“I Have Broken Up with Flavour, No Regrets” – Anna Banner reveals

Flavour-and-Anna-Banner (1)

Delectable Former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria and the mother to singer Flavour’s child, Anna Banner spoke with Stella Dimokokus and she made some revealing reveletions.

Anna claims she never knew Flavour was dating Sandra Okagbue when she first involved with the singer, which of course automatically places her as the Sidechick…..and uhmm, she also claims she has broken up with Flavour.

Banner also talks about the decision not to abort when she discovered she was pregnant.

Read the interview Below:

Anna you went on a rant on Saturday and your posted meme suggested your relationship with the father of your child is troubled. Wanna talk about it?

First of all, Flavour and I are no longer together. Secondly, my post has/had nothing to do with Flavour. It was just a beautiful write up that made sense to me and i decided to share it with my fans.

You and Flavour are no longer together? When did this happen and why? Pardon my asking.
Yes we are no longer together. I made this decision recently. I spoke to myself and decided it was time to move on and focus on my future and career.

Did you convey your decision to him? what was his reaction?
Yes i did.. we are both cool with it.

Flavour and His Two Kids
Flavour and His Two Kids

So Anna why did you decide to become a baby mama when you are so young and have a bright future ahead of you?

I never decided to become a baby mama ,I just fell in love. I fell in love and got pregnant unexpectedly for the man I loved. I had never gotten pregnant before and i was scared of abortion.

I decided to keep my baby no matter what ,i never tried to hold a man down or force marriage on anyone with my pregnancy. You know in life, the hardest decisions always turn out beautiful. I don’t regret keeping my baby one bit. She is my greatest achievement in life so far. I fall in love with her every second of the day.

Okay let me ask another question. You knew Sandra Okagbue and Flavour were a couple and that she was even pregnant for him. Why did you nosedive into the relationship with him knowing all these?

I never knew Flavour was with another woman while we were dating. We started dating way before ‘Golibe was composed’. He never mentioned/admitted he had any relationship ties with anyone even after rumour had it that he was dating someone else and she was even pregnant for him. I believed him.

I confronted him again when i heard she had put to bed and it seemed true. He accepted after much talk but unfortunately i was already pregnant ,never knew i was pregnant until i was one month gone. What was i supposed to do? Take out my precious child? Hell no.I believe God sent her to me for a reason.

So you see, it was never my intention to break anybody’s relationship or come in between two lovers. I just never knew. For those of you out there judging and persecuting me for something you know nothing about ,let me ask,Are you better than i am?Is it okay by God for you to Judge me when he has forgiven me all my sins?.

I made an adult decision at a young age and i am so proud of myself for keeping my baby. People always say i am competing/fighting with someone all because of a man . Really? Fighting and competing? Thats too much energy. Seeking for a man’s attention is never/ has never been my thing! I’m not done seeking for God and my daughter’s attention.

People always refer to me as “husband snatcher” but please, that is not the case. Many of have been victims of love and i am sure we all know that when a woman is deeply in love, she believes everything her man tells her.

I am not a husband snatcher,i was just naive of a lot of things and everyday i ask God to give me wisdom to see well and make the right choices.

You say you and Flavour have broken up, are you both still friends for the sake of the child you have together?

I and Flavour are still very good friends. Chinedu is a very nice person with a big heart. We talk about almost everything. I respect him a lot because he is a good person. He has been an awesome father to his child and i respect him for that. He goes extra length to make his daughter happy. He has a beautiful soul.

What are your plans now for the Future? Do you plan to further your Education?

Yes,I plan to go back to School and I plan on a whole lot of things.I wont say my getting pregnant put a set back in my plans because My baby is the best thing that ever happened to me but i have plans to return to school soon.

The future is bright for me…

Do you have any regrets whatsoever?

None whatsoever….God has been Faithful.

ISIS Claims Responsibility for Orlando Mass Shooting

CkxW1S9WUAA3fbG

The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the Orlando gay nightclub mass shooting.

According to Amaq News Agency, which is close to ISIS, a fighter with the terror group was behind the horrific attack.

“The armed attack that targeted a gay night club in the city of Orlando in the American state of Florida which left over 100 people dead or injured was carried out by an Islamic State fighter,” the agency reported.

The claim comes after the FBI said there were ‘suggestions’ gunman Omar Mateen had ‘leanings’ towards radical Islamic terrorism.

It also follows reports that Mateen called 911 and pledged allegiance to the head of ISIS before the attack.

My Husband Hurts Me, He Puts 5 Fingers in My V**ina – Woman Makes Shocking Revelations

A married woman who is currently a victim of domestic violence has cried out about the antics of her husband who is obsessed with bestiality.

“Why Nobody Can Change Me, Not Even My Wife” – Derenle Edun

Denrele-Edun

Popular VJ and red carpet host, Denrele Edun has said he is very attached to his appearance, weird cloths and all, and any woman that tries to change him would not find it funny.

Denrele, whose fashion sense still shocks many, said this is his brand identity and he would not let anyone take it away from him, not even his wife, when he eventually gets married.

