Big Brother Naija star and entrepreneur, Nengi Hampson, has carpeted a troll who accused her of lying about her age.
The reality TV star clocked 25 on January 1st, and she was widely celebrated by fans, family members, colleagues, and followers across different social media platforms.
However, a social media user didn’t seem to believe Nengi just turned 25 and didn’t hesitate to share her doubt online while accusing Nengi of falsifying her age.
“She’s gone passed 25 years. Happy birthday nengi, stop lying about your age. Eventually, you’ll get old one day”, the troll wrote.
“You are a big liar. If you like, hide your real age for market purpose you’ll still get old one day! Since you left BB hous you have being 25yrs old y’aIl yeyebrity/fake lifestyle should give me a break jor”, the troll added.
Interestingly, Nengi didn’t take the troll’s comment lightly, as she lambasted her and put her in her place.
“Una go soon tell me whether na una mama born me.. FOILS. Can’t possibly banter words with someone who sits her scarecrow-looking ais in her house all day arguing about “MY” age. Watchu want from me? Money to get you a good wig so you quit wearing that sponge you have on your dp? GET A JOB! LOOSER”, she replied.
Priscilla Ojo, the daughter of popular Nollywood star, Iyabo Ojo, has revealed what her mother did on popular reality TV series “Real Housewives of Lagos” that embarrassed her.
Speaking in an interview with media personality Stephanie Coker for her podcast, “Me, Her, and Everything Else,” Priscilla opened up about how it was for her to have her mom on the reality show.
According to Priscilla, she felt bad and embarrassed when she watched her mother fight dirty on live television.
Stephanie asked her, “How did you feel when your mother said she was going to be on The Real Housewives of Lagos?”
Responding, Priscilla said,
“I was so scared. Because I’m a private person regardless and I was like oh my god. I didn’t want her to have haters or have negative comments. I didn’t know how to stand it because it would affect me. But at the end of the day, my mom is herself. So if you like her, if you don’t like her, she’s still herself. So she’s not going to fake anything. She’s not going to do anything to make you not like her. So I was scared at first but then I was like okay, just do what you have to do. You’re trying because I don’t think I can do it. Having cameras follow me everyday of my life. It will be hard. But I feel like she did quite well. She did well. I was so proud.”
Stephanie then asked, “Was there any point in which you were embarrassed?” and in response, Priscilla stated,
“Yeah. Yeah! I think it was when she got into a fight and then she was like [shouting], I’m already used to that but I was like mummy, don’t let people see this. Oh my goodness. Because when she gets angry, you’ll think she literally hates you but like that’s how she expresses herself. So I’m like mum, this is a family thing, don’t take it out there. So when it was out there, I was like “oh my god”. But then, you know, everybody has their own.”
Popular Nollywood actor, Alex Ekubo’s alleged sister, Ifeoma, has dismissed claims that he is gay and sexually attracted to men.
Ifeoma granted an audio interview with Obodo Oyibo where she spoke out in the defense of her brother after his ex-fiancée, Fancy Acholonu claimed he didn’t touch her romantically through out the five years they dated.
According to her, he refused to be intimate with her for religious reasons, but kept cheating on her with curvaceous women.
Speaking on this, Ifeoma claimed Fancy was lying about not being intimate with her brother because they had sexual intercourse after they made up recently. She claimed Alex told her about their sexual escapades following their reconciliation in January.

The couple welcomed a set of twin boys on Christmas day, December 25 2022, after several years of waiting.

Big Brother Naija season 7 star, Phyna Otabor, has taken to social media to address her fans.
During a recent Instagram live session, the reality TV star thanked her fans for their support while she was in the house and issued a stern warning to overzealous fans who try to influence her decisions.
Phyna, who emerged winner of the “Level Up” season, noted that while she appreciates her fans’ efforts in helping her win, she wouldn’t tolerate disrespect from anyone.
She reiterated that although they voted for her and helped her win the show, they have no right to tell her how to live her life.

An American couple has disclosed that they discovered they are siblings after 10 years of marriage and two children together.
The couple made this quite shocking disclosure in a video they shared on Tik Tok.
In the clip, the husband noted that he and his wife have been together for 13 years, and they now have two kids together, only to find out recently that they are siblings.
“I met this lady in 2008, we got married in 2011. We had our first child in 2011. We had our second child in 2015. We’ve been married 14 years, we’ve been together for 13. We’ve just recently found out we are brothers and sisters”, he said.
They, however, didn’t give further details about how they got to know they are siblings or their next course of action after the shocking discovery.

