Former reality TV star, Erica Nlewedim has joined the ever growing lists of celebrities who are proud owners of a Range Rover SUV.

The former Big Brother Naija reality star, who got her new ride around the same time her colleague, Angel also got hers, is seen posing by the white Range Rover that still has red ribbons on it.

Fans have since taken to Twitter and Instagram to congratulate the actress on her newest acquisition.

Erica recently reacted to the tweet of a man who said, because he’s of the Igbo tribe, he’s entitled to his late sibling’s properties.

The user said because he’s an Igbo man, his “omenala” gives him full right over the properties of his late siblings. While the tweep received heavy backlash on social media over his comment, Big Brother Naija’s Erica also tackled him asking if he’s a leech.

Controversial Instagram dancer, Jane Mena got mocked after she dished out an advice to trolls, telling them to rather brew hate on social media, seek happiness for themselves.

The dancer and brand influencer’s comment comes weeks after she was introduced into the messy breakup of Nigerian actress, Tonto Dikeh and her ex-lover, Prince Kpokpogri — it was alleged that she had an affair with the latter after a leaked tape, allegedly of the politician admitting to sleeping with her, surfaced online.

In her advice to the trolls, the dancer tells such category of people that they owe themselves a fight against poverty and also a reason to be happy. She wrote

“Sometimes put trolling and hate for others aside and find how you are gonna get yourself out of poverty and be genuinely happy,”

She took to her official Instagram page to give her over 800k followers the update — the 21-year-old shared photos of herself posing by the exotic whip she just bought.

This comes weeks after the BBNaija: Season six finalist celebrated the fact that she paid rent for her first apartment. And now, not long after, she has blessed herself with a brand new ride.

However, some followers called her “gboko gboko” (husband snatcher), suggesting a married man bought her the car. Others claimed they know the ‘mystery man’ that bought her the car.

But Angel told them she bought the car herself and hit back at those trolling her.

Nigerian songstress, Simi has questioned the popular act of spanking a child as a means of correcting a child.

The mother of one took to her page recently to opine that children are the original learners who require patience and as such, communication might be a better way of correction instead of spanking.

She wrote as caption to a tweet that asked people to stop hitting their children because it teaches them to be violent and accept violence from others as a sign of love,

My take is why is it correction to beat a child when s/he’s wrong but physical abuse when you beat an adult for the same thing? Is it because they can’t fight back? “spare the rod” but shey na actual rod? Raising a child takes a ridiculous amount of patience and they will test it. In the screenshot, Angel initiates a chat with her dad, writing simpl, “Hey good evening.”

Actress and former reality TV star, Erica Nlewedim has reacted to the tweet of a man who said, because he’s of the Igbo tribe, he’s entitled to his late sibling’s properties.

Following the report that the relatives of the late Femi Osibona are allegedly entangled in a feud over the bank details, exotic cars, and properties of the late CEO, a user argued that the wife of the deceased whom they had four children together is in no way entitled to any property as her ‘contract in the family has ended already.’

The user said because he’s an Igbo man, his “omenala” gives him full right over the properties of his late siblings. He wrote,

Stunning Nollywood actress, Damilola Adegbite, has opened up on her failed marriage to colleague and father of her son, Chris Attoh.

The estranged couple, who started dating after working together on a movie, got married in February of 2015, but got divorced two years later.

Speaking in a recent interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, the actress disclosed the circumstances that led to their union hitting the rocks.

A Nigerian man controversially weighed in on the ongoing brawl between the spouse and siblings of late Ikoyi building woner, Femi Osibona’s property following his death after the building collapsed.

We earlier reported that the wife of the late Femi Osibona and his brothers were allegedly entangled in a feud over the bank details, exotic cars, and properties of the late CEO after his lifeless body was recovered under the rubble of 21-story Ikoyi building on November 4th.

In an exchange on Twitter, a user argued that the wife of the deceased whom they had four children together is in no way entitled to any property as her ‘contract in the family has ended already.’

Buttressing his point, the user affirmed that he is entitled to his late brother’s properties the second he passes on as an Igbo man.

