Actor Frank Artus who just returned to Ghana is in hot waters.
Out of nowhere, there is a woman who claims the actor has come for her cash.
The woman known as Char Janssen on Facebook has threatened to kill the actor if he doesn’t return the amount he has taken from her.
The angry woman in Facebook live videos has accused the actor born to Egyptian dad and Liberian mother of taking cash from her. She asked Ghanaians and Liberians to tell Frank Artus to pay her back the amount she received from her else he will die before his time.
“All of you have gone silence. You people will not tell that your witch brother to return my money. All you Liberians on my list thinking that I’m telling lies about him, won’t you people tell him to bring me my money?
Is it when they will come and carry his body that you people will start contributing to pay my money? I am asking all fans of Frank Artus, don’t you people see that he has financial problem?
I’m begging you all Ghanaians and Liberians, if you love Frank Artus then contribute and pay me back because if he doesn’t pay me I’ll go to the juju in my village and put everything about him in that juju and that time you people will start contributing for his burial.
You people should tell him to return the money of a widow and that of orphans” the angry roman said.

According to Janssen, the actor “came to flirt with me and duped me”.
All efforts to reach Frank Artus react to this accusation proved futile.
Nigerian Facebook user, David Osaghae, shared the amazing testimony of how his premature daughter drew him closer to God.
Read Below:
This was the beginning of a new me, the process of change, redemption, salvation or simply put, Getting closer to God.
My daughter was born on the 3rd of March 2002, 5 months and 2 weeks of pregnancy. She was premature. I had just finished my overnight or 2nd job as a bouncer in a club in Germany.
She weighed 790grams, not even 1kg. On seeing her tiny structure inside the incubator, I cried like I never cried before. I asked God, why, why me? After crying out my heart, I realized only a miracle could save her.
She is the reason till today, why my faith in God is so strong. I laid my hands over her and prayed. I did not know what to pray about, but I prayed my pains onto God and begged God not to allow my sins/punishment for my numerous transgressions be passed unto my little girl.
I made a vow to God. 3 days later I went and paid the vow to my Church to be passed unto the poor and needy. My Pastor prayed with me. I prayed that my daughter would leave that Hospital without complications hence the vow/deal with God.
My daughter is 14+ years old now, straight A student, speaks 3 international languages already, and she left that Hospital without complications.
What else can I say? My pain as I saw it then was actually God’s way of drawing me closer to come to know him and have faith in him to prepare me for the movement that was to come. This was the day that the destiny of Judo Movement was redirected from waywardness back to the narrow path of Christ.
Jesus saves!
Jesus still heals!
Render your hearts to Him today and commit whatever that may sounds so difficult to you unto Him today. He’s there to always answer us when we call on Him.
Glory be to God!
Halleluyah!!!
Men can never understand the appeal makeup holds for many women.
To a typical guy, what’s the point of spending thousands of Naira and time putting on makeup? After all, you’d still clean it off at the end of the day.
My dear ladies, I’m here to correct this erroneous notion that our darling Naija guys have about makeup. Fellas, here’s why we women love to wear makeup:
1. Highlight best features
Makeup is one tool women everywhere use to show off their best features. If you have soulful eyes, what better way to show them off than with eyeshadow?

We often think that the longer you last in the sack, the better lover you are. But is this actually true? Do you think time matters when making love? Is it just a misconception that puts us under unnecessary pressure and stops us from having truly great sex? Well, Love Matters Africa’s Raphael Ndirangu explores this confusing topic.
The need to impress our partners seems to be forever increasing. This is especially true between the sheets, where many believe that more is better.
Some of us end up hopping from partner to partner, hoping it will make us seem like fabulous lovers. Yet at the precise moment the magic is meant to begin, one or both of us will get bogged down in fear – the fear of not impressing.
Too much pressure
The fear of being bad in bed is one of our most silent fears. We fear that our bodies are not attractive, that we do not know enough positions, or that we simply run out of steam too fast.
These insecurities are made worse by the idea that to be in good in bed, you have to perform beyond your partners’ expectations.
Mind your manhood
These ideas create a very wrong view of what sex is all about. With the internet offering easily accessible sex, porn and dating, sexual interest is easy to stir up. But how can this eroticism be sustained?
