Nollywood Actor, Aremu Afolayan is not in the best of moods after he had an unpleasant experience at the airport in Lagos earlier today and he came on his IG page to vent his anger.
Aremu took to his Instagram page to label Nigeria as a useless country while attacking President Buhari and Governor Ambode for the terrible state the Nigerian Aviation sector.
He wrote ;
”So frustrated today by the situation of this country, the people working at different parastatals actually think they are some kind of god . Ethiopian airline staffs are so inefficient. They refused to carry a passenger for no reason .
The girl in question is not a citizen of Nigeria , she went with her France passport and other documents issued by the France consulate , all they needed to do was to verify the passport but no the manager said he is not comfortable with the passport so she can’t fly with them , he actually dropped the passport and took to his heels . Imagine the immigration saying she should get a Nigerian visa , for what ?I don’t know .
How will you ask her to get a Nigerian visa to go to France , I don’t understand this and I need some explanation, after that they said she should get a Nigerian passport, for what please???this is wrong and I am so angry at that . The same manager has agreed to carry the girl with additional cost and all. Which way Nigeria, why are we treated like uneducated animals and why are these people acting like important fools , all you need to do is do your job and do it right . When will this stop .
The security at the departure are not helping matters , how can you ask me to pay to let my family see me off to the check in point , this is wrong very wrong . Even the immigration officers wants to collect money for anything they do ….why why why ????.
And I know the mayor @akinwunmiambode of this and every other state can find a lasting solution to this , the president @muhammadubuhari himself can override things to set them right but I bet they don’t even know people are traveling out of the country, check the airport all you see are Nigerians running away from the country.
I have never seen an EMIRATI or an AMERICAN that will run away from their country. Until you have no one to govern or be a president over before you know .

Security operatives have apprehended a notorious cultist identified as Wisdom from Southern Ijaw Local Government, that allegedly attacked a victim and stole the personal belongings at Dimrose axis in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state capital. .
Prior to his arrest, the suspect was said to have been terrorising Dimrose and the nearby axis in Yenagoa metropolis along with his gang members.
After stealing from his latest victim who raised an alarm, the suspect was given a hot chase and caught and he was beaten mercilessly the operatives of the security outfit who nabbed him.
He was handed over to men of the Nigerian police force in the area for further investigation.
A pepper seller was, this morning, publicly battered by his deadbeat husband, who also extended his rage to their daughter in Ibadan, Oyo State.
According to a Journalist identified as Adeoye, who witnessed the incident, the lady is the breadwinner of the house.
From the video, the man was accusing her of talking to him anyhow.
In a post on her page, Adeoye said:
“This morning, i woke up to go and buy something outside from a woman dat sells pepper in ibadan ojoo area.
I got there and lo and behold, i met d woman’s husband beaten her blue black even with her children crying and the first born, a female, was beaten by the same man.
I was confused cos i don’t interfere in relationship (bf &gf) not to talk of marriage wey pikin don enter. The funny aspect is its this woman that pays the rent, feeds her children and pays for their school fees.
She goes to farm around 5am, comes back around 9am, shuffles and arranges her market, hawks and comes back 7pm latest. Cooks for the fool that didn’t drop #10, according to her, and still beats her.
She was still complaining to me, last night, but i told her to calm down because on a norm, before now, i don’t interfere in their troubles, but this is just too much and the man was even telling the people around to go and call anybody that he is above the law. lol funny fool.

A female singer from Botswana identified as Lorraine Lionheart was in Nigeria recently for the just-concluded Felabration, and she’s spoken about what she observed from her interactions with men in Abuja and Lagos.

