.
Ladies don’t make it a period of comparison, don’t give your husbands words like “is Mr X not your mate that gifted his wife so so and so car?” These words can increase suicide and criminal attempts. Bear with your husbands and pray for them to be better!
Men! Make sure you gift your wives present this season, no matter how small! Rose flowers, face caps, lipsticks, bags etc.. women, please accept any gift from your husband. all gift na gift!
A Lady has stirred a debate on twitter after her response led to the discovery of a purported bizarre nature of her marriage.
The lady identified as Tyffin said she is happily married to her step-father who got divorced from her mother because dated her sister.
Tyffin’s tweet was her answer to an initial tweet which asked ;
If a week to your wedding you find out your partner had dated one of your family 5yrs ago, what would you do?
Tyffin’s tweets read ;
My step father dated my sister, this lead to his divorce with my mom, and today we(i and my step father) are happily married.. so yes, you shouldn’t let such stop you
Of course the whole family is cool with it, my mom stayed for 3 months after i had my first child and my sister still visits, love sees beyond little things like “past” which no one can change. Why him? He is a good man, so why not him
Y’all frown so much at this but are cool with Adam and Eve or should i say Noah kids, please it’s my life and my choice. Society shouldn’t lay rules for you. My Husband didn’t cheat on my mom, she only broke up with him cos he once dated my sister. We past that now
There has been a lot of misunderstanding please get this right, my husband didn’t cheat on my mom with my sis, he dated my sister before he ever met my mom, i never knew it is so frown at like this would have kept it to myself, if you pissed we are Saarland, Germany ✌?
Nigerian pop singer, Jaywon, has stated that he didn’t steal from Davido after a follower accused him of stealing song titles from the IF crooner and some other Nigerian artistes.
The follower went on to give alleged examples of Jaywon’s songs such as Joromi, Saro and Aje, which share titles with tracks by other artistes.
However, in a chat with Sunday Scoop, Jaywon gave an explanation.
He said,
“The matter is actually very simple. The same title does not mean the same content and we all know that. It’s like someone telling me that I should sue Small Doctor because he released a song named, This Year, when I had put out a record with the same title years earlier. Wizkid and Davido both have songs named, Gbon Gbon, but years before either of them, I had released a hit song with the same title.
“My song, Aje, is about trade because that’s what the title means in Yoruba language. If you have listened to the Davido Music Worldwide song, you can clearly tell that apart from the title, they don’t have anything in common.
“A lot of the time, some people just want to talk and get your attention by force. I hope he (the follower that made the comment) is enjoying the fame. What he said was very wrong. As far as I am concerned, I have never copied anyone; rather people copy me and they’ve been doing that for a long time. Because I don’t talk doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m doing.”
Jaywon also maintained that he would have released his song, Joromi, earlier than Simi put out a track of the same title.
“I was actually supposed to release my song, Joromi, before hers. However, I attended her album listening party (before the album was released) and she sang the song. I then figured that since she was going to release the single accompanied by an album, the buzz would likely overshadow mine; so, I decided to wait for some time before putting out my song. I did not copy anyone. It is only the song titles that are similar, not the content.
Rapper Cardi B has offered a subliminal response after Offset begged her for forgiveness for allegedly cheating on her with several women while they were legally married.
On Saturday night, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper posted a note on her Instagram Story in Spanish that read ;
“Pensando en ti pensando en mi.” which translates to “thinking of you thinking of me.”
Offset has made it quite clear in the days after announcing their split that the Migos member was doing nothing but thinking of her. On Friday, Offset recorded a video of himself where he said his “one birthday wish” was to get his wife back. “We’re going through a lot of things right now, a lot of things in the media. I want to apologize to you Cardi. I embarrassed you. I made you go crazy,” he said in the video on Friday.
At another point in the video, he apologized for “partaking in an activity I shouldn’t have been partaking in.” There were murmurs that he had cheated on Cardi. His alleged mistress was even in a Nicki Minaj music video.