Good sex is not defined by how toned you or your partner are. It is not about being able to have sex in all the different acrobatic sexual positions of the Kama Sutra.
Good sex has its foundation in the mind, not in the penis. Good sex allows partners to be vulnerable and open to the needs they usually keep locked up inside – to go beyond what is perceived as ‘normal’.
In other words, sex may be the meeting of two bodies, but it is actually their two minds that do all the heavy lifting.
Breaking free
A good lover allows a partner to be more vocal about what they want. Sexual fantasies allow for two partners to escape life’s rules about what is supposedly right or wrong with sex.
Fantasies allow us to escape the missionary position and indulge safely in new positions and acts. Eroticism might allow you to see other body parts of your partner as sexual.
Sexiness is what we begin to feel when we genuinely break free of the restrictive boundaries society has imposed on us. It is an agreement between lovers where each is sacred and yet free to be sexually imaginative.
Sexiness is allowing a lover to do all those things they vocalize to us.
Coming together
The best person in the sack is not the one who thrusts 3689 times in one sitting. It is the person with whom we feel most safe when we share the deepest, loneliest parts of ourselves while they do the same.
Being a great lover means understating your partner‘s insecurities. And in spite of them, still managing to create a genuine and loving relationship.
A Sierra Leonean woman, Linda Kumba Isatu Ngaujah, claims to have died on Friday, February 15, 2013 and went to hell where she had encounters with demons and the Devil (Satan). She also visited heaven and had a divine encounter with Jesus Christ.
She came back with specific messages from Gaddafi, Whitney Houston and former President of Guinea, Lansana Conte. She was also sent back with specific warnings from Jesus Christ to popular Ministers of the Gospel in Sierra Leone and Nigeria.
Read Her Testimony below:
Jesus went with me to hell this time. When I was with Jesus, the brightness of Jesus was very glorious. Jesus have light all over His body. When we entered that dark place (Hell), I was seeing. I could see, this time, the people in hell because of the bright light on Jesus (Jesus is walking with a bright light, a glorious light).
And then, Jesus opened my eyes to see some of these men and women in hell. Jesus gave me message to Sierra Leone. He said if I should have come in December to January only five people in Sierra Leone would have raptured, five only. That includes the three righteous pastors and five other people in and out of the church. When I said this in Sierra Leone, people said it is lie.
Jesus said Sierra Leone is polluted; that the shepherds he gave the word to preach to His people in Sierra Leone are dying to meet God, but majority are in hell. So Jesus sent me to Sierra Leone.
When we were in hell, Jesus showed me a glass-like aquarium with people inside it, the souls of human who are still on earth are in that glass inside hell. These are people on earth who are working for demons. We have some people on earth who don’t believe anything, they are on their own, doing all sorts of bad things, even pastors who knows the truth but are bowing down to Satan. They are partakers of Satan’s communion, their souls are in that place.
Muammar Gaddafi In Hell
And Jesus pulled out a man from the fire and he introduced himself to me. He said, “I am Gaddafi” (because you won’t recognize him because the fire has destroyed him. He said, “I am Gaddafi, former Libyan president.”
Gaddafi said, “Tell my Libyan people to worship Jesus.” He said, “Tell my people to believe in Jesus.” He said, “Ah Jesus, have mercy, I never knew you are the right way, have mercy on me.” He said, even the people who killed him on earth, he doesn’t want them to come to hell. He said, “Tell my people to believe that Jesus is the right way.”
He also gave me another message (why he gave me this message is because, he said, the entire mosques he built on earth should be destroyed and turned into churches so that people will glorify Jesus and maybe the punishment on him in hell will decrease). Because anything here on earth that you build that does not glorify Jesus Christ, that does not glorify God, that does not make people to come to their right Father (hotels, bars, etc.), anything sinful in the world that you build (when you die, you leave these things on earth). People will be there doing all sorts of evil things, as far as people are enjoying these places, or practicing all sorts of evil things, in the place that doesn’t glorify Jesus Christ, the demons will increase the pain on you in hell.
