She wrote,

“Your last post is the situation I am handling presently. So we visited a friend of mine and she made us banga soup, that was my husband’s first time of having it. I have only had it once and I don’t know how to prepare it. We both praised her cooking and it was all fine. Hubby gave her 100k and we left. This Lady is a single mum who I have helped with different contracts. 3 weeks later, hubby called me that my friend brought food to his office, we spoke that day and she didn’t mention that she was taking food to my husband’s office. “If Yul Edochie was wealthy, he would have been able to manage May and Judy Austin quietly” – BBNaija star, Phyna says polygamy is for the rich

Phyna says

Controversial Big Brother Naija star, Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, better known as Phyna, has asserted that polygamy is strictly for rich men, not broke men.

She made this statement during a recent episode of her podcast “Spill with Phyna” while discussing the topic with her co-star, Tacha.

Phyna says

Supporting her argument with examples, she claimed that Yul’s decision to marry his second wife, Judy Austin, would have been more acceptable to his first wife, May, if he were very wealthy.

According to her, money plays a significant role in making polygamous marriages successful, citing the example of billionaire businessman Ned Nwoko, who has six wives, including popular actress Regina Daniels.

Phyna says

Comparing Ned’s situation to Yul’s, Phyna expressed the opinion that May would have been more accepting of her husband’s decision to take a second wife if he were a high-net-worth individual.

“It’s not advisable for ladies to marry before 28” – Venita

Popular reality Tv star and actress, Venita has stated that she is against women getting married before they are 28 years old.

The 37-year-old actress advised young ladies to make the most of their youth and delay getting married just out of love.

Venita, who is a divorcee, offered the counsel during an interview with Tacha, a coworker, on Cool FM’s The Big Friday Show.

The mother of two claims that she would not permit any of her daughters to marry before the age of 28 because, as young women, she believes that they should experience a variety of things and learn about many facets of life before choosing to “get stuck” in the institution known as marriage.

She said;

“Don’t marry young o! Don’t go and do “I’m doing high school sweetheart, we die here”, just be young! Be young, enjoy your life. When you’re tired, get married.

Do not marry young, I’m saying ideally — okay if my daughter came and approached me that she was ready to get married, if my daughter approaches me, as long as she’s not I swear to God, not up to 28, we can rock with it. Anything below 28, please no.

Because you’re going to change your mind and you don’t know all of who you are at 20-something. Don’t get me wrong, there are people who are mature oh. But you need to try different things in life, different experiences, to be sure of okay, I want to be stuck here. Because it’s handcuff, you’re there.

Because you’re stuck – that’s the social idea. Unless you’re Westernized like me, then you’re unstuck, you can unstuck yourself. I’m divorced. The ones that are enjoying now, ‘ll probably still reach a time where they’ll probably hate each other and still have to be in the same space.

I’m telling you! Why do you think to say them get madam room and oga room? When the ground is shaking and I need space, I need space. Be in your room, I’ll be in my room. To me, an ideal marriage, my husband would have a wonderful house here, and mine would be over here, and there would be magnificent corridors connecting the two houses.”

“God told me to do it” – U.S. Pastor speaks after being accused of $3.2 Million cryptocurrency scam (video)

American Pastor speaks

A Colorado-based online pastor, Eligio “Eli” Regalado, and his wife, Kaitylin, are facing fraud charges after being accused of pocketing $1.3 million from a cryptocurrency scheme that raised nearly $3.2 million.

The legal complaint filed against them alleges violations of anti-fraud, licensing, and registration provisions of the Colorado Securities Act.

The couple targeted a Christian community, selling an “unsafe” and “unsecured” product to church members, using their religious influence.

American Pastor speaks

Investors were told God had a direct hand in the crypto, named INDXcoin, which was later revealed to be “illiquid” and “practically worthless.”

Regalado, who lacked prior financial or crypto experience, admitted technical issues with their exchange technology, making it impossible for investors to withdraw funds. He also confessed to having doubts about initiating INDXcoin in the first place..

“I said: Lord, I don’t want to do this. I don’t know how to do this. I don’t have any experience in this industry,” said Eli. “I don’t want to be caught up in something.”

Reports indicate the couple spent the funds on a lavish lifestyle, including a Range Rover, luxury items, and home renovations, all while promoting a ‘divine’ investment.

The Colorado Division of Securities have called on affected investors to contact them.

Eli and Kaitlyn Regalado, along with three companies, are scheduled to appear in Denver District Court next week.

“If my daughters need to take permission from their husbands to visit me, I will personally come and take them away” – Nigerian doctor says

Nigerian doctor says

A Nigerian doctor, identified as Obianma Onyia, has sparked a discussion on social media with her opinion on wives seeking their husband’s permission to visit their parents.