Minister of Budget and National Planning, Udoma Udo Udoma, says the Federal government has drawn up a plan to ensure that all the 774 local government areas in Nigeria will have internet connectivity within the next 4 years.
Udoma disclosed this while speaking at the 42nd Annual Conference of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) in Lagos.
He said ;
“Government has set up an Industrial Policy & Competitiveness Advisory Council (Industrial Council), with extensive private sector membership, as a vehicle for partnering with the private sector on the industrialization drive. One of the projects supported by the Industrial Council, is a project to increase broadband penetration across all geopolitical zones of the country.
This project is intended to ensure that within the next four years every single one of the 774 LGAs in the country will be provided with fibre connectivity”

Sunday Anani, the Togolese cook of businessman and chairman of Credit Swift ltd, Chief Ope Bademosi, has told the police how he killed his boss at their home located at No.3B, Onikoyi Lane, Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos, on Wednesday, October 31, 2018.
A statement from the Lagos state police command’s spokesperson, CSP Chike Oti, says the journey that eventually ended the life of the business mogul and an Ondo state indigine, began in Ondo town, in the deceased home state, on 25/10/2018, when one Kofi Friday, 27, returned from Togo to Nigeria and called his compatriots including the murder suspect, Sunday Adefonou Anani, aged 22 years to his house at Yaba area in Ondo town to deliver messages from home.
When Sunday came to take his message, the said Kofi Friday who happens to be his cousin, delivered the good news that he has secured him a job as a cook in a rich man’s house in Ikoyi Lagos through one Agbeko Ayenahin, a male friend of his. The suspect was subsequently taken to the deceased house in Ondo state on Friday October 26, 2018. It is important to mention that deceased usually went home every last weekend of the month; so on Sunday, October 28, 2018, he brought the suspect, Sunday Adefonou, 22, to Lagos to start work as his cook.
Three days after, Wednesday, October 31, 2018, the suspect with the intention to rob the deceased, made his way to his room through the kitchen, to the lobby and then to the room which was the scene of crime, when he observed that the woman of the house, Mrs Ebunola Bademosi, left home for a transaction in a neighbourhood bank called Polaris Bank, Falomo branch.
According to the suspect, when he got to the deceased room and met him on the bed, he said “Chief I am not here to kill you ” the deceased asked him “what do you want ” and he replied “money ”
The deceased said he had no money in the house. At this point, the suspect said he tied him up with a cloth and put him on the floor. He went further to say that the deceased while still on the floor kicked him causing the knife he tucked inside his pants to fall off. He added that the deceased crawled to pick the knife but he (suspect ) was faster; that he struggled with him and the knife accidentally pierced the deceased. He said that while exiting the room, the deceased took the knife to stab him so he kicked him and he fell down. He then took the knife and stabbed him twice on the chest which added to three knife stabs.
When he was done killing the man, he entered his bathroom and threw away his apron already stained with blood and the kitchen knife used as murder weapon. He thereafter heard a knock on the kitchen door, sensing it must be the deceased wife, he ran out of the room and exited from the sitting room door.
Oti in his statement said Sunday was confronted by the guard at the gate, one Nura Mamudu, who asked him where he was hurrying to and he replied that “madam sent me on an errand”.
Finding himself in the street, he came across men loading cement into a Dangote truck. He assisted them and they rewarded him with a lift to Ondo state and the sum of five hundred Naira (N500. 00) given to him by the truck driver in appreciation.
Investigation into the case revealed the following facts
– that the incident occurred on 31/10/2018, at about 0810hrs;
-That the suspect committed the offence when the deceased’s wife, Mrs Ebunola Bademosi went to Polaris Bank, Falomo branch, Lagos for a transaction;
-That the suspect fled the crime scene when he heard knocks on the door of the kitchen door to Ondo state for refuge.,
-That the deceased’s wife entered the crime scene through the sitting room after knocking several times on the kitchen door without response from the suspect.
-That the deceased’s wife, Ebunola Bademosi reported the incident to police after she found her husband in a pool of blood on 31/10/2018;
-That the deceased, some minutes before his death, called his wife, Ebunola Bademosi on phone, complaining that the suspect, Sunday Adefonou Anani barged into his bedroom uninvited;
-That the suspect, Sunday Adefonou Anani, stabbed the deceased severally on the thoracic region (chest);
-That the the scene of crime which is the deceased bedroom, was scattered and stained with blood;
-That after killing the deceased, the suspect stole his Samsung phone and fled to Ondo state where he was later arrested on 02/11/2018;
-That the stolen Samsung phone was recovered from the suspect upon his arrest in Ondo state;
-That the kitchen knife used in killing the deceased was found inside the deceased’s toilet;
-That the suspect’s apron found at the scene of crime was soaked with blood;
-That the suspect broke down in tears and confessed to the act after he was confronted with evidence of the CCTV footage;
-That the suspect led the investigation team to the crime scene demonstrating/reconstructing how he carried out the crime;
-That, samples recovered from the scene of the incident have been handed over to Forensic and DNA Department of Ministry of Justice for examination and analysis;
-That the autopsy report attributed the cause of death to (a) Bilateral Haemothorax (b) Laceration of the lung and intercostal vessels and (c) Multiple sharp force trauma to the chest;
-That the suspects Kofi Friday, Agbeko Ayenahin, Salisu Hussein and Nura Mamudu are not linked to the crime.
The police say investigation has established a prima facie case of armed robbery/murder of one Opeyemi Bademosi, male, aged 67 years against Sunday Adefonou Anani, male, 22 years. It is evident that the suspect single handedly committed the crime by stabbing Opeyemi Bademosi to death with a kitchen knife with intent to steal from him.
Chike added that the suspect will be arrainged in court while the other suspects who are not linked to the crime will be released to reliable sureties. The Commissioner of Police Lagos State, CP Edgal Imohimi has directed that the casefile be duplicated and forwarded to the office of the Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP) for vetting and legal advice. He noted that the murder suspect, Sunday Adefonou Anani was availed the services of a French speaking lawyer from the Office of the Public Defender (OPD), who was with him throughout the duration of this investigation.

