A Nigerian lady has been left heartbroken after her traveling bag filled with cow and goat meat was seized at the Edinburgh airport in Scotland.
The lady claimed to have packed the items in the bag, which contained one whole cow and 2 ram meat which was properly deep fried.
Regretting her actions, she shared a video of her goods been wrapped with nylon on her TikTok page @IamBecky, while asking if her meat was going to be thrown away by the officials.
She wrote; “After all this wrapping. One cow, 2 rams was deep fried, but it was collected on arrival. So they will throw my meat away.”
However, majority who came across the clip have taken to the comment section to advise her on how to go about traveling with such items, while others felt pity for her.

Reality TV star, Natacha Akide, better known as Tacha, has stated that in order to obtain the ring they desire, ladies should date three men instead of only one.
The media personality posted a list titled “5 Things to Stop Doing in 2024” on social media.
However, Tacha stated in the video that was uploaded to her Instagram page that women should stop dating a single man and that it is better for them to date three, as one of the three will ask them out.
She advised that it was important for people to stop worrying about what others thought of them and ask their man for money because being a good girl was not the best option.
She also stated that people should stop letting themselves down and not take anyhowness from others in the new year.

A soldier based in the Northern part of Nigerian, has condemned the actions of Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu towards a colleague of his who was arrested for plying a one way road.
In a two minute plus clip, the soldier educated Nigerians on why the Governor should not have treated a military personnel like that.
This comes after the video of the Lagos state Governor arresting people, including a soldier for plying a one way made its way to the internet.
He stated by criticizing the Governor for calling a lance corporal a useless person in the presence of ‘civilian’ and for allowing DSS officials manhandle him in the process of the arrest.
He also added that the governor was arresting his colleague for passing one way but was also committing the same offence.
He concluded by saying the Governor handled the situation wrongly and such can not happen in the Northern part of Nigeria were soldiers are always needed.

The ‘Feel’ crooner disclosed that ever since he was nominated for 3 Grammy awards, his prayer whenever he wakes up is to win them.

A Nigerian preacher, Evangelist Kesiena has criticized Pastor Bolaji Idowu, the lead pastor of Harvesters church for inviting the Big Brother Naija reality TV star, Tolanibaj to share her testimony during a service.

A Nigerian woman has taken to social media to lament because she claims her husband is overreacting to paternity fraud as he discovers their five-year-old is not his and now demands a divorce.
She disclosed that they had been married for six years and he recently discovered that he was not the biological father of their five-year-old first child.
The woman said that her husband had been told by a friend that the kid was not his, so he had a DNA test, the results of which validated his suspicions.
She wants her husband to just accept their baby since she thinks he is overreacting to the paternity fraud and the child is still the same regardless of the results of the DNA test.

Veteran actress Rita Edochie has come out to tackle her relative Yul Edochie for accusing his estranged wife, May, of refusing to return the bride price he paid at their marriage.

A Germany-based Catholic Priest has challenged singer Chidinma Ekile after she claimed that she was born blind but regained her sight following her mother’s prayers.
Recall that Chidinma, who quit secular music to become a gospel artist in 2021, disclosed this in a video on her YouTube page in May 2023. You can watch the video here
In response, Rev. Father Angelo Chidi Unegbu requested the singer to provide evidence supporting her claims of being born blind and later regaining her sight.
Taking to Facebook, the clergyman urged her to share details of the hospital of her birth, the names of the doctors who confirmed her blind, and whether she sought medical verification after recovering her sight.
According to him, he would like to send a team to the hospital for investigation and possibly interview the doctors and her mother.
He explained that his request is line with his recent initiative to scrutinize cases where individuals claim to have regained their sight in church.
Father Angelo wrote,

Dear Ms. Chidinma Ekile, I saw your video where you told the world that you were born blind but later received your sight when your mother went on her knees to God in prayer. To convince the doubting Thomases, I will please request that you give us permission to interview your mother, the hospital where you were born, the name and address of the hospital, and the doctor or doctors that confirmed you blind after birth and the cause of the blindness. We would also like to know whether you went back to the hospital or went to a doctor or doctors that confirmed you were blind after receiving your sight. If yes, may we know them as well? Our medical team will carry out the investigations as soon as we receive the required details. Please contact me via my email, [email protected].

In a very distressing report, a student of the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) Ago Iwoye, Onadipe Oluwatosin, aka Peckulia, has been reportedly killed by police officers and some road union workers who staged his death like a motor accident.
One Oluwabunmi Michael Ayoyemi, who shared the sad news on Twitter on Tuesday, January 2, disclosed that the upcoming singer was declared missing after he went to the Ago-Iwoye park to preach the gospel. His family went to file a missing person report at the Ago Iwoye police station.
Unfortunately, his mangled body was found on Ijebu-Ijesha road a week later, raising suggestions that he was hit by a vehicle.
However, an eyewitness contacted the family anonymously to reveal that they saw a former chairman of the Ago-Iwoye motor park hitting the deceased in the head with an iron rod.
The eyewitness claimed that the park chairman and his colleagues accused the deceased of disturbing them with his preaching. They tried to chase him away but he refused to leave and continued preaching the gospel, following which they attacked him.
The police was called to the scene and they took Peckulia , who was injured and bleeding profusely, in their van to an undisclosed location. Sadly, his body was found a week later in a deformed state.
Though it’s currently not clear what they did to the deceased, the Student Union Body of the university have launched an investigation into the case.