The young man, who is known for wearing crazy hairdos, said that the thought of someone shaving his head has played across his mind but it would spell serious trouble because his hair is ‘his saving grace’.

He claimed that without all his costume, he would become physically challenged.

“The thought that I would wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and find no hair on my head has played in my mind a few times. If it ever happens, there would be a big problem but it only means that I will just invest in a lot of wigs. It would be very painful to me because I love the hair but I always try and turn every negativity into positivity. My hair is my saving grace because I am really tiny. I am physically challenged if I remove the shoes, take off the clothes, pack my hair, you will not see me. You will begin to wonder where I went; in fact breeze can just blow me away. So this holds me firm to the ground,” he said.

The VJ and red carpet host, who is currently warming up for marriage anytime soon, said he would send packing any woman that tries to change him because that would be counterproductive for their family.

“Marriage is all about cordial communication. Anybody that I have found and want to marry that tries to change me would just be sent back to their family house and I will collect my bride price. It cannot happen because at the end of the day, we would be hungry at home and we would be looking at ourselves. It cannot happen. Marriage would definitely not tone me down and I would still remain the person that I am. I know that there is always that factor of staying true to one person which we are working on but we are getting there,” he said.

Nigerians Panic as Vincent Enyeama Trends on Twitter

Vincent-Enyeama (1)

Nigerian international goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama caused an internet meltdown Sunday morning when he trended on Twitter.

The retired Super Eagles captain, whose 14-year international career was filled with unforgettable memories, got millions of fans on the edge when he became the no 1 trend in the wee hours of Sunday.

Ordinarily, this should be a cause for curiosity, even joy, but with the recent deaths of football greats Stephen Keshi and Shuaibu Amodu – both coming at the break of dawn – it was a bad time to trend and Nigerians made that clear in no uncertain terms.

It turned out the Lille LOSC goalie was celebrating his 10th wedding anniversary with wife Promise, an event he shared in this tweet on his handle (@vinpee).

The 33-year-old shot-stopper is presently celebrating the occasion with his adorable family in Dubai, but that tweet, though misconstrued, has overshadowed the great moment as the reactions go from panic to nostalgia and angst…

“Fame Has Deprived Me Of Eating Corn On The Streets” – Bimbo Akintola In New Interview.

Bimbo Akintola

Classic Nollywood actress, Bimbo Akintola has in a recent interview with Christian Agadibe , talk about her  life as a star, how  fame deprived her of eating corn in the streets, her upcoming movie and lots more.

The actress says fame has deprived her of anonymity. Read excerpts from the interview below:
As a veteran, what has been the secret to your success?

Grace and favour from God first of all. Also, I try as much as possible to be very professional, because the first thing you are taught at University of Ibadan where I studied Theatre Arts, is to be a professional. It is a simple thing, be on time and do your work to the best of your ability. And every time that I am on set, no matter what set it is or how much I have been paid, I give it my best.

What do you think the government could do to improve the lives of blind people?

A lot, but the truth is that, for anybody that has any form of physical disability, Nigeria is a horrible place to live in, because we don’t think about them. The impression is, once you have a disability, you are supposed to be packed up somewhere and forgotten. But in other countries, it is not so because they make it possible for you to have a life. And as Nigerians, we must start talking about these things; we must support each other.

What are you currently working on?

I am shooting a film in South Africa called ‘Coma’.

Tell us about your character?

The sensitive nature of the character is something I like, but oh, I can’t talk about it because it is not out yet. When you watch it, you will discover.

What has fame denied you since you came into the industry?

Fame has denied me anonymity. You cannot go anywhere without being noticed. You can’t even walk down the streets eating corn without people talking about it.

What is the craziest thing a male fan has done to you?

(Laughter) Male? It was female fan I would say. There was one in Port Harcourt that fainted after meeting me for the first time. That was scary; I was scared.

What is your advice for young girls who want to be actors?

My advice for anyone who wants to become an actor is that you must be educated. Education is key; it is important that we are educated, if you can, get an education.

Have you found a new love?

Love? I don’t talk about my private life.

Panic As Bakassi Militants Send Strong Message To The Avengers [VIDEO]

Bakassi-militants-1

A group of Bakassi militants in Akwa-Cross Region under the umbrella of Bakassi Strike Force, have expressed complete disapproval of the incessant bombing of oil pipelines in the oil-rich Niger Delta region by the Niger Delta Avengers, reports Channels TV.

The Leader of the group, Simple Benjamin, who spoke at Esuk Mba, in Akpabuyo Local Government Area of Cross River State, acknowledged that the continued attacks were adversly affecting the economy Of Nigeria and advised the Nigerian Government to listen to the agitations of the Niger Delta Avengers, adopting the approach of the American Ambassador to Nigeria who is an advocate for dialogue as war alone cannot be employed in tackling the issue.

