Nigerian Male Barbie, Idris Okuneye A.K.A Bobrisky has released a post stating that he is a woman and not a crossdresser.

This is coming in the wake the House of Reps considering a bill seeking to ban cross-dressing in Nigeria and jail offenders for 6 months.

The bill, read on the floor of the House on Tuesday, April 5, seeks to ban cross-dressing with the exemption of those using it for entertainment.

If the proposed law is passed, cross-dressers will be sentenced to 6 months in prison.

In his reaction, Bobrisky issued the disclaimer that reads ;

I’m not a crossdresser, I’m a woman, I have done many surgeries that can’t be reversed such as lipo, boobs etc… when the time comes even court self go confirm as say I’m now a girl.

Still have many upcomning surgeries to be done. Na who be crossdresser go dey fear. I have all my doctor’s report on all my surgeries so when the time comes, my Lawyer will sort all that for me.

Nollywood Actor, Williams Uchemba has vehemently kicked against Domestic Violence and he has promised to use his last money to jail anyone who would dare abuse someone close to his heart.

In the wake of allegations that popular Ekwueme singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu died as a result of incessant domestic violence in her Home, Williams opined that one should leave a toxic marriage to save his/her life first before the person thinks of forgiving their partner.

He also added that any religious leader who advises an abused victim to go back to a house where the victim is going through domestic violence needs to check themselves because they also are in need of therapy.

In his words;

If you are being abused through domestic violence and you take the case to your pastor/imam/leader, and he ask you to go back to the house where your abuser is, change church because that your leader needs therapy too.

Because not recognizing that the issue is not from you but the man/woman that is the abuser is a major problem.

And God help you if someone In know and care about comes to me and tells me they have been abused by you (whether physically or sexually or any kind).

Thank God I have money, cos I will make sure i use my last money to send you to jail.

Nollywood Actress, Mary-Remmy Njoku has seemingly reacted to the sudden and sad death of Gospel Singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu.

Late Osinachi was the powerful voice behind the popular song ‘Ekwueme’ and she reportedly died as a result of the domestic abuse she suffered in her marriage.

Mary-Remmy, in her reaction, said not all marriages are ordained by God and if a marriage is being toxic, the abused partner should leave.

Nigerian entertainment journalist, Joey Akan took to his social media page earlier today to share a never-heard-before backstory about how superstar singer, Wizkid used to struggle to record his songs when he hadn’t made money.

According to Joey, due to lack of funds, Wizkid would normally hang around the studio owned by Knighthouse, which at the time housed Mo Cheddah.

The columnist said the Grammy-award winner often waited hours for other artistes who paid for sessions, but did not use the entire slot, so he ended up using the remaining time to record

Gospel singer, Frank Edwards has reacted to the demise of his colleague, Sister Osinachi Nwachukwu.

The Ekwueme singer breathed her last on Friday, April 8 in a hospital in Abuja where she had been on life support for the past two months. However, the nature of her ailment was undisclosed.

Frank in his post stated that an “Unreasonable human being” put off Osinachi’s shinning light. He wrote;

”So that Unreasonable human being finally put off a shining light. I won’t say much now , I’ll let the former Nddc director ( AUNTY Joy ) who did everything possible to stop this from happening talk 1st, but it still happened. we tried to stop this”

Frank Edward’s reaction comes in the midst of allegations that the 42-year-old Singer died as a result of domestic violence.

Taking to Facebook, the friend of the deceased simply identified as Gold Martins alleged that the singer was in an abusive marriage.

“While praying last night, all I was praying for was for God to touch the heart of people around her. Let them come out and speak. That woman personally told someone I know what she was passing through in the hands of that her husband. According to her “if not for the church and what people will say, I would have left this marriage”

A young man has won hearts on social media after he single-handedly changed an Aged-Drummer’s life for the better in Ibadan, Oyo State.

The young man identified as Adisa Olashile is a serving CORPS member and he met the aged-drummer simply known as Baba Onilu where he went for CDS and he decided to create magic with his phone camera.

The magic turned to mint and it brought in a whopping sum of money from the sale of the photograph that really went viral on social media.

In an update shared on his page, Adisa revealed that Baba Onilu got 50% of the money made from the sale of his picture.