“On Sunday 17th of December, Onadipe Oluwatosin (Peckulia) was said to have gone to Ago-Iwoye park (chips) to preach the gospel to people,” Ayoyemi narrated.
According to an eye witness, the park chairman accused him of disturbing his peace, the Marijuana smoking park Chairman and his people decided to chased him, after which he refused to leave but continue with the gospel.
“Then all of a sudden a man who was confirmed as the former park chairman knocked him on the head with a heavy vulcanizer iron rod, which left him bleeding profusely and some had to leave the scene immediately for safety purpose and the Ago-Iwoye police station was called to intervene.
“No one went near Oluwatosin to help him or even rush him to a nearby hospital till the Police got there, and people thought he was going to finally get medical attention, but instead he went missing for more than a week.
The family even went to this police station to file a case of missing person in which nothing was even said to the Family, only for his de@d body to be found on ljebu-ljesha road in what looked like a motor accident, The family was also made to believe they had lost their son in a tragic motor accident.
Thank God for a God fearing eye witness who decided to reach out anonymously to the family member about what he saw and relayed that he last saw Oluwatosin (Peckulia) at the park and that a man knocked him hard on the head with a heavy iron rod which made him fall to the ground and started bleeding profusely, but that their bus left the garage not long after and he couldn’t say what happened after but that he heard the Police have been called and was also told by the driver carrying them that the man who knocked him was a former park chairman
To cut the long story short, after few arrests, interrogations and questioning at the park(chips) there were confessions that the Police were actually the one who carried Oluwatosin (Peckulia) away in their van but not for medical attention.
They carried him to the spot where he was found, threw away his phone and made it all look like a motor accident.
They made sure they carried him far away to a spot out of their jurisdiction and even when the body was found, reports wouldn’t be made at their own police station.”

Controversial media personality, Blessing Okoro, also known as Blessing CEO, has asked May Edochie a few questions on her postponed name change since her marriage turned sour.
Blessing CEO took to the internet to offer her support for the ongoing bride price issue the movie actor had raised. Recall that Yul Edochie called out his spouse for refusing to drop his name and return the bride price he paid.
The relationship therapist has questioned May’s decision to keep Yul’s last name since she detests him so much and doesn’t want any contact with him.
Speaking further, Blessing stated that it had been two years since the beginning of their marital issue and that a lady in her circumstances would have promptly renounced her husband’s last name.

Nigerian art student, Chancellor Ahaghotu has made headlines by smashing a decade-old Guinness World Record for the longest painting marathon, achieving an extraordinary goal of 100 hours of painting.
Currently a sophomore at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
he surpassed the previous record of 60 hours set by Roland Palmaerts (Belgium/Canada) in 2013, leaving a lasting impression on the art world.
The rules of the challenge allowed him to work on either one large painting or multiple pieces, as long as the artworks represented recognizable images, excluding abstract paintings.
Over the course of four exhausting days, his strong dedication resulted in the creation of an astounding 106 pieces.

The ‘Feel’ crooner struggled while expressing himself in Yoruba language which caused many to focus on his speech.
Many were surprised that the artiste who hails from Osun state where Yoruba is widely spoken, found it hard to express himself in his language.

A Nigerian lecturer, Dr. Austine Imoniche Oviosun, has shocked netizens after revealing that he cooks for his wife, Dr. Ezinne Chidimma, and washes her clothes whenever he can.

Popular Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has once again taken to the internet to criticize his estranged wife, May, amid their ongoing marital dispute.
This comes after Yul initially spoke out on Tuesday, December 2, following May’s emotional post detailing the challenges she faced in 2023, which included the loss of her son, Kambilichukwu.
Yul accused May of undergoing breast enlargement and a tummy tuck procedure without his consent in 2023, despite claiming it was her worst year. He also alleged that she is having an affair with a married man.
Despite May’s silence and her announcement of a new endorsement deal, Yul went online again on Wednesday to call out his wife for filing for divorce without dropping his name or returning the bride price he paid.
In a post with the comment section turned off, Yul said he had repeatedly asked for the return of the bride price, but May and her family haven’t yielded.
He wrote,

Honey Berry, the estranged second wife of popular Nigerian singer, Portable, has reacted after he called her out for allegedly having an affair with NURTW chieftain, Kokozaria.
Recall that Portable went online on Tuesday, January 2, to express outrage at HoneyBerry for taking their son to a party in Oshodi, Lagos state, to meet with Kokozaira, whom he claim she is dating.
He accused her of being promiscuous and sleeping with multiple men, including the NURTW chieftain. According to him, he was infuriated because she took his child along for her sexual rendezvous instead of leaving him at home with his nanny.