He also made it clear that no one embarks on a struggle without a reason, and that the Avengers had their reasons for attacking oil facilities in the region.

cease

The leader of the Bakassi militants however, said they do not support the bombing activities of the militants, urging them to halt the attacks as it was not the answer to their grievances. He said:

“It is cheaper to make peace as war leads to more destruction. Fellow compatriots of the Niger Delta Avengers Please sheathe your sword and give peace a chance. I think you have made your point, hence you should give government chance to respond. Enough of the bombings, please.

“I call on the sponsors of the Niger Delta Avengers to have a rethink of their actions. I also appeal to security agencies to thread softly as two wrongs don’t make a right”.

Blowing of oil piplelines in the Niger Delta region has almost become a ‘normal’ daily activity for the Niger Delta Avengers and they have sworn to continue until the Federal Government meets their demands.

The group reported their latest attack on Friday, saying it had bombed yet another crude oil pipeline, the Obi Obi Brass Trunck line belonging to Agip ENI in Bayelsa State.

An explosion also rocked a pipeline operated by the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC) at Sanomi Creek, in Warri, Delta State on Thursday evening but nobody has claimed responsibility for the blast.

The increase in unrest has reduced Nigeria’s output to 1.6 million barrels per day, well below the budgeted-for 2.2 million bpd. That has heaped further pressure on government revenues already hit by the global fall in crude prices since mid-2014.

Mayhem Unleashed! Russian Fans Attack England Fans After 1-1 Draw Match. (Photos)

Russia England Mayhem3

Pandemonium brewed in the Stade Velodrome last night after a tie-concluded football match between Russia and England. Fans of the respective countries went all ballistic on themselves as they violently attacked each other after the match.

Build-up to the Euro 2016 clash between countries, England and Russia had been marred earlier on Saturday by violence in France but despite widespread global condemnation, the violence continued after the final whistle of the match last night.

After Russia’s Vasili Berezutski’s late header cancelled out England’s Eric Dier’s superb free-kick to ensure the game ended level, Russian fans broke past stewards and charged towards England supporters, and fighting ensued leaving stadium security clearly overwhelmed.

The violence was quickly condemned by UEFA and the European football governing body are set to launch an imminent probe into what happened.

“Are My Tithes Acceptable Unto God Even Though I Don’t Go To Church?”

From a reader:

I am not a regular Church goer. Infact it’s been more than a year since I stepped into any church. But one thing I don’t joke of is my tithe. I pay that regularly and do that randomly to churches around me.

And when it comes to giving offerings, I am one of the most generous young guy you can meet. I give alms bountifully and pay some young people’s school fees.

Now my question is. Are my tithes and offering acceptable to God since I don’t worship in any Church.

“What My Dad Told Me Before His Death” – Amodu Shaibu’s Son

FOOTBALL 2

Tragedy struck at the home of ex-Super Eagles coach and Technical Director of Nigeria Football Federation, Amodu Shuaibu as he passed on in his sleep in Benin City, Edo State.

His death came just days after another ex-national team coach and close friend of Amodu, Stephen Keshi, died in the same city. Amodu’s corpse was buried on Saturday in his hometown Okpella in Etsako East based on Muslim rites.

His eldest son, Abdul-Aziz has revealed that Amodu gave a hint of his death while they were talking.

Abdul-Aziz, a 26-year-old graduate from Igbinedion University, said, “I am getting set for the National Youth Service Corps programme this month. So, I called him (Amodu) yesterday (Friday) to discuss with him but he didn’t pick my call. He called back and told me that he was very busy. He promised to come to Okpella today (Saturday), so that we could see.

“He briefly said something about death when I asked about (Stephen) Keshi. He said Keshi was not buried immediately because he was not a Muslim. He told me that if he died he should be buried immediately. Then today, I got the news that he was dead.”

Abdul-Aziz said he was shocked when he received the news of his father’s death.

“We were not even told that he was taken to a hospital. He doesn’t fast naturally. For the past few years, he stopped fasting due to his health condition. I don’t know what happened this year that he decided to fast. When I asked him about fasting, he said he just felt like he could do it,” Abdul-Aziz added.

Speaking with Punch, Amodu’s cousin, Akuri Afegbua, said the former Eagles coach died after complaints of chest pain and his inability to get the money NFF owed him, adding that his poor financial status had made it difficult for him to take care of himself and his immediate family.

“I think he died of frustration due to his financial status. He was not paid (by the NFF). He was complaining of not being paid and had no money to maintain himself and his immediate family. I think the purpose of his being in Benin was to put in a bill for his payment, (from) both the NFF and the state government,” the cousin said.

“We were together on Friday. In the afternoon, he called to say that he was feeling some pains on the left side of his chest and he called in a doctor. The doctor checked his blood pressure; he had 140 over 100. The doctor told him it was not bad, that he could continue with his fasting,” Afegbua said.

The ex-Eagles coach was full of life on Friday when he assisted one of his uncles to secure a bail at a police station. He added that it was shocking when they found Amodu dead at about 4am on Saturday.

“Apart from his complaint of chest pains, he was perfectly okay. We came back on Saturday morning to wake him up but found him dead,” Afegbua added.
