A Nigerian lady identified as Oluremi Martins has disclosed that she received comforting roses after her preferred candidate lost the presidential election.

She took to her Twitter page to post a picture of the floral bouquet that her man had sent her.

Oluremi is an Obidient lady, which means she supported Peter Obi of the Labour Party for president in the recently held election, even though Bola Tinubu of the governing All Progressives Congress was declared the winner.

The flowers were sent to her with a beautiful note that contained encouraging words intended to lift her spirits just as much as they would have had Obi won the poll.

Oluremi’s caring man also expressed sadness that he was not present to celebrate with her.

The note read;
“My love, may these flowers cheer you up much as the cheer you would have had If Obi won and I was by Your Side to Celebrate with Yea I LOVE YOU .”

Popular social media gossip, Tosin Silverdam made the claim and Bobrisky did not take too kindly to it.

A Nigerian Man identified as Remmy Hazzan has taken to his social media page to celebrate his wife of more than two decades.

The couple who met during National Youth Service program, marked their 22nd wedding anniversary on Friday, March 3, 2023.

Remmy shared throwback photos on his Facebook and his friends marveled over how they successfully nurtured their young love till the present day.

Controversial Nigerian businesswoman, Jaruma Empire has queried her followers on their stance about attending the swearing ceremony of President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

According to her, she was curious whether accepting an offer to Bola Tinubu’s inauguration, particularly if they did not support or cast a vote for him in the election, would be seen as betraying their loyalty.

The swearing-in ceremony is scheduled to take place on May 29, 2023.

The entrepreneur disclosed that a politician had asked her to attend the event as a date and that she was seeking opinions on whether or not she should go.

Jaruma stated that there are three former vice presidents and a former governor she dated in the past, who can ask her to attend Tinubu’s inauguration with them.

She claimed, however, that accepting the offer did not automatically imply that she would start dating the politician or get back together with them.

A 25-year-old Nigerian woman identified as Folake has revealed the dilemma she is experiencing regarding the ailing mother of her spouse.

She claimed that because her kidney matches his mother’s, her 35-year-old husband begged her to give it.

However, the woman voiced concern that, regardless of her relationship with the beneficiary, she was too young to donate such a crucial organ.

Folake turned to social media to ask for guidance on whether she was making the wrong decision by refusing to donate her kidney.

She wrote;

Nollywood actor, Deyemi Okanlawon, has apologized for his open letter to the newly elected winner of the Eti-Osa Federal Constituency seat, Thaddeus Attah.

Recall the actor had expressed his displeasure at the election results because he felt his friend, Banky W was a better man for the job and sent an open letter to Thaddeus Attah questioning his plans for the people of Eti-Osa as their newly-elected representative.

This letter was not well received by netizens who lampooned Deyemi for being condescending and disrespectful of the new representative.

Benito, the son of Nigerian rapper, Abdulrasheed Bello, popularly known as JJC Skillz, has dissociated himself from his father.

He made this disclosure on Instagram today, March 3, just hours after news broke that his father had remarried for the third time.

It was earlier reported that Benito expressed pity for his father’s new wife, Falilat Raji, said to be from Kogi state. He said he feels sorry for her, however he did not explain the reason behind his statement.

In a new development, Benito revealed that he has dropped his father’s surname and no longer wishes to be addressed as a Bello. He added that he has adopted his stepfather’s surname, Andrews.

The First lady of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari, has appealed to Nigerians to accept the victory of APC’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, in the just-concluded election as the will of God.

She gave this admonishment during a ‘thank-you’ visit by the wife of the president-elect, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, and the wife of the Vice President-elect, Hajiya Nana Shettima, to the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Mrs. Blessing Adeniran, the mother of the 12-year-old Chrisland student, Whitney, who died during the school’s inter-house sports, has alleged that the school is planning to exhume her body for a repeat of the autopsy.

The bereaved mother made this claim in a post on her Instagram stories on Friday, March 3—a day after Whitney was laid to rest.

The 12-year-old was finally laid to rest on Thursday, March 2, after an autopsy carried out on her body to ascertain the cause of her death revealed she was electrocuted, despite the school’s claim that she slumped and they tried everything humanly possible to save her.

Recall that the school management, in a statement following Whitney’s death, said that she slumped “in public view and not under any hidden circumstances.”

In an updated development as given by the deceased mother, while she and her husband are taking legal action against the school, the management is requesting a repeat of the autopsy.