Nigerian singer Asa, has confessed that she is so much afraid of fetish people that she does everything to avoid them.
The singer made this revelation while performing at the maiden edition of the Spice TV Lifestyle Honours concert recently in Lagos.
In order to have a better performance, she pulled off her shoes. But on a second thought, she instructed her team to look for it and made sure they picked up both footwear.
Asa said:
“I cannot leave a pair of my shoes on the stage. I am afraid of fetish people. Please, look for the other shoe before it gets lost.”
A lady then came on stage to pick the shoes and Asa became visibly relieved. Even though she said this with a smile on her face, it was obvious she didn’t want to leave anything to chance.
Asa, who hasn’t performed in the country in a long while, started the night on a conservative note. With songs such as Fire On the Mountain, Jailer, Bibanke, The Way I Feel and Moving On, the singer left the audience gasping for more.
Beautiful and dark skinned actress, Amanda Ebeye, who featured in her maiden movie, Weeping Tiger in 2007, after several exploits in soap operas, knows on what side her bread is buttered. Unlike many of her colleagues, Amanda hates tattoos and believes it is rather unsightly on a girl of her colour.
She said ;
“I don’t like them. I am a dark skinned girl and so far I have only admired tattoos on lighter skinned people. I feel tattoos make people of my skin tone look dirty, so, I have never fancied it on myself”.
The actress shocked everyone a couple of years ago when the news filtered out that she had given birth to a son in faraway Canada out of wedlock. The shock got bigger still when Amanda revealed some unsavoury details about the father of her son.
“I did not marry the father of my child because he is not my husband and he is not meant to be. I could have been in the most useless relationship right now if I wanted but I told myself instead of giving my son this shameless pretender and liar of a man as a father, I would take care of him and he will be fine,” she had said.
Veteran musician Kelly Hansome, who at one time was a leading artistes in Nigeria, with his songs like ‘Maga Don Pay’ and ‘Like Play’, ruled the airwaves has stated that music hasn’t payed him yet and he still sings.
But in a chat with newsmen, Kelly Hansome said he was yet to make money from music. He stated, “I have never received royalties for Maga don Pay and all those songs that brought me to the limelight. Anyway, I am not looking forward to getting it because it doesn’t feed me. I am comfortable on my own; music has not really paid me. Have I signed an endorsement deal? Companies come to me but I don’t agree with their terms. You cannot use money to buy me because I am not desperate.
“I was hoping that the Copyright Society of Nigeria would do some calculation and pay artistes, but nothing has happened. We have a body but I have not heard from them in a while. I don’t even think of all that any longer.”
The singer also stated that he no longer lived in Nigeria, insisting that he was now involved in other things apart from music. He said, “I live in the United States of America; I only come to Nigeria when I have things to do. I have other things I do with my life now but I don’t like to reveal details. I have a family and I have a daughter to take care of.”
On collaborating with younger artistes such as Wizkid and Davido, he stated, “Collaborating with an artiste happens naturally. When you connect with an artiste, you make music together. I cannot just collaborate with an artiste because he has sung one popular song when he doesn’t know me and I don’t know him. I have principles that guide me. I have tasted fame; so, I am not looking for it again. I still do music but I do it differently.”
It is not unusual for celebrity marriages to crash. In fact, these days, it’s almost expected. But despite the downfall of many, a few Nollywood relationships have stood the test of time.
The union of veteran actors, Olu Jacobs and Joke Silva, is a shining example in this regard. Having recently celebrated their 33rd wedding anniversary, the couple have earned the bragging rights.
PREMIUM TIMES recently caught up with Joke on the set of a new Nollywood movie, ‘Two Weeks in Lagos’ where she spoke about what has sustained her marriage thus far.
ON THE JOURNEY SO FAR ?