In a post shared on Facebook, Obianma stated that a man who requires his wife to seek permission from him before visiting her parents has failed as the head of his home.

The 52-year-old mother of three (two girls and a boy) added that if her daughters need to seek permission from their husbands to visit her, she will personally take them away from their matrimonial home.

Nigerian doctor says

According to her, she didn’t raise her daughters to have a master-servant relationship with their husbands but to foster mutual respect, where they work as a team.

Read her full post below,

“If you marry my daughters and they need to take permission from you to visit me whenever they deem fit no matter how far away they stay from me, I’ll personally come and take them away from you,” the previous post read.

Let me tell you now, I have never sought permission. My hubby and I didn’t raise them to fit into the prevailing master-servant relationships that apparently plague marriages in Nigeria today (yes coz this whole flawed concept is new to me).

“But I paid bride price”- you say.

Bride price is merely a token of commitment and not a symbol of ownership.

You must be stark raving mad if you think that your miserable 10,000 (or even 100k) is enough to buy a full grown human being whose parents used several hundred millions to train… or does it cover for all the other sacrifices made that money can’t buy???

You should aim at being partners who discuss issues amicably as a team and build a strong formidable relationship and a great family that can stand the test of time.

That should be your aim.

And not how to enslave and emotionally abuse someone’s innocent precious child.”

Popular Big Brother Naija reality TV star, Tacha has disclosed during a podcast session with her junior colleague Phyna, on ‘Spill With Phyna‘ that ladies are single until they are married.

According to the media personality, being in a relationship doesn’t mean you should be faithful or loyal.

Speaking briefly in the clip which was a snippet, Tacha advised ladies who are in a relationship not to be faithful to their partners until they are proposed to.

She said, “You have to be in that relationship and not be faithful until you probably get a ring or until you’re getting into the marriage where you have to swear an oath, because which oath did you swear with your boyfriend, you’re single until you are married.”

The opinion of the reality TV star has sparked a debate online, as a large number of internet users are against her opinion.

“As a tenant, you shouldn’t own a car, except it’s for business” – Nigerian Lady says (Video))

In a video clip, a Nigerian lady has come online to advise tenants not to own a car while living in another man’s house except it is for business.

The lady identified as @kemysneh stated that a tenant is not suppose to own a car while living in a rented apartment owned by another man, if the tenant does not own a land or house.

She noted the only genuine reason for a tenant to own a car is to create business or make ends meet. One shouldn’t own a car if it will be use for mobility and enjoyment. She advised the money should be invested on land or purchase a house. Land appreciates unlike car that depreciates and cost more expenses.

Revealing in the video, the lady mentioned ranging amounts at which a tenant can acquired a land or house in underdeveloped areas at affordable price. She also added that paying of house rent at an old age won’t be easy or sending messages to the children when rent is due will be seen as a thing of embarrassment.

She emphasized that it is important for tenants to make plans for their future and create opportunities or investment because it is absurd paying rent in another’s man house at an old age.

“If you can’t be faithful in a relationship, you can’t be faithful in marriage” – OAP Tomama knocks Tacha over ‘unfaithfulness’ remark

OAP Tomama knocks

Nigerian media personality, Tomama, has criticized reality TV star Tacha for advising people against being faithful to their romantic partners while dating.

Recall that Tacha gave this advise in a recent podcast session with her co-star Phyna, stating that being faithful is only an obligation in marriage.

She averred that as long as one is not legally married and bound by an oath, they don’t have to be faithful to their partners.

OAP Tomama knocks

Her exact words were, “You have to be in that relationship and not be faithful until you probably get a ring. Or until you’re getting into the marriage where you have to swear an oath. Because which oath did you swear inside of a boyfriend…”

This isn’t the first time the former BBNaija star has advocated against fidelity in dating relationships. She previously advised ladies to date multiple men simultaneously if they want to get a ‘ring.’

OAP Tomama knocks

Tacha’s statement didn’t sit well with Tomama, and she didn’t hesitate to express her disagreement. In a post shared on her Instastory, she questioned Tacha if she would allow her brother to marry a woman who wasn’t faithful to him during their courtship.

She further stated that one cannot be faithful in marriage if they are not faithful in a relationship, adding that no man will propose to a lady who has been unfaithful to him.

The interior of the house was disorganized; the wall had cracks and discolouration, the paintings had peeled off separating it from the cement. The restroom looks tacky with the toilet without a water closet to flush and also the untiled floor looking tattered.

The apartment was in a poor condition and requires proper repair to meet the standard of a self contain.