So he said, “Please so that the pain will decrease, I know if people will worship in my mosque, if they will call Jesus there, maybe the pain will decrease.” And Jesus said, “It is too late.”I saw another president (Former president of Guinea). Why Jesus showed me these presidents is because He gave me a message for Sierra Leone president. When I met my Sierra Leone president, he loves God. He obeyed the message. I thank God for his life, because men of God were saying all sorts of things, but the president obeyed the message of God.
President Lansana Conte, former president of Guinea, he said, “Tell my people in Guinea, let them have Jesus over Guinea, and let them turn to Jesus because Jesus is the only way.” He said where he is, he doesn’t want anyone to be there. He said, “tell my people to believe and trust in Jesus.” He said he started a cult that he was sponsoring and he was also in the cult. He said he wants the people to destroy that cult, let them come to Jesus.
One famous Lawyer that died: Usher Williams. He was the deputy speaker of House of Parliament in Sierra Leone House of Parliament. He was in one cult, they call the cult in Sierra Leone “Louch” and he was in devil business, ordaining devils. He said I should tell his “Louch” brothers that they are heading to hell, all his cult brothers that died before him, he saw them in hell. He said, “Please destroy Louch, destroy these devils.” He said, “turn to Jesus, He is the only way, hell is real.”
I saw one prophet: Prophet Mani. He was the owner of the Burning Bush, that man said he would die but that he would also rise up after three days. And when he died, they took his body to the mortuary, his congregation said that they should not bury him. After three days he did not rise again, he was there for one month until the mortuary people said they should come and take their corpse away.
I saw this man in hell. He said, “tell the people that I did miracles and signs and wonders with communions. These communions, those anointing oil, I ordained them and dedicate them to the demons.” He said, tell them to go to a church where they can be delivered or else if they die they will go to hell because I ordained them for Satan. Satan was the one giving me all these powers.” “And tell them to destroy my church because the foundation is from Satan, everything up to the roof is from Satan.”
Whitney Houston In Hell
I saw one woman – a musician I liked so much – I always listened to her music when I was in the world – Whitney Houston. She said, “tell my mother to take my only daughter to church, that all the finances I left behind should be used to support God’s work. Let them support Jesus’ ministry, let them support holiness ministries, let them support God’s work. Let them support Christians – the right Christians. She said she wants her child to grow in Christ and know Jesus.“Please tell my mother.” “Jesus, please have mercy! Let me go back to the world and tell people that you are real! Let me tell these musicians!” And Jesus said, “It is too late!”
I saw my biological parents in hell. My mother, my father and even my grandmother that just died this January ( I don’t like talking about them) – sobs – it is very painful. It is only the grace of God, I don’t like talking about hell, some times when I am asked to come and give testimony, I don’t like to, because I know I will reach this part. And one day, Jesus said, if I stopped preaching His word, He will destroy me. So I always pray to Jesus, whenever I stand to give this testimony, to give me the boldness and strength, because any time I think of my parents, I loved my mother so much but she didn’t know Jesus. She was crying; she said, “Please I miss you guys, tell your sister to follow Jesus, I don’t want you people to come here.”
Please mothers, don’t leave your children behind, you know the truth right now, take your children along the way of the Lord Jesus Christ. I didn’t recognize my mother anymore. I don’t want to go to hell (I love my mother so much). I used to say anywhere my mother is, I want to go. When Jesus showed me my mother- I don’t want to go to hell, I don’t want to be with her there.
Don’t go to hell, hell is not a place for people like us. And Jesus showed me a young boy, about five or six years old, because of witchcraft, God say I will judge all men. When Pastor Ken Paul said a child can go to hell, I argued in my mind that God would not do something like that, but God showed me this boy, a small boy, because of witchcraft.
Satan is wicked, now if you go to crusades in Sierra Leone and they say witches should come out, you will see small children. When you are coming for a program like this, don’t leave your children behind; come with them so that Jesus will deliver them. If you leave them and they die, they will go to hell, no matter how small they are; as long as they have sense and know what is bad and good.
I saw another woman who was in Thailand when she died. She was a believer in Jesus but married to a Muslim, then backslid. She said I should tell her daughters, “I loved their father so much and trusted him, not knowing that this man was in occultism.” He sacrificed his wife. She said, tell them to go out and stand firm in the church, in Jesus who is the only way. She gave me the man’s name and address.

