The woman who was recently caught selling human meat has confessed.

According to information we reported yesterday, the unidentified woman was caught at Adabraka Market, Accra, Ghana selling the meat to unsuspecting individuals before she was caught.

While confessing, she claimed that she was directed to engage in the trade by her ‘spiritual pastor’.

Greater Accra regional Police Commander, ASP Afia Tenge said on Adom FM’s Morning Show, ‘Dwaso Nsem’ Thursday that 60-year-old Florence Appiah said she was instructed to sell meat to make a living by her ‘spiritual Pastor’.

“She said she bought her meat at Makola and was coming to sell at Adabraka market but she was new in the market…she said selling the meat was a direction from her Spiritual Pastor and that it was a cow meat she had bought from Makola to come and sell at the market…,” she said.

The Adabraka Police on Wednesday arrested the woman believed to be in her 50s for allegedly selling human meat after an angry mob was about to lynching her.

The Police PRO continued that the Adabraka police has asked people to be calm until the result of the forensic report to determine what kind of meat it was comes out.

“We only know its grilled meat but it is difficult for the police to determine whether it is human meat or otherwise, so we forwarded the said meat to national CID for forensic testing to show if it is human meat or not…,” she said.

As the world reels in shock once again at the news of another appalling terror attack, it has been revealed that a certain prophet in Africa predicted it.

T.B. Joshua, founder of The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations and Emmanuel TV, an international TV station, is said to have predicted the attack four days earlier, on Sunday 10th July during a Sunday service which was broadcast live.

In a video published on YouTube, the pastor is seen, saying: “God keeps saying that we should pray and fast on Thursday to avert any attack in any nation.”

Emphasizing that the Thursday he was referring to was the immediate one, he said: “This coming Thursday, pray and fast. Every nation, just pray for protection on Thursday; an attack on any nation should be averted. We cover Thursday with the blood of Jesus.”

In direct line with what Joshua said, on the evening of Thursday 14th July, the world learned of yet another terror attack which took place in Nice, France. Crowds had packed out the city’s main promenade to watch a fireworks display marking Bastille Day, a major public holiday in France.

They were beginning to head home when a heavy truck literally rammed through the crowd, killing dozens. It has been reported that gunmen also ploughed into the crowd, shooting sporadically. The French newspaper, Le Figaro reported that at least 80 are dead while over 100 are injured.

The President of the region (who also used to be Mayor of Nice), Christian Estrosi, revealed that the truck was full of “firearms, explosives and grenades”, an indication of how much more destructive the attacker might have been.

Another significant attack occurred in Kenya on the morning of Thursday 14th July. A lone gunman opened fire, murdering six police officers including a senior police officer at the Kapenguria Police Station in Western Kenya.

It was initially reported that the gunman may have had links to al-Shabaab, Somalia-based Islamic group. However, reports later indicated that the attacker may have been a police officer at the station. In the afternoon, it emerged that, after almost eight hours’ siege, the GSU officers had neutralised the gunman.

Ironically, this was not the only attack on a police camp in Kenya on Thursday. 20 gunmen, who are suspected, Al-Shabaab militants attacked a police camp in Lamu on Thursday morning at 1am.

According to Lamu East AP commander Abdullahi Adan, the militants who were armed with rocket propelled grenades tried to force their way into the camp with intention to bomb it. Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) and various police units were able to avert the attack as they hotly pursued the terrorists, killing one.

The gravity of the situation in Kenya could have been much worse if not for the quick reaction of the forces which thwarted the two separate attacks. Perhaps the call to prayer from T.B. Joshua to avert attacks in nations played a role in arresting the situation.

Joshua is known to have predicted numerous events over the years. He publishes his world prophecies on his YouTube channel, Emmanuel TV, which currently has over 375,000 subscribers.

The first lady of Imo state, in an extreme show of benevolence has reportedly gifted an orphan boy with a two bedroom bungalow.

Mrs Nneoma Rochas-Okorocha, commissioned the modern two bedroom bungalow, fully furnished to the only surviving son of one Mr & Mrs Akubaa.

The commissioning took place last weekend, as the move was made to console the young boy following the loss of his mother, who had been a widow.

The over elated boy was pictured in tears as he received the life changing gift, while wishing his mother was alive to witness it all.

A pastor identified as Gideon Garba, has been arrested by the police in Kaduna State after a teenage girl he got pregnant died in the process of abortion.

