At the height of his international fame circa 2012 it was rumoured that D’banj had become a member of the Illuminati.
His rapid rise and signing with Kanye West (who is also said to be a member of the cult) triggered rumours that D’banj had sold his soul.
Of course this is all Internet chatter seeing that there has been no concrete evidence of D’banj being a member of the Illuminati.

Speaking with ERAVE, Illbliss disclosed that the reports are false. “I’m surprised the first time I read the same report online. Chidinma is still very much with the label and I can’t fathom where the peddlers of such news got it from.”
When queried further on the state of Chidinma’s contract, the rapper swiftly replied, “She currently has a running contract with the label.”
Chidinma joined Capital Hill Music on a 5-year record, management and publishing deal in 2011 after her victorious quest in the reality show, MTN Project Fame in 2010. Former Mr. Nigeria, Emmanuel Ikubese looks like He’s dating Ghanaian Actress, Juliet Ibrahim on the low.
He took to his Instagram page to reveal that he and Juliet Ibrahim are a thing and he did so by sharing a photo with the Ghanaian beauty to wish her a Happy Birthday.
Read what he wrote below:
It is way passed midnight on a truly special day for you and as I search for ways to make you feel as special as I find you, I can’t stop smiling at the thought of how lucky I am to just be in a position to say “I love you” to you.
Long emotional messages are not my thing, as you will realize by the end of this looong terrible idea(an Emmanuel love letter lol), but you give me the kind of feeling that people write novels about, so I might as well try my hand at it.
I know you don’t see yourself the way I see you, you can’t possibly,
And you will probably argue if I told you how beautiful I think you are, inside and out,
But even things you can’t stand about yourself are all the things i can’t go a day without.
Just so it doesn’t get boring I will stop here..but this doesn’t even scratch the surface of how I feel at this moment, and I hope I find ways of showing it to you
Happy birthday My Love, stay exactly the same this new year, PERFECT! @julietibrahim
Below is a screenshot of her comment replying him.

Another day, another ‘Beyoncé and Jay Z divorce’ rumor.
This time, sources say Beyoncé lost her composure at Kelly Rowland’s birthday party and told friends she’s ending her marriage.
via RadarOnline:
“From the moment she arrived, Beyonce started downing cocktails — it was clear something was bothering her,” a source told In Touch of the 34-year-old superstar, who was drowning her sorrows at pal Kelly Rowland‘s 35th birthday bash on Feb. 20 at the Sunset Tower in L.A.
“She took off her wedding ring, held it in the air and told everyone that this would be one of the last times they would see it because she was ending her marriage,” claimed the source. “Friends and family tried to calm her down.”
As RadarOnline.com reported, tensions have been high between Jay Z, 46, and Beyonce, and the two have been rumored to be on the verge of divorce for quite some time now.
Compounding the tensions, Jay-Z is currently embroiled in a paternity battle with 22-year-old Rymir Satterthwaite, who claims the rapper is his father.
However, in an effort to control the volatile situation at the party, Tina Knowles pulled her daughter aside and tried to talk some sense into her.
“After their chat, Beyonce announced to everyone that she was only joking and blamed it on the alcohol,” said the source.
I do this most of the time, when I get a credit or debit alert from my bank via SMS, I read and delete almost immediately.
Sms Alerts are good, infact very okay, but you should always delete them. They day I decided to start deleting sms alert was when some hungry policemen stopped me and started going through my phone, they saw my transactions, debits and credits and concluded otherwise.
I had to part ways with N11,000 that day, Lol. .Else they said they’d take me to their station.
So read this chilling story of how Gunmen kidnapped random peeps from a bus and went away with people with credit alerts on their phone
Recall last month, amidst their feud, reports came in that Telecom Giant, Globacom had dropped the PSquare brothers as their ambassadors.
The singers’ contract was reportedly terminated as result of Peter allegedly insulting a representative of the company at the grand finale of Dance With Peter while other reports said their contract with Glo won’t be renewed.
Peter, however, debunked the claim that he had insulted their rep and Globacom never officially confirmed or denied that they had ended PSquare’s contract until today.
The telecommunications operator shut down the rumours that they had terminated their brand endorsement deal with Peter and Paul in a statement released earlier today.
According to them, the twins were still very much brand ambassadors of Glo. They added that they were in the process of reviewing contracts with all their ambassadors including PSquare.
The statement read:
We have not disengaged PSquare or any of our other ambassadors. We are currently in the process of reviewing our contracts with the brand ambassadors. We are proud of the role Globacom has played in the rapid upward trajectory of the musical career of these incredibly talented twin brothers. Globacom holds its brand ambassadors in the highest esteem and has a dignified procedure of managing its relationships with its brand ambassadors. Whenever brand ambassadors are to be engaged or disengaged, we usually follow the due process and dignify them by holding constructive discussions with them. Globacom has also played a similar role in the exposure and economic empowerment of all the Nigerian entertainers, and others from neighbouring countries, who worked with us as brand ambassadors.

“Without education, she will not go far and as it is people are just telling her what to do, the day she demands for what she really wants, her career will end.
“I guess people just want to use her illiteracy to make money and gain publicity,” she said.
Mr Olabisi Aderibigbe, a computer engineer, called on the 27-year-old celebrity to study the terrain she was operating to ensure her success as a celebrity.
“The model is lucky to be seen and picked but my worry is that she does not know the terrain she has gone into.
“Exposing body is unAfrican, soon they will give her only pant and bra to wear and cat walk all in the name of modelling.
“Whatever the people that found her out are doing, they should have at the back of their minds that she is a married woman with kids.
“They should have the decency to choose better clothes for her,” he said.
Others reminded the celebrity that she was an example of God uplifting anyone up from the scratch, adding that she should be humbled in fame and be cautious of “what she is made to do”.

A 40-year-old man in Kisii County, Kenya, was on Monday, February 29, sentenced to 200 years in prison for killing his 4 children. Kisii resident judge, Joseph Karanja ruled that Misati will serve the sentence concurrently for 50 years for each of the four counts of murder he had been charged with.
According to Standard Digital News, the case has been in court since 2013 when Misati was charged with killing his four children, Toto, 3, Brian, 9, Ontoyo, 7, and Naomi Mogutu, 5.
Lukas Misati committed the crime outside their rental houses in Egesa in Kitutu Chae Central, on the night of November 10, 2012 following a feud with his wife, Helen Kemunto (pictured)
In her affidavit, Kemunto told the court that her husband came home on the night of that fateful day, woke her up and said he wanted them to move. She refused and Misati attacked her with a knife. Kemunto escaped with injuries and managed to get treatment at a nearby hospital.
“I managed to escape and went to seek treatment at Kisii Level Five Hospital,” the affdiavit reads. But when she returned home, she found the children missing.
“I thought they had shifted to another house. My husband called our landlady and told her to inform me that i pick my children from a nearby bush. However, one of the children lay dead at the doorstep while the other three bodies were in the nearby nappier grass”
A postmortem carried out on the bodies revealed that the deaths were caused by strangulation. Misati was on the run for one year before he was picked up by the police on November 21, 2013. After his sentencing, Misati recounted that everything happened so fast to be able to tell what happened that night.