A video has emerged of a Nigerian couple fighting over the husband’s alleged lustful relationship with his baby mama.
According to the wife, Seun, her husband, Rasheed Akinsowon, gave his baby mama full access to their house, including a spare key.
Seun claims she didn’t know he had another child until she got to the U.S.
Trouble, however, started due to the cordiality between her husband and the said baby mama. She has now petitioned the U.S government over the maltreatment from her husband.
Ayotomide Labinjo, who claimed that David Adeleke, (a.k.a Davido) is the father of her 4 year old child, has called out the singer and his family to carry out a new DNA test .
She claimed that the result of the DNA test carried out by Adeleke’s family in Lagos State when the child was 10-month-old, which allegedly turned out negative, was not correct.
Ayotomide noted that she was not ready to become a legal wife to the superstar.
She insisted that the singer is the biological father of the child, christened Anuoluwapo Michelle Adeleke.
At a press conference organised by Kemi Olunloyo, on Friday, she recalled that her relationship with the artiste started in a club in Ibadan, in 2013.
According to her, they later hooked up at a hotel and also met a few months after.
She claimed that their relationship got sour when she informed Davido of her pregnancy.
“My family and I had made efforts to handle this case amicably. All efforts to reach him proved abortive, because he had blocked all access to him. Until recently, when his cousin, BRed connected with me and asked me to download Imo App in order to do video chat. He had a video chat with me, asking me if I still liked him (Davido) and asked for my age.
We have also been to Osun State to meet with his family, but all our efforts did not yield a positive result.
I am not interested in being his wife. All I want him to do is to take up his responsibility as the father of our child,” Ayotomide said.
Also speaking at the briefing, the daughter, Anuoluwapo, who will clock five on November 19, said:
“David Adeleke is my father and he is from Osun State. I want to see him, because I have missed him so much. My favourite songs are Assurance: Chioma my lover.”
Ayotomide’s mother, Ropo Labinjo, also lamented that she was not treated well by the Adeleke family and pleaded with Nigerians to come to their aid.
She said:
“I want us to have a new independent DNA test and I have urged Davido’s father to make him available whenever we are ready for that. I am a 51- year-old-woman, I cannot do any other thing since I have taken up the responsibility of my grandchild. I cannot do it alone.
My husband is late too. My grandchild needs formal education. We want to carry out a fresh test on the girl. I won’t mind to sleep in the laboratory in order to have a genuine result.
Davido has done a great damage to my family I want to thank Kemi Olunloyo for picking up interest in the little girl and her support in assisting us to be heard by Nigerians and the rest of the world.”
When contacted, a representative of Davido’s camp, who did not give a name, said they would not pay attention to the cooked up story by the family and Kemi Olunloyo.
“We are not interested in this matter because it is a dead issue,” the source said.