According to report, the married pastor who is originally from Plateau State but was posted to serve in the state, had been dating the girl, identified as Stella, said to be the daughter of a senior pastor in the church and a second year Ordinary National Diploma (OND) student of the Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic in the state and when she got pregnant, Pastor Gimba arranged for her to have an abortion and engaged a friend who works in a hospital.

The quack ‘doctor’ was said to have given the girl some drugs to flush out the pregnancy which was already in the third month but when the foetus could not be flushed out, he gave her some local herbs to drink.

The herbs was said to have reacted violently leading to the girl bleeding profusely. he parents rushed her to a hospital where doctors confirmed that she had taken drugs meant to terminate the pregnancy and proceeded to evacuate her womb but apparently, the damage had been much.

However, before she gave up the ghost, Stella confessed to her parents that it was Pastor Gimba that got her pregnant and took her to the quack doctor for the abortion.

The parents later reported the case to the police and Gimba and his friend were arrested and are now in detention while the police continue with their investigations.

Speaking with journalists in Abuja on Thursday, the outspoken Kogi State Senator, Dino Melaye, who has been in major news headlines for some days now over a row with his colleague and wife of the APC National leader, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, where it was alleged that he said he’ll beat and also impregnate her, has addressed the widely reported controversial comments.

The APC chieftain while addresing newsmen, said it is impossible for him to impregnate Oluremi Tinubu, who represents Lagos central senatorial district, because she has already arrived menopause, adding that he did not use any insolent, abusive, or degrading language when the disagreement ensued.

“It is malicious and a lie that I said I would impregnate Mrs Tinubu. Biologically, it is even impossible to impregnate Mrs Tinubu because she has arrived menopause. How can you say you want to beat somebody and at the same time impregnate the person,” Dino said.

According to TheCable News, the influential politician and human rights activist, also explained that he only told the senate that since it had passed a resolution saying that its rules were not forged, senators who went to court should withdraw the case of face suspension.

“Unfortunately, Senator Oluremi Tinubu got up and was recognised to speak and immediately she started speaking, she specifically mentioned my name. For reasons only known to Senator Remi Tinubu, she got up and the first thing she said was that she was being harassed in this chamber by Senator Melaye at this point.

“She went ahead to say that why would he come here and be threatening senators and there was a large chorus from senators. At that point I was still calm. She got up again and said that this thug must be tamed. At that point, I got up and told her that she was very stupid.

“The next statement from her was ‘You are a dog’. She called me a dog, and when she called me a dog I stood up and reacted and I told her that this was not bourdillon and she should look at my face, I am not one of those senators who normally come to prostrate to them in bourdillon and I am from Kogi and not from Lagos.

Dino said that he saw on social media that Tinubu said that this was the end of his political career. To this, he said: “Tinubu is not God. I don’t fear souls, I only respect souls. She and her husband appealed to me to back off Saraki.

“He is my brother and my friend. It will not change in the four years of the Senate. I want to be the president of Nigeria. There has been a lot of misinformation, lies and blackmail. I want to assure everyone that I remain resolute in my personal conviction.

“It is absurd for a woman to look at her colleague and call him a thug and a dog. Unfortunately I do not have the anointing to be quiet when I am being insulted and I responded accordingly. If tomorrow Tinubu calls me names, I will respond accordingly.”

He also said that there was no talk about the reported impeachment of President Muhammadu Buhari. “Somehow she got falsehood sold to SaharaReporters; nobody among those of us who spoke there talked about impeachment. The issue of the presidency was not the subject matter. But because of deliberate wickedness and satanic manifestation, they brought in the issue of presidency to garnish their aim and purpose,” he concluded.

A Nigerian man of God based in Zambia, Prophet Andrew Ejimadu, has been arrested by the police in Lusaka, the country’s capital, for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl, The Independent Observer reports.

Police report has it that the 39-year-old Prophet Ejimadu, a Minister with the Christ Freedom Ministries, was arrested alongside his 21-year-old younger brother, Cleopas Ejimadu, for defiling the girl who had gone to them for spiritual counselling.

The Police Deputy Spokesperson, Rae Hamoonga, told the paper that the two Nigerian brothers who are from Imo State, were arrested at their residence in the lbex Hill area in Lusaka.

Hamoonga said both were alleged to have committed the offence between January 28, 2015 and December 31, 2015, and are being charged for Defilement Contrary to Section 138 of the Penal Code of the Laws of Zambia and would soon be charged to court.