Freeze wondered how a couple in a committed relationship for five years will not be sexually intimate on grounds of religion.

A Nigerian man from Benue state, identified as Lubem Terkula, has taken to social media to seek advice on how to quit drinking alcohol, as it is taking a toll on his relationship and finances.
In a Facebook post on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, Terkula said that his fiancée has given him a 7-day ultimatum to quit drinking or she will end their relationship.

Brand influencer, Maureen Esisi, also known as Red Vigor, has stated that gay men who trap unsuspecting women into marriage to hide their sexuality should be handed life imprisonment.

A video that captures the hilarious moment controversial singer,Portable, cried out for help after he was shown the stage he would perform at a concert in Port Harcourt has gone viral.
Portable was a guest artiste at a show in Asarama town, Port Harcourt, Rivers state, on Tuesday night, December 3, and performed on a stage erected in the middle of a river.
In the trending video, the “Ika of Africa” singer was filmed while he was being ferried to the stage and he couldn’t help but scream for help when he saw the unusual set-up.
Portable went on to give a stellar performance on the stage before a multitude of concert-goers standing on the shore.
The singer, in a video shared on his Instagram page where he showed the almost empty plane, said many people tried to buy tickets for the flight but couldn’t because they didn’t have money.
According to him, they are all broke because they refused to do “rituals”.

Popular Lagos businessman, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, otherwise known as IVD, has accused the family of his late wife, Bimbo, of denying him access to his children.
IVD, whose wife Bimbo died under controversial circumstances in October 2022, made this disclosure after a follower asked him to make peace with his in-laws.
Responding, IVD stated that he was not allowed to see his wife’s corpse, and her family also denied him access to his children.
“They have refused me to have access to my kids and also I neve saw my wife’s body and they are also paying to drag me down. Am a man of peace I choose to embrace peace any day any time.” He wrote.
Meanwhile, controversial relationship expert, Blessing Okoro, better known as Blessing CEO, has sparked relationship rumour with popular Lagos car dealer, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, popularly known as IVD.
Blessing took to her Instagram page on New Year day to share a photo of a man’s hand with her initials ‘BCEO’ tattooed on it, and said that’s her man.
This sparked curiosity among her followers, who did an investigative work, and discovered that IVD has a similar tattoo on his hand, and many concluded that IVD is Blessing’s partner.
Some students of the Federal Government College, Ijaniki, Lagos State, have been caught after sneaking out of school for a sex romp in a hotel in the community.
It was gathered that the male and female students, who were all boarders, between the ages of 14 and 17, had on different occasions jumped the school’s fence and stayed out of school for days.
Punch reports that for three sessions, including the just concluded first term, some of the students, numbering about seven males and five females, had been leaving the school unnoticed. It was also alleged that they engaged in threesomes and used drugs like codeine and molly, among others.
Their escapades were brought to the school’s attention after one of the male students impregnated a female classmate.
A source told the publication, “There is a possibility that some staff are also involved in the whole atrocities because how will a secondary school student leave the school environment for days without anyone noticing? Some of the staff are benefiting from it somehow.”
Some parents, who confirmed the development, accused the school of negligence and allegedly plotting to cover up the scandal.
A parent who simply identified herself as Alex stated, “This is happening because of the negligence of the principal and the housemasters and mistress. If something like that goes hidden, my children are in that school; they can become victims.”
Another parent, Johnson Smith said,“The management needs to intensify efforts at cleansing the school because these bad eggs will corrupt our children. Something urgent needs to be done in ensuring that discipline is restored.”
Chairman of the Parent-Teacher Association of the school, Olusola Tokede, who also confirmed the incident, debunked claims that the school was trying to cover up the incident.
According to Tokede, the students were caught by the school management at hotels on two different occasions after noticing their absence.
He added that asides expelling and suspending some of the students involved, the school has also engaged the service of local security guards to ensure the environment was being monitored.