Nollywood screen diva, Mimi Orjiekwe just signed as the brand ambassador of a cosmetics company. Hearty congratulations to the actress on her progression.
Investigations which were carried out during the week disclosed that many patients, including pregnant women, have either been shunning or absconding from public hospitals because of the high cost of accessing effective medical care.
Some of the patients have therefore resorted to seeking help in traditional healing homes and places of worship.
The Chief Medical Director, University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin, Prof. Abdulwaheed Olatinwo, confirmed that many patients had been unable to pay their bills after treatments.
He said the problem might be connected with the current economic crisis in the country. Olatinwo said,
“The problem is that more people cannot pay. We now need to be looking for more funds to take care of the poor as we cannot turn down people, most especially, emergency cases. For those who cannot pay, it is either we write their bills off or we rely on some philanthropists assistance.”
The Director-General, Kwara State Hospital Management Bureau, Dr. Olubunmi Jetawo-Winter, also said new mothers and other patients had been absconding from the hospital without paying their medical bills.
Jetawo-Winter, who stated that the development was connected with the current economic challenges in the country, said, “We have a lot of patients who are unable to pay their bills. I believe it is because of the situation of the country.
The woman in the photo above, is Dr. Megan Meier, a sports medicine and dance medicine physician, who has become a social media celebrity overnight after posting this image of herself at work during a high school football game in her native town, Oklahoma.
35 weeks pregnant Meier had reported to work with her three-year-old daughter strapped to her back and wrote on the caption of the picture:
‘Sports Medicine Doctor Mom – this is what happens when you are 35 weeks pregnant, husband leaves town for the weekend, childcare for 3yo falls through, and you have a game to cover!’
Meier had initially intended to share the photo with other mothers who were also physicians. Little did she know, however, that it would strike a chord with working moms in a variety of fields who must cope with the challenges of juggling career and family responsibilities.
The image quickly went viral, generating some 2,800 likes, 130 comments, and nearly 660 shares.

Notwithstanding the current economic recession in the country, document obtained exclusively from the Presidency by Saturday Punch has revealed that the Federal Government has spent the sum of N5bn on the 10-aicraft Presidential Air Fleet in the last 15 months.
According to the document, the Presidency put the amount of money so far released for the Presidential Air Fleet since the inception of the current administration in May 2015 till date in the region of N5bn.
The breakdown of the sum showed that N2.3bn was released for PAF by the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation between May and November 2015. That figure included releases for personnel costs, overheads and capital expenditures; out of the N5.19bn appropriated for PAF in the 2015 budget. Of the sum, the Presidency said N99.715m was spent on aircraft maintenance, spares and subscription services.
The sum of N98.5m was also spent on operations; N165.373m on training and N85.5m on personnel medicals and overheads. During the period, the document claimed that PAF spent N1.350bn to settle outstanding liabilities carried over from 2014 while N500m was refunded to the NSA for financial support rendered for the maintenance of the Fleet prior to release of funds.
According to findings from aviation experts, however, the Federal Government may have spent about N19.9bn on the 10-aircraft PAF in the last 15 months of President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.

At the time of writing this story, 23-year-old Judith (not real name) was recuperating with heavy dosage of antibiotics. She was not ill, and neither was she down with any flu. She had simply survived one of the worst sexual attacks in Lagos in recent times.
The incident that would send Judith to the emergency ward, took place around 10pm on Sunday, August 28 at 106, Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, around Pako Bus Stop.
Judith’s aunty, a trader in the area, said the young woman had come to her stall around 9pm that day to collect some money.
“I told her to wait so we could pack up together later in the evening. She did. But around 9.30pm when I was still not ready, she said she would go home. She had been sick, so, I thought it was better. Some minutes after 10pm, I packed up and left,” the woman said.
But to her surprise when she got home, she was told Judith had not been seen since she left for the shop. The family quickly mounted a search for her in the neighbourhood. Her two brothers went in search of her on streets in the area and they did find her.
One of her brothers who spoke with Punch correspondent, explained that when he found Judith, he could not believe his eyes.
“Her slippers were all torn, the dress she was wearing was heavy with blood. She was unsteady on her feet. She could hardly stand up,” he said.