Reports on various media outlets have it that Nicki Minaj believes that Cardi B, or people associated with her, tried to assassinate her on the set of her new music video.
On Friday, at about 10:25 PM, police got a “shots fired” call and raced to the home. It was a Beverly Hills home where Tekashi 6ix9ine was shooting a music video with Kanye West and Nicki Minaj.
At the time, most people believed the shooters were aiming at controversial rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine. But there are now reports that Nicki Minaj’s team are worried the bullets might have been meant for her and they suspect Cardi, or her supporters may be responsible.
MTO claims that one of Nicki’s trusted friends said to them, “Maybe that bullets were meant for Tekashi, but maybe it was meant for Nicki. [Cardi B] has a lot of crazy people around her.”
Also, according to TMZ, the bullets were fired towards what would have been Nicki Minaj’s dressing room. Luckily Nicki wasn’t on set yet.
Sources close to the production told TMZ that at least one bullet, possibly more, pierced the window of the master bedroom where Nicki and her crew were set to chill during the video shoot.

Olanrewaju Beyioku, a 38-year-old Nigerian man has been arrested for defrauding the American Red Cross by claiming he was a Hurricane Harvey victim.
He was charged on Thursday in U.S. District Court with wire fraud on allegations he cashed $3,600 in federal disaster relief vouchers provided by the Red Cross in October 2017.
The American red cross offered the funds through a one-time cash payment of $400 after Hurricane Harvey struck Houston, Texas, on Aug. 25, 2017.
The victim was provided a reference code which could be redeemed for cash at Walmart locations. After the program launched in September 2017, the Red Cross received reports nonvictims were claiming the funds.
“The Red Cross has found over 3,300 reference codes that were fraudulently applied for via its website and used to obtain cash payments at Walmart stores,” records state. “The total loss to the Red Cross is over $1.3 million.”
Walmart security investigators determined 81 fraudulent transactions committed by two individuals at the Walmart in Hammond. The fraud totaled $32,400. After an investigation, federal authorities determined 9 of the transaction were conducted by Beyioku. He was identified in a photo array by a clerk at Walmart. Authorities also traced the ill-gotten money back to his bank accounts.

Kemi who has been at Linda’s throat for years now took to her social media page to make the announcement.
She revealed that the bad blood between her and Linda started 13 years ago after Linda wrote a fake story about her. Recall that Kemi had accused Linda Ikeji of using the services of a surrogate to deliver her baby.

A quite lovely couple who tied the knots this weekend, have had netizens talk about them over the uniqueness of their pre-wedding photos which were released few hours before their wedding ceremony.
The Nigerian couple shared their pre-wedding photos online and in one of the images, the groom – an obvious elderly – is pictured staring at the bride’s backside.

A Nigerian guy has been left to shed tears just few weeks before the end of the year after his apparently aggressive girlfriend burnt his passport which has his Australian visa in it.
According to sources and hearsay, it’s quite hard to cop an Australian visa and the guy’s girlfriend just burnt it like it was a mere piece of paper; the action of the lady really hit the guy that he had no choice than to cry.
A neighbour of his was the one who shared the story on Twitter which led many to the question of “What would you do if it were you?”

The Nigerian Air Force has confirmed that the Air Task Force (ATF) of Operation Lafiya Dole has killed several Boko Haram Terrorists (BHTs) in air strikes it conducted at Talala in Borno State.
Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola, the NAF Director of Public Relations and Information who disclosed this today in Abuja, said the operation was carried out on Friday.
He said the operation was carried out following credible intelligence reports that BHTs appeared to have relocated some of their fighters from the fringes of Lake Chad in Northern Borno to establish new camps along the Talala-Ajigin-Buk axis of the state.
“Series of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance missions confirmed the presence of significant number of BHT fighters residing in makeshift shelters, camouflaged under thick vegetation on the outskirts of Talala. As a result, ATF dispatched two Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Alpha Jet aircraft to attack the Camp in multiple waves, leading to destruction of some of the structures and killing of several BHTs,” he said.
The spokesman said the NAF, working in concert with surface forces, would sustain the tempo of operations in order to destroy all remnants of the terrorists in Borno.