“We were the ones who told the parents about it on the platform (WhatsApp). I don’t know why some parents are trying to be mischievous by saying the school did not do anything about it.
“If parents failed to train their children, they will pollute others. Can you imagine a child between ages 15 and 16 having up to N1m in her account? They went to do twosome: two girls, one boy. They were caught before the end of last session. You can imagine that a 15-year-old that should be a virgin is already engaging in immoral activities. They are rotten from their various homes and we are working hard to stop them from polluting others.
“It is not correct to say we have not done anything. We are trying, but you know that no matter what we are doing if a child is not well trained at home, they will always come up with such acts. We have sent out warnings that I will not spare anybody; it is really an unfortunate situation.
“One of the students was expelled because she was pregnant. We also expelled the boy that impregnated her. Some of them that were caught were also suspended, but they will be allowed to come back to write the exam. Everything we are doing, we are trying to marry everything together being a parent and a teacher.”

Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing has reacted to model, Fancy Acholonu’s revelation that her ex-fiance, Alexx Ekubo, refused to get intimate with her for the five years they dated.
Fancy had revealed in an interview with media personality Stella that Alexx refused to sleep with her for the five years they were together, and this affected her self-esteem.
According to her, Alex said he wanted to remain celibate because of his religious beliefs.
Reacting to her revelation, controversial actress Nkechi said in a video she shared on her Instagram stage that she can never be in Fancy’s situation because she cannot be with a man and not get intimate.
She likened not being intimate in a relationship to not test-driving a car before purchasing it.

Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, has taken to social media to advise her colleague, Empress Njamah, after her estranged fiancé, George Wade, leaked her private videos online.
Recall that the actress had recently cried out online that she was being blackmailed with her nudes by Josh Wade, who she claimed is a known scammer who enters into relationships with wealthy women to dupe them.
Wade followed through on his threat to make videos of her unclad public. He’s alleged to have created a WhatsApp group where he added over 100 people and posted private videos he took of Empress in her house, including videos of her taking her bath.
Taking to her Instagram page, Tonto Dike reached out to her colleague, Empress, amid the scandal and prayed for strength for her in this trying time.

Nollywood actor, Yomi Gold has taken to social media to announce that his second marriage has packed up barely a year after their wedding.
Yomi, who tied the knot with Ameena in January 2022, and welcomed a child with her in April 2022, made the sad announcement on Tuesday, January 3.
He explained that they both decided to part ways because they don’t love each other anymore, and said none of them should be blamed for their failed marriage.
The 42-year-old actor further stated that Ameena is a good person and doesn’t deserve to be with a man like him, adding that he’s committed to working on himself.

Chinenye, who’s currently at odds with her “mother,” Destiny, was so giddy with excitement at receiving a message from Sabinus that she shared the exchange on her Instagram stories.
She had uploaded a skit she featured in on her page, and Sabinus reacted to it via her DM.

Recall that the couple have been enmeshed in a messy online drama since Fancy, who called off their wedding in August 2021, publicly apologized to Alex for the way things ended and said she still loves and misses him.
The apology raised speculations that the pair had reconciled, but Fancy clarified that they weren’t back together and revealed that Alex manipulated her into posting the apology note.
Amid the drama, a purported text message between the couple dated August 18, 2021, few days after she announced their separation, has emerged online.
In her message, Fancy had complained about spending too much money on their wedding because Alex wanted a big wedding due to his social status.
She also said she wanted a small, intimate wedding but Alex insisted on having a loud wedding, instead of using the funds to get a house they would live in after their wedding.

Controversial Nigerian singer,Portablehas taken a swipe at Nigerians after he boarded a plane that was filled with empty seats.
The singer, in a video shared on his Instagram page where he showed the almost empty plane, said many people tried to buy tickets for the flight but couldn’t because they didn’t have money. According to him, they are all broke because they refused to do “rituals”.
Portable, who boarded the plane with some of his crew members, captioned the video,
“Wahala Wahala Wahala.

A while back, Portable caused a massive stir after he made a grand entrance at his show in a white coffin.
Portable had his concert at the New African Shrine on December 28, and he gave a grand entrance that has since got people talking.
The “Ika of Africa” star arrived at the show in a white coffin. The coffin was carried to the stage by pallbearers dressed in matching white outfits, with the singer inside.
He was ushered in with chants and praises, accompanied by a drummer who gave an impressive beat with a talking drum.