A picture of Judith taken soon after she was found showed the ivory-coloured skirt she was wearing blotted with large patches of blood behind and in front.
His brother told Punch correspondent that when he became frantic and started asking what happened to her, she could hardly talk.
“She said some men raped her. Two men now came out of the front of the house where I found her. One asked me what I was shouting about. He said, ‘Because she was raped, is that why you will not let people ‘hear word’? Is she the first person that will be raped here?’ After all, I gave her Igbo (hemp) and she took it.’
“I was shocked. I could not believe that he had the confidence to tell me he was even the one who gave her Indian hemp. My sister said they forced her to take the Indian hemp and two of them raped her on a chair in front of a shop.”
Judith told her family that the men grabbed her as she crossed the expressway on her way home.
She said when they covered her mouth and dragged her to house number 106, which faces the expressway, they took her inside and forced her to take Indian hemp three times before they raped her.
The two men who allegedly raped her were later identified as Wasiu and Monaco, the names they are popularly known by on the street, while the man who boasted of being the one who gave her the Indian hemp was identified as Olanrewaju Osinubi.
Wasiu and Monaco are currently on the run.
Judith’s brother explained that while he argued with the two men, who initially came out, other men came out of the house and joined them, threatening that if he did not leave with his sister, he would be beaten up.
He said, “While we were arguing there, I luckily saw a patrol van of policemen from the Dopemu Police Division passing by and I quickly approached them and explained how my sister was raped.
“The policemen came down from their vehicle and because the crowd of boys in front of the house were threatening, one of the policemen cocked his gun and they all fled.
“But, I immediately grabbed the one who said he gave her Indian hemp to smoke (Osinubi) before he could escape. The police took him and we all went to the station.”
While at the station, it was learnt that Judith continued to bleed heavily as everywhere she sat was soaked with blood.
The police asked the family to take her to the Mirabel Sexual Assault Referral Centre for treatment that night. But by the time they got there around 12.30am, the centre was close.
But officials at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, where the centre is located, referred them to the Ifako General Hospital, where sexual assault cases are also treated.
After the initial treatment there, Judith was again referred to the Mirabel Centre the following day where she was eventually given comprehensive treatment.
It is unclear whether the centre has sent the report of tests conducted on Judith back to the police as is usually the practice.
However, Judith’s family alleged that they became like bystanders as soon as her case got to the police station.
Her brother told Punch correspondent, “Before we knew what was happening, a man had come and said he was the lawyer of the one that was arrested (Osinubi). I was shocked when the suspect and his lawyer demanded that the case be transferred to the Isokoko Police Division, Agege, instead. We who were the complainant had no say in the matter. Saturday Punch learnt that the case was eventually transferred to Isokoko where two policewomen were detached to follow Judith’s family home.
Again, the family said they were shocked when they got home and the policewomen told Judith to take them to where the incident occurred.
“She was sleeping when they came. She was still in a terrible state. The police brought the suspect to our home and told us to wake her up so that she could take them to where it happened. It was so ridiculous that they could make her go through that at that point. I was angry but we eventually agreed,” the victim’s brother said.
Judith’s aunty, who followed them to the scene of the attack, said they asked Judith to point to where it happened and she did.
“She showed them the place and even the chair on which she was raped. It was very wet as they had just washed off all the blood,” the woman said.
However, the family said they were surprised when the police charged Osinubi to court on Friday, September 2, 2016 for simply obstructing police work.
According to them, the police have not shown any sympathy for Judith in handling the case and they fear she might never get any justice.
It is not clear what the police are doing currently to track down the two suspects on the run as the Lagos State Police Command spokesperson, Dolapo Badmos, did not pick calls to her line.
However, an activist, Mrs. Esther Ogwu of the Esther Child Rights Foundation, whom the family has approached for help on the matter, said has notified the Sexual Assault department of the Lagos State Ministry of Justice about the case.
“We expect that an urgent step would now be taken on this matter. This is not a case that the police should even think of sweeping under the carpet.
“This case is not just about her, it is about other young women and girls who are in danger as long as those men are still on the loose. But I do not think the police have realised how terrible it must be for the victim that she may not get justice,” she said.
A fresh Cadet of the Nigeria Defence Academy, NDA, in Kaduna, James Didam Bulus, has died of alleged brutalization from senior cadets, 24 hours after he finished registration and reported to hostel.