Joke said :
The journey has been incredible and extremely interesting. It has also been one of learning. I don’t think anybody can ever prepare anyone for marriage. I had friends who were married until one partner died or death did them part and well over 40 years we’re each other’s friends. They had their challenges and they weathered the storm. Those were my role models. Knowing full well that there will be storm, I soon realised that my storms were totally different from their own storms. I wasn’t prepared for my own storms.
ON LESSONS LEARNT IN MARRIAGE
Joke said:
When my own storms too came, it was also a learning curve for both sides (my husband and I), we both had to learn to forgive each other. I learnt that marriage is not a destination; it’s a continuous journey, and somehow, it seems like the enemy knows that, so he says, “So, you weathered this storm, let me throw another one, let me see whether you will weather this one.”
But, I think when you know the person you are married to, when you like the person you are in relationship with, when you do have respect for each other, you learn. At least for me, for my husband, he was always wanting what was best for me. I had to also learn what was best for him but I finally got. It differs from person to person and it all depends on what your background is.
PT: Was there a point in your marriage when just wanted to end it and not minding what the society would say?
Joke: It happened a lot. I recall a particular incident that happened when we just had our first a baby. It turned out to be a learning curve for me. Olu had just come back from set apparently what happened was that he was still in that character that he had just played on set. So we were just talking and he just started shouting and I was like, “Is it me you are talking to? Do you think I don’t have a father?” So I packed my clothes with the drawer and I dumped it in my car, carried my baby and I remember our landlady lived at the back of our compound. So, she came out and started shouting, “Joke, where are you going to?’’ I told her I was going to my father’s house. When I got home the first person I see is my mum and she said what are you doing here? I began ranting and she said you don’t have a house or a room here, you better pack your bags and go home. My father sort of understood where I was coming from. Funnily, my husband called and asked, “When are you coming home?” That was the first time and I did it a couple of other times.

Some male traders in Yaba market mocked women who staged a very peaceful protest, demanding that they stop the habit of touching females, through the market, or harassing a female customer in a suggestive way.
The protesters were campaigning against, harassment, objectification, groping, catcalling of women and girls in Nigerian markets. But the traders fired back at them calling them ‘asewos’.
Yaba market male traders are well known for touching women who pass through the road where the market is situated, inapproriately.
Popular footballer, Yakubu Ayegbeni just acquired for his beautiful wife, a brand new Range Rover as a Christmas Gift to her.
Yvonne Ayegbeni who gushed over the new car her husband got her, thanked Santa as she stated that she was a good girl in 2018.
Here is a photo of the Range Rover car Yakubu Ayegbeni bought his wife below;
This is coming after Kadiri Ikhana, erstwhile Africa’s Best Coach, spoke in glowing terms and the joy in being a father-in-law to two former Super Eagles’ stars, Yakubu Aiyegbeni and Patrick Ovie.
In 2008, Aiyegbeni, fondly called Yakubull by football lovers, pulled all the stops as he took Yvonne Lameen, the beautiful daughter of the former Enyimba’s Champions League-winning coach to the altar at an elaborate ceremony held in Abeokuta and Lagos.
The marriage between Yakubull and Lameen was preceded with that of Ovie and Ikhana’s eldest daughter, thus making the highly-revered gaffer an in-law to two Nigerian soccer stars.
Delectable Actress Angela Okorie, as against what is considered the norm in the industry, has insisted that she doesn’t live fake life to impress people on social media.
Just some few days ago, another actress Dayo Amusa had mentioned that it is important as celebrities to live fake lives.
However, in a chat with Sunday Scoop, Angela said:
“For the people who live fake lives, that’s their personal decision and they should continue living that way (if it pleases them). Why would I live a fake life when I have money to lavish on myself and do whatever I want? Backbiting and envy are normal things in the movie industry. You’re welcome to a world where being fake is a routine. When we see them (people who do such), we know them.”
Okorie, who was recently involved in an online altercation with one of her followers, says she has grown a thick skin to criticisms.