“CHRISLAND!!! Play all your games!!! They just called the police that they want a repeat autopsy. They want to exhume my daughters body for another butchering. These people are a bunch of jokers!”, she wrote on her Insta-stories moments ago.

The man, who seemed fed up with the situation, sought advice from Twitter users on how to correct his wife’s unhygienic habit without coming across as offensive.

Nollywood actor, Deyemi Okanlawon, has received heavy backlash for his open letter addressed to the newly elected winner of the Eti-Osa Federal Constituency seat, Thaddeus Attah.

You will recall that Thaddeus, who ran under the Labour Party banner, defeated singer and politician Banky W of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Mr Babjide Obanikoro of the All Progressives Congress (APC) with the highest vote total of 24,075.

His victory, however, was not well received by some people, especially celebrities close to Banky W. Media personality, Toke Makinwa, had earlier taken to social media to lament over Banky W’s loss while stating that she does not know Thaddeus. She seemingly insinuated that he came out of nowhere to clinch the seat.

Deyemi has now written an open letter to Thaddeus questioning his plans for the people of Eti-Osa as their newly-elected representative.

The actor, who clearly stated that he voted for Banky W in the house of assembly election, said he did his findings on Thaddeus but found nothing worthwhile about him.

He also invited him for an Instagram live session this weekend to discuss his plans for Eti-Osa and also address his concerns.

I’ll like to use this opportunity to congratulate you, Mr Thaddeus Attah @jt.atta of the Labour Party (LP), as the winner of the Eti-Osa Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives. Before I go ahead with what I will like to say, I will like to fully disclose that I voted for Mr. Bankole Wellington of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and I still think he would have been the best candidate for the job. I do have immense faith in our discernment as a people to elect the right candidate, however, I am also quite worried about the role tribal sentiments, cyber bullying and herd mentality on all sides has played in our electoral process. That being said, I am a firm believe in democracy and I would want nothing more than for the people’s wish to prevail once again I congratulate you Sir.

Mr Attah, same as with a lot of Lagosians, I only first heard of you when you are announced the winner a few days ago. Since that time I have made a significant effort to find out as much as possible about our newly elected Federal HOR candidate. To my surprise, my quest for answers left me even more puzzled as to who you really are as well as what your qualifications, past precedents and plans are for the people of Eti-Osa. With little or no online presence, and for someone that overthrew both an incumbent and a public figure. I am yet to find any indications of your campaign or manifesto. It would therefore be a great pleasure, if you Sir will do me the honour of accepting an invitation to either join me online for a live Instagram conversation this weekend to address concerns and respond to questions many others like myself may have.

The singer, who is currently on his “Under The Influence” tour, was giving a scintillating performance during one of his concerts when he invited a female fan upstage to serenade her.

The fan was given a chair to sit in on stage while the singer and his dance crew performed for her, much to the delight of other ladies who would have given anything to be in her shoes.

However, the fan was more fixated on her phone as she kept pressing it at intervals, ignoring the energetic display of the singer.

At first, Chris Brown gently collected the phone and placed it face-down on her laps, hinting that he didn’t want her to be on her phone.

Popular Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus, has spurred reactions after she shared a cryptic post about walking away from a relationship.

The thespian had taken to her Instagram page on Friday, March 3, to hint at why her relationship with an unidentified person went sour.

Eniola Badmus revealed that she walked away from the relationship because the other person was busy finding faults in her. Meanwhile, she was overlooking the said person’s faults.

“I walked away because you were busy finding faults in me while I was overlooking yours”. She wrote.

Eniola’s post has left many wondering who she is referring to.

Reacting, an Instagram follower simply identified as Gina Nelo, wrote, “You overlooked all the BS because you weren’t a genuine person to start with and also for your personal gains”.

Another user @Doyin Solamie wrote, “Girl, you’ve got many issues! Check urself. How many more do u walk away from? The ones we didn’t know? Funke? Davido? Maybe the thiefnubu family later on… Just dey play”.

Meanwhile, an Instagram user suggested that the post was directed at singer Davido, who’s rumoured to currently be at odds with her.

A follower, @Ilebaye official asked, “Na Davido you de talk about?”

Reality TV stars, Teddy A and BamBam, have unveiled their second daughter Maya Akorede’s face for the first time on social media as she turns one today.

The proud parents took to their respective social media pages to celebrate their little princess who turns one today, March 3 and show her face to the public.

The duo welcomed their second daughter, Maya, in March last year, but since her birth, the reality TV stars have always shielded her face from the public.