Sources told Saturday Vanguard in Kaduna that people wept uncontrollably at the funeral of the 18 year-old James, with registration number NDA/ 11537, at the Military Cemetery, on Whaff Road, Kaduna, on Thursday while a contingent of Nigeria Army buried the late cadet with full military honour, even though he had served his country for only 24 hours.
Brigadier General, MG Kangye, Cadets Commandant of the school, handed over the Nigeria National Flag, a pair of army boot and army ceremonial cap to the mourning father of the deceased, Mr Didam Joshua, as women cried uncontrollably in the fenced cemetery.
Relations of the deceased cadet were too distraught to speak to Vanguard but a close family friend of Joshua said he was beaten to death on his “introductory” night. He said:
“He arrived NDA on Saturday, 3rd September, 2016 and on Monday, 5th September; I was told that he was dead. It was my friend that drove his son to the gate of old NDA and they parted ways happily. But, I was told that he died on Sunday after he did not survive what I was told was ‘introduction’ beatings from his seniors.
At the mortuary, you could see stitches on his head and he had bruises on other parts of the body. The NDA said that he died of stomach pain and that before he could be taken to the hospital, he died on the way.
I asked ‘how can such a brilliant, young boy who was very eager, proud and happy to serve his country get killed just a day when he reported to start what we all thought will be a brilliant military career?
How can a healthy, smart boy who was never a trouble maker have such wounds on his body, and someone is saying he had stomach problem? God knows the best. But it will be difficult for my friend (Joshua) to pull through this agony, especially his wife, “, he said.
When contacted, the Public Relations Officer, PRO, of NDA, Captain Musa Yahaya, said that James, who hails from Kaduna municipality, had an accident on the day he was to report and came to NDA with injuries. He said:
“It was when the new cadets were queuing to receive their kits that Cadet Didam slumped. He was immediately rushed to the clinic and was given the best of medical attention. When the doctors examined him, they found out that he had internal bleeding. He had earlier confided to one of his colleagues that he had an accident on his way to NDA. But that he was afraid to tell the authority so that they would not reject him. He was never brutalized. It was an accident that he had. That was what the autopsy confirmed. He died on Monday.”
Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele, has made a passionate appeal to her fans over her childlessness, urging them to pray for her.
The actress cum producer recently got married to Nigerian rapper, Abdul Rasheed Bello also known as JJC Skillz in London, after her failed marriage to her first husband, Kehinde Almaro of Oloyede.
While JJC Skillz has four children from different women, Funke is yet to have her own child.
In a statement on her Facebook page, the actress urged fans to pray she conceived and delivered safely in her new home. She wrote:
“PLS DONT IGNORE
“You all know I, Funke Akindele Jenifa has been married for a while now without any issue.
“Some have even laughed at me, insulted me, judged me without knowing the pains I go through. I put up every effort in entertaining my fans and Nigerians at large, I made you laugh and some would even say I’ve inspired them in one way or the other.
“Now I’m in another man’s house.
“Pls always put me in your prayers. I pray this year 2016 will not pass me by. I will not only give birth, but I will give birth safe and sound. As you write AMEN to this prayer, may God answer all your hidden prayers.
“Pls why not write Amen?
“Why not share this posts for others to say amen?
“Your AMEN is so powerful. Type Amen on my behalf.
“Even when I’m not happy, I still put up a smile face. Just for you my lovers, my fans. I love you all.”
The statement sounds like something that the actress wouldn’t write. Perhaps her social media manager wrote it on her behalf? Because it was posted on her official Facebook page.
Or maybe her Facebook Page got hacked? or it’s a Fake Page?
A new-born has been gifted with a lifetime free flights tickets on Buraq Air after his mother gave birth while aboard the airline. The airline announced the gift on its Facebook page in celebration of the inflight birth.

Former First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, is claiming ownership of the $31.4 million involved in an alleged fraud case before a Federal High Court in Lagos.
Counsel to the first defendant in charge, with case number FHC/337C/16, Mr. Gboyega Oduwole, informed the court that Mrs. Jonathan filed a fundamental application against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), claiming ownership of the money.
