Beauty queen, Actress, and Entrepreneur, Dabota Lawson has taken to social media to dish out tips on how to deal with a cheating partner.
Recall, In 2014, Dabota got married to Nigerian billionaire Sunny Aku, but divorced him in 2016.
According to reports, the beauty queen divorced her hubby because he was cheating on her with numerous women and was technically married to one of them.
Here is what she has to say about handling a cheating spouse;
‘Being cheated on is an awful feeling, but how you handle it can have a big part in your recovery process. Whether you try to rebuild the relationship or you decide to end things.
Here are some ways you can deal with the SITUATION;
1 Decide if you want to re-establish trust.
You may also need to ask yourself these questions • Is your partner truly sorry? • Has this sort of behavior happened before, or has he or she promised to not do it, and it has continued or gotten worse? • Is your partner willing to take steps to mend the relationship such as counseling. • Do you truly feel you want to trust this person again? There is no right or wrong answer for this. This is entirely up to the person who has been cheated on.
It’s also important to Understand the nature of your partner’s cheating. People cheat for many different reasons and it is not always about sex. Sometimes people cheat because they are seeking an emotional connection
Request that your partner cut off all communication with the third party.
If your partner is unwilling to cut off contact with the third party, it may be a sign that they are unwilling to stop cheating. In this case, you may not be able to repair the relationship.
Forgive on your own terms. Your partner may be extremely apologetic and desperate for you to say that you forgive them, right then and there. But true forgiveness and healing will likely take time.
Lastly , It is OK to not forgive. Cheating is a deep wound, and sometimes is fatal to a relationship. How did you deal with a cheating partner ?
Controversial radio presenter, Daddy Freeze is in the news again and this time he is attacking top gospel artiste Nathaniel Bassey for replying a fan who reacted to the absence of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s wife, Anita at their daughter’s wedding, which took place on Saturday the 6th of October 2018.
Nathaniel Bassey in replying the fan, advised the fan to focus more on praying for the restoration of Pastor Chris and his wife’s broken marriage.
This infuriated Daddy Freeze who took to Instagram to write a letter to Nathaniel Bassey.
In the letter, Daddy Freeze, threw shades at the singer and further did a critical analysis of the embattled marriage of Pastor Chris.
Read Below:
Dear Nathaniel Bassey,
Please do not take my words as insults, that’s not my intention.
But it seems you don’t understand what Christianity means. It’s not your fault though, when perhaps all your life you listened to pulpit lies from deluded people who renamed their village shrines and traditions ‘Christianity’, how will you have proper understanding?
The Jesus that you are praying to, why didn’t he heal the marriage of the Samaritan woman at the well in John chapter 4?
Let’s examine this critically o…. Oyahkhilome’s first marriage failed and you are praying to Jesus, the Samaritan woman was on her sixth man, after FIVE FAILED MARRIAGES and JESUS NEVER TOLD HER TO FIX HER MARRIAGE O!
We all have copies of the Bible, so if you have any contrasting views, kindly show me biblical evidence of where Jesus told her to go fix her marriage or prayed for her dead marriage to work!
Jesus NEVER condemned her or prayed for her to go back to her first marriage, HE OFFERED HER LIVING WATER!
This world will be better off if we stopped all this pretentiousness and started offering people living water like Jesus did, instead of praying for people who are probably better off without each other, to come back together IN SUFFERING again.
Do you know how many people have had their lives destroyed because they were forced to remain in, or return to dead marriages by pastors? Murder, suicide and depression are some of the many consequences.
If Jesus did not pray for a Samaritan woman’s marriage to be healed, despite meeting her in person, one on one, let’s stop dragging him into Nigerian marriage issues and focus on the message of salvation which most of you have almost totally ignored.
Do have yourself a blessed day, once again I meant no harm, it’s just that the Christianity practiced today is more than 99% lies, thus making it impossible for us to revert to the truth and spirit Christ spoke about, unless we are willing to unlearn and relearn, thereby destroying the delusions first! ~FRZ

Nigerian alternative singer, Olawale Ashimi, better known as Brymo performed at an event recently in London rocking nothing but a piece of clothe wrapped around his loins while his butt was left bare for his audience to fix their gazes on.
In a chat with Sunday Scoop, Brymo explained the reason for his choice of clothing saying,
‘that was the way our forefathers used to dress before the arrival of the West. As a matter of fact, some months ago, a picture circulated on the Internet of a wealthy Igbo farmer who dressed that way in 1930. I just wanted to remind people of our past. It surprises me that people are shocked whenever I dress that way. That was the same way I dressed in the video for my song’.
He went on to add that,
“In this part of the world, we are mostly consumers ; not creators. If the advanced world should come here and take all of their technologies, we would be left naked. However, I appreciate the people who follow my music and see it as a form of artistic expression. Those are the people I do this for. For those who don’t like it; sorry, I don’t know what to do about that’.