Sharing Maya’s photo on her Instagram page, proud mother of two, BamBam wrote, “Hello I’m MAYA AKOREDE ADENIBUYAN @mayaadenibuyan and I’m 1 today “.

“Hello sweetness, I’m honored that you chose me as your mum… you’ve thought me and inspired your dad and I soo much soo quickly already! You are brilliant! Tough! Bold! Beautiful and kind and a blessing to your world! You’re soo precious Maya! You’re too precious . I’m glad the world gets to share in your beautiful day. Happy birthday my heart and gift. ”, she added.

Popular Nigerian dancer, Janemena, has sparked massive reactions online after she shared a sensual bedroom video of herself and her husband, Andre Plies.

The dancer, who recently welcomed her first child with her husband, took to her Instagram page on Thursday, March 2, and it has got netizens talking.

In the video, Janemena, while passionately locking lips with her beau, softly fell backwards onto the bed and stretched her leg on his waist in a quite seductive manner.

Sharing the video, the mother of one asked her followers when they had last experienced such a lovely moment with their partners.

“When Last did someone look at you, kissed you and say babe I really love you!? This na throwback o”. She captioned the video.

“Did the angels endorse the rigging? – Daddy Freeze queries Pastor Jerry Eze over election prophesy

Media personality, Daddy Freeze has tackled Nigerian clergyman, Pastor Jerry Eze, over his declaration about the 2023 presidential election.

It would be recalled that Pastor Jerry, the lead pastor of Streams of Joy International, took to Twitter to issue a word of warning to those collating the results of the election.

He stated that angels were monitoring the results of the election in all the polling units across the country.

According to him, it was the same angel that slapped King Herod in the Bible that was monitoring the result, so INEC officials should take caution.

“The Angel that slapped Herod is presently monitoring Polling Units and Election results around Nigeria . Beware!!!” he tweeted.

Following the outcome of the election, Daddy Freeze went online to poke holes into the clergyman’s declaration.

He questioned if the angels sent to monitor the results endorsed, ignored or joined the rigging since there are alleged reports of malpractices in the election result.

Taking to his Instagram page, Daddy Freeze wrote,

“My question is: did the angels endorse the rigging, ignore the rigging or join the rigging?

People will still ignore facts and attack me for opening their eyes to see what’s obvious to all.”

JJC Skillz’s son, Benito reacts to rumour of his remarriage few months after separation from Funke Akindele

Benito, the son of Nigerian rapper, Abdulrasheed Bello, popularly known as JJC Skillz, has reacted to an alleged report of his father’s remarriage.

It was alleged that JJC skillz, who was previously married to popular actress and politician, Funke Akindele, before their split in June 2022, has found love again and remarried.

He reportedly tied the knot in a lowkey ceremony with an Ebira woman from Kogi state whose name was given as Falilat Raji.

An Instagram blogger who dropped the exclusive report claimed that the wedding took place in Kano on Friday, February 10th 2023, with close friends and family in attendance.

He also shared pictures of the alleged bride and a wedding invitation card which carried the name of the rapper and his new wife.

Sensational singer, Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, popularly known as Ayra Starr, has finally reacted to viral reports that she is in a romantic relationship with her colleague, Rema.

Speaking in a recent interview with Kenya’s Kiss FM, published on Thursday, the “Sability” star cleared the air on her relationship with the fellow Mavin signee.

The hosts had asked her about her relationship with Rema, while also stating that word on the street is that the pair are an item.

Reacting, Ayra Starr noted she had never heard such rumours and debunked the dating rumours.

Speaking further, she described Rema as her brother in Christ.

“I don’t know. I haven’t heard that before. That’s my brother in Christ o.” She said.

Ayinke, one of the daughters of NURTW chieftain, Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo, has responded to online trolls who mocked her ‘American’ accent.

Recall that Ayinke, a nurse based in the US, recently posted a video in which she slammed those who criticized her for celebrating the president-elect, Bola Tinubu, on his electoral triumph.

She stated that since she didn’t criticize anyone when they were campaigning for their choice candidate, they should not be upset now that she is celebrating her candidate’s victory. ICYMI, watch the video here

However, most people didn’t pay much attention to her rant as they were more fixated on her accent.

Popular Nollywood actress, Olaide Oyedeji, has called for prayers from fans as she goes under the knife to enhance her backside.

The thespian made this request in a video she shared on her Instagram page while announcing that she was set to undergo another butt surgery for a massive behind.

The video showed her in the hospital, all set for the procedure.

Oyedeji then urged Nigerians to pray for her even if they thought she was not worth it and deserved no empathy.