The EFCC had taken former presidential aide, Amajuoyi Azubike Briggs, former Skye Bank official, Damola Bolodeoku, Pluto Property and Investment Company Limited and Avalon Global Property Development Company Limited to court in an alleged $31.4 million fraud involving the companies without addresses.
Others also charged include Seagate Property Development and Investment Company Limited; Trans Ocean Property and Investment Company Limited, Avalon Global Property Development Company Limited and Globus Integrated Services Limited.
According to an application filed on September 6, this year, with file number FHC/L/C5/1233/16, Mrs. Jonathan is asking the court to make an order for the enforcement of her fundamental rights, in terms of reliefs she sought, and naming as defendants, the EFCC and Skye Bank Plc.
The former first lady asked the court to make a declaration that the fund standing to the credit of four of the companies and an account in her own name in Skye Bank belonged to her.
She also asked the court to declare that the action of the respondents in placing a No Debit/Freezing Order on the said accounts without any order of a competent court of law or prior notice to her, to be in breach of her fundamental rights as contained in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Olajumoke Orisaguna has vanished from social media, and this has gotten a lot of people talking.
Yesterday, top filmmaker, Charles Novia, took to his Facebook page to point out the oddity in the model’s disappearances from media, a fear he had earlier expressed after corporations fought over each other to hype the former bread seller.
“We don’t hear anymore about the Bread Seller turned model, Olajumoke Orisaguna,” Novia said on his Facebook yesterday. “I wrote at the beginning of the media frenzy over her that she was just the flavour of the moment for a public looking for sweet distraction from realities in the polity and that she would be discarded by that same public and media once the curiosities wane. It’s happening now, innit?”
Olajumoke’s story kept social media busy for many months, until she slicked away from public eye. However, in May, the mother of two resurfaced on social media to confirm that she dumped Few Models, the agency that first signed her on after her breaking story stunned the world, for Beth Model Africa.
Also, Olajumoke confirmed she was set to launch her foundation, the “Olajumoke Orisaguna foundation”. This came after she reportedly gave out N200,000 to some 40 breadsellers.
Now, there are worries that the media profited from her story and now has dumped her since the frenzy is over.
Her Instagram page was last updated six weeks ago.
“I thought about her two days ago and even did a social media random check. They no longer update her social media sef!,”
Facebook user Ngozi Okafor said yesterday, and another, Dino Cee, said:
“The whole thing looks like a staged managed conspiracy drama but if it really was a true story then I think the girl should be blamed for not advancing herself using the opportunity she got from that overnight fame, I mean that she should have used that opportunity to push herself into the Nollywood or try by any means to release a music album so as to remain relevant in the public circle, modeling is a career that you are only relevant when you are sought-after and it is very difficult for deals to come by all the time but in the Nollywood at least she can always get something with that quick fame even if it is a sub or extras if her charges are moderate, in the music she can always make herself an album anytime she wants more especially this days that lyrics has no meaning but rhythms to Nigerians.”
Forbes earlier in the day, announced that Zara founder, Amancio Ortega is now richer than Microsoft billionaire co-founder, Bill Gates – at least he was, for a cool two days.
The Spanish retail genius who started Zara, passed Bill Gates to become the richest man in the world on Wednesday and Thursday, before Gates reclaimed the title Friday morning.
Shares of Ortega’s business Inditex, parent company to Zara, Massimo Dutti and Pull&Bear, ticked up 2.5% Wednesday, boosting his personal fortune by $1.7 billion, then fell 2.8% by Friday. As of 10 a.m. Friday morning, Ortega was worth $77.8 billion, while Gates was worth an estimated $78.1 billion.
So few days, after the Facebook CEO visited the country, the actress took to her social media page, to hysterically complain that the billionaire did not pay her a visit given that she has one of the highest page likes on the Social network in Nigeria.
Some of her fans came for her stating that she’s feeling too important and all… Well, she reads some of those comments and has something to say about it.
She shared the photo above on IG moments ago with the caption:
“Yah we back! Hello Lagos Nigeria!
So I see some took my Zuck post very seriously ? Happy heart attacking… To the ones with high IQ who got it ? #firstsnapchatpic #thanksprincess”
Is it just me or why does the nose make her look like Mercy Johnson?