@bennydexta I’ve just decided to leave this. While I noticed that my self too, I took sometime in my hotel room here praying that God restored that marriage. Let me ask? Have you done so too? And is this comment genuinely out of love and concern? Or it’s just a comment to stir up strife? Longtime ago, I made up my mind to be a KINGDOM man, and not just denominational. There’s too much stuff and division in the body. So, take sometime believing for the restoration of that home in Jesus’ name.
Yet another follower didn’t quite agree with him and had this to say,
When you ask simple question relating to prominent pastors they ask you to pray… if Na poor man now everybody will be asking… this is a wedding and parents keep aside their difference to grace the occasion… which one is strife inside the matter… and they ask us to consult our pastor before parents for marriage. Will I consult this one also??? Hypocrisy kill una there…
Delectable Nollywood actress, Daniella Okeke has geared out some words of advice to some ladies.
She had an interview with The Nation Newspaper, and she’s said Nigerian women should not lose their dignity or depend on men in order to succeed.
If you had to advise Nigerian women, what would you tell them?
My advice to Nigerian women is not to lose their dignity as women in order to succeed in life. Hard work brings success. They should not depend on men for everything but work hard to get their own.
Also, I would advise our Nigerian women never to look down on themselves but believe in themselves.
Women should invest in themselves, mingle with people that will help them grow and have a positive attitude.
Though things may be tough initially, hold on tenaciously, never lose focus. They shouldn’t see it as obstacle but a stepping stone to their greatness. With time everything will fall in place. They should try to stand out and shine.

President Buhari has congratulated winners of All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries across the country, urging losers to demonstrate sportsmanship by accepting the outcomes without bitterness or resentment.
“In every competition, someone has to win and someone has to lose, but those who lost should not abandon the party or lose their enthusiasm for the advancement of the party,” the President said.
President Buhari advised Nigerian politicians to learn from several aspirants like Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State “who despite his loss didn’t abandon APC for another party because he was angry over the outcome of the gubernatorial primaries.’’
The President said that: “the larger interest of our party is greater than our individual ambitions, and we should therefore work together for its success, despite our losses. In politics, we shouldn’t lose hope permanently because tomorrow could present another opportunity for us to contest again and win.’’
He advised the losers of the primaries “to always put the party first because we are in it together to serve the country, and I am always proud of our members who demonstrate sportsmanship and a good party spirit.”
President Buhari also enjoined the winners “to show grace in victory instead of mocking the losers, as such action is capable of destroying party unity and cohesion. The tent is large enough for us.”
He added that “those elected should see their positions as a public trust instead of abusing their mandates to amass personal wealth at the expense of the ordinary voters who voted them into power.’’
Following president Buhari’s nomination by the APC, his special assistant on new media, Bashir Ahmad shared the below picture of the president dressed in traditional Igbo attire.
Immediately, Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan reacted to the photos, and he’s blasted the President for trying to “fool” Igbo and Yoruba again.
According to Reno, Buhari has started putting on Igbo and Yoruba attire again as the 2019 general elections approached.
Reno noted that the President used the antics in 2015 after which he declared 5 percent philosophy for the Southeast.
The former presidential aide tweeted, “Throughout the last 3 years, President @MBuhari preached a 97% versus 5% philosophy.
“Now that elections are around the corner, he has started wearing Igbo and Yoruba clothes again.
“If Buhari fooled you in 2015, shame on him. If he fools you again in 2019, shame on you.”

Not up to a year after Ghanaian actor, Chris Attoh’s marriage to Damilola Adegbite crashed, we brought you reports, that the actor has wedding an American lover, Betty Jennifer, on Saturday, October 6th.
Here are more photos from the ceremony:
Attoh is mostly based in the U.S these days where he met his new wife. The newlyweds arrived Ghana early this week for a movie premier and used the opportunity to also tie the knot traditionally.
In a September 2017 interview, Attoh confirmed his divorce saying, “Dami is a wonderful woman and an amazing mother. Despite our differences, she and I will always be friends. So more than anything we will find ways to continue to make sure that Brian can still have a balanced upbringing filled with love and support. Actor IK Ogbonna has revealed that he knows of very rich men who give girls 10 to 15 thousand dollars just for sex, but wouldn’t give out a penny to help a man in need.
Vanguardngr reports that the actor made the revelation while giving his piece of mind on how the rich can lift the society.
His words: “To all the millionaires and billionaires out there, let’s try and create millionaires. You don’t wait for the government to do that, that’s not their job; the government is supposed to try and make things easier for us to live.
There are so many rich men that give girls 10,000 dollars, 15,000 dollars every day after having sex with them.
How about every month you bring out N10 million, look for someone that has initiative and a good business plan and invest in his life? You don’t need to dash him the money but let him pay you back in a year’s time.
If 100 billionaires can come out today and do this every month to make a millionaire, in that way you are creating labour and making jobs for people and making their lives easier.
Let all those rich men out there feed into this little wisdom and try and work with it,” he said.
While addressing those who sell their body to get what they want, he said: “I feel it’s high time we tackled some certain things if we really love our people and want ourselves to grow.
You must not sell your body to become someone in life; that way, you’re not fulfilled but when you become someone in life and then you look back and you can tell yourself that you did not sell your body to become who you are, you have this inner fulfillment in you that no one can give you.”