“I am used to cyber bullying. Sometimes, I keep quiet. But if someone does something wrong, I have to address it. If I post something and you make a bad comment about it, or you try to shame me, I will give it back to you in the same manner,” she said.
Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo says he is not a spare tyre to the president, emphasizing that his roles as the number two citizen are spelt out in the constitution.
Osinbajo said this during the vice-presidential debate organised by the Nigerian Elections Debate Group (NEDG) and the Broadcasting Organisations of Nigeria (BON).
He said this differs from the constitution of other countries.
Asked how taking the job of the vice-president has been since he assumed office over three years, Osinbajo said the demand of the role has since increased his grey hair.
He, however, said despite the herculean nature of his job, it has also been rewarding.
“I am sure that those who know me quite well know that my hair was not this grey when I started out in 2015. So really, it has been tasking,” Osinbajo said.
“And it has also been an incredibly rewarding experience especially looking at it from the point of view of the ability to do the things that one wanted to do all along as an individual.
“The role is one where you are in many senses the chief adviser to the president of the country and possibly the one person that would represent him when when he is absent for a meeting and even when he is absent for a longer period.
“So there is a sense in which the role of the vice president is one that very closely mirrors the role of the president in very profound ways.
“But our vice-presidency is different from that of other countries. Because unlike other countries, even countries that have similar constitutions, our own constitution actually specifies role for the vice president. The vice president is the chairman of the national economic council…that is a constitutional role.
“In some senses, those who say the role of the vice president is like a spare tyre have it wrong because they are probably looking at other jurisdictions. In our jurisdiction, there are specific roles that the vice-president is entitled by law to perform.
“The vice president is also the chairman of the NCP, that is the national council of privatisation , the vice president is also statutory chairman over 22 parastatals and agencies and these are defined by law.
“That role is one that a good degree of trust is required between the president and the vice president. The role of the vice-president is one which also requires, I think, a great deal of patience because you may not always agree with the policies.”

OAP, Tolu Demuren aka Toolz and her hubby, Captain Tunde, have welcomed their first child, a boy. The couple got married in June 2016.
According to reports, Toolz welcomed their bundle of joy in a UK hospital this morning. Congrats to them!
Recall earlier this year, the OAP revealed her painful labour experience, and loss of baby. She stated that going through those labour pains, knowing her baby was dead, broke her.
“From the point we found out something was wrong till when the process was over was quite harrowing, but the parts that really broke me were going through the pain of labour knowing my baby was already gone,” the 35-year-old said.
“I also had a mini-breakdown when I had to get a death certificate so we could have a burial. I don’t think I’ve ever cried so much in my life.”
Chineye Ndubiife has been arrested for murdering Wisdom, the 2-year-old son of her neighbor, Promise Samuel, in Lagos. The incident happened, on Wednesday, December, 12, 2018, at 70 Lawani Street, Alakoto, Olodi Apapa.
The suspect who is cooling off in the cell at Tolu Police station, revealed how she sent a child to call Wisdom from their room.
Ndubiife, a mother of one, then took him to the backyard where she hit his head against the wall, before hitting his head again with a big stone, leading to his death.
Consequently, she dumped the child’s corpse in the toilet, where Mr Samuel later found him. Asked why she killed the boy, Ms Ndubuife disclosed that her intention was to inflict severe injury on him so that his father would spend money on treating him.
Maverick Nigerian entertainer and activist, Mr Charles Oputa, better known as, Charly Boy or Area Fada will walk his long time consort, Lady Diane down the aisle in Abuja for formal exchange of marital vows.
The wedding will take place at the chapel of the Sisters of Jesus the Redeemer, Catholic Church, in Gwarimpa Estate, where he resides.
The ceremony which holds today, Saturday December 15, will be officiated by the outspoken Catholic clergy, Bishop Mathew Hassan Kukah.
The wedding will have in attendance family members and close associates of the couple.
According to him, he hopes to convince his wife to ride with him in a tricycle to and from the church to underscore the low-key nature of the ceremony.
Mr Oputa was first married to Stella at a Catholic Church in Onitsha in 1974. The relationship produced one child.
The Catholic Church observes a strict marital doctrine which demands that couples who contracted a marriage on the church must petition the Catholic Pontiff for an annulment if they wish to opt out of the union.
According to Oputa, “We have been following through with the process of annulment for sometime. My former wife who has since remarried cooperated very well.
“She had no objection. The reason I put forward for the annulment was that I was underage. My mother actually got the wife for me at the age of 19 because I a little rascally with women.
“Getting me married at that age was supposed to curb my sexual excesses. “
Incidentally, Mr Oputa’s 101 year-old mother is once again the reason he is contracting a formal marriage to Lady Diane, who has three children for him.
He explained, “This is not that kind of marriage with fanfare. I am doing it to please my aged mother. She has been pleading that we do the right thing.
“This is a woman I have been living with for 40 years. We know each other well. This is about obedience to certain demands of the society.
“People wonder how I am able to live with one woman all these years. It is not that we do not have misunderstanding.
“Marriage is successful when you are able to manage your incompatibility. I saw my parents quarrel, reconcile, kiss and hold hands again. These are the values that have guided me my relationship. “
Charly Boy who is 62 years has nine children from different women insists that “Lady Diane is now the mother of all my children. We have 16 grandchildren.”
A Nigerian Female On-air Personality may have succeeded in annoying a cross section of die-hard feminists in the country with her latest tweets concerning the issue.
According to Beat FM’s Josephine Amiegbe, ‘many young Nigerian women that claim to be feminists, really want ‘equality’ only under conditions that suits them, and not in all areas of life’.
She justified her point saying men are not even equal among themselves.
She tweeted, “I noticed something. Many young Nigerian women that claim to be feminists, really want ‘equality’ only under conditions that suits them, and not in all areas of life.
“Women, can you ‘have it all’? No, you can’t. Because honestly, nobody really does.
“Women, you can NEVER be equal to men. MEN aren’t even equal amongst themselves”
“There are things women are better at than men. Fact. There are things men are better at than women. Also Fact. Why is that hard for some people to accept?”
She shared a video on things women are better at than men and things men are better at than women, she also shared a video on feminism and wrote,
“If some so called ‘feminists’ are not too lazy to watch this and share some insight, that’d be great”.
Congratulatory messages are in order for a Nigerian lady after she bagged a first class in Human Resources Management at a South Africa university.
The lady took to her Instagram page to narrate how it too her 8 years after she finished secondary school to graduate from a university.
She wrote about her multiple failed attempts to gain an admission into a Nigerian university, and how she had to repeat secondary school on getting to South Africa.
Her post reads ;
A very big thank you to God for making this graduation day possible after 8 years of finishing high school in Nigeria!!!! Had a nice ssce results and passed jamb( my score was more than the minimum requirement of gaining admission)but won’t still gain admission.
After spending several amount of money to process admission and all seems futile. I decided to be a tailor apprentice instead of sitting at home but still processing my admission. When we keep spending money every year to gain admission, then I got admitted to Mapoly to study Mass communications (Part time ) but that was not part of my plans. So my brother decided to send me to South Africa to study. Getting to South Africa and tendered my results, I was told my Nigeria certificate (ssce) was below standard and should repeat high school. T
hat was the lowest point for me in my education advancement. I decided to start from grade 11 ( Ss2) and I was the oldest in class ? but to the glory of God I passed Matric nicely as well and I got accepted to study Human Resources Management. Yesterday 14/12/2018, I bagged CumLaude (first class) in that field. I give all Glory to God and big thanks to my family and friends for the love and support.
It’s been a long journey but am grateful I did not give up!!! #Cputsummergrad2018 #OnlyGodMadeitpossible #nevergiveup #omoagege?? ????????