The joyous moment some students of the University of Port Harcourt lifted their lecturer and took him from one end of their classroom to the other and back, was shared online.

According to the report surrouding the video, the lecturer had given the undergraduate students a good score for a presentation they made and in excitement, they cheered him on with some of the guys lifting him on their shoulders and taking him around the class.

One of the class members who revealed the name of the lecturer as Dr Emmanuel Wonah, stated that the incident happened at the Political and Administrative Studies department of the school. They wrote,

This happened in Uniport, political and administrative studies, after our presentation today Dr Emmanuel Wonah gave the class a good score and then my coursemates carried him up

Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo has advised her fellow women to stay with the men who give them peace and never bow to societal pressure.

The actress took to her Instagram page recently to share a throwback photo of herself with the father of her second child, Bobby Maris.

Uche Ogbodo recently replied a lady who advised her to tie the normal clothes Igbo women use after child birth instead of using waist cinchers.

The mum of two who welcomed her second child in June 2021, had taken to her Instagram page to share a video of her in a mini dress, strutting like she was on a runway.

Reacting to the video, the follower who noticed that the actress was wearing a waist trainer, told her to ditch it and use the normal clothes Igbo women use after giving birth.

“How many figure 8 do you have mami. Tie normal clothes we Igbo woman normally tie after giving birth, leave all this una waist cinchers,” she wrote.

In response to the follower’s unsolicited advice, Uche advised her to mind her business.

Ikoyi Building Collapse: Late owner’s wife and brothers reportedly in a m*ssy brawl over money and assets

The family members of late Femi Osibona, the developer of the 21-storey building that collapsed in the Ikoyi area of Lagos State on Monday, November 1st, are reportedly entangled in a messy brawl over the personal property of the deceased.

Sources close to the family spoke with SaharaReporters and revealed that the wife, who had just flown in from the United States, tried gaining access to her husband’s apartment in Ikoyi but was denied access by some of his brothers.

It was gathered that Mrs Osibona who has four children for the late Femi is presently in a fight-to-finish with the brothers who are laying claim to the deceased’s array of exotic cars, bank account details and other assets.

The family allegedly denied the wife access to the deceased’s apartment because there were bundles of money, keys to expensive vehicles and others in the house.

According to the sources,

“The brothers and wife of Femi Osibona are fi*hting over access to bank details of the deceased and keys to expensive vehicles. This is despite the fact that the man has a wife and four kids. The body is yet to be buried; they are already fi*hting over his property. His wife was at the site yesterday, shouting at his brothers. I think there are loads of cash in the house.

Femi’s brothers have stopped his wife and daughter from getting into his apartment. It is such a m*ss that money has become the root of all this ev*l. The brother asked the wife to go and stay at the hotel and she claimed she has no money to go there.

The woman came to the house with MOPOL; the family also engaged the services of MOPOL. On each side, there were about twenty people shouting on one another. They have also engaged a popular lawyer on the matter.”

It should be recalled that the CEO of Fourscore Homes Limited, Femi Osibona, was confirmed dead and recovered from the rubble of the collapsed structure on Thursday, November 4th.

The actress in an interview with Chude Jideonwo recounted how she was “marched” out of the barracks where she lived with her parents, when her daughter was only five months old.

Daughter of late former Oyo state governor, Abiola Ajimobi, Abisola Ajimobi Kola-Daisi and her husband, Kolapo Kola-Daisi celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary on Saturday, November 6.

A while back, the mother of three revealed that she watches her husband eat and “places napkins on his lap”.

She took to her Instagram to celebrate their wedding anniversary where she reiterated her words.

A Nigerian man has penned an open letter to his fellow gentlemen about a particular instance when it comes to their spouses.

Jisambo Abba, in his letter shared on his Facebook page, which focused on financial compatibility in couples, opined that a woman doesn’t need to take permission from her man on how to spend her own money.

He said that a woman can howver consult with her man but is not compelled to take his business advice.

Your wife doesn’t need your permission to take financial decisions regarding her own money. She can buy and sell land, houses, and conduct other business transactions.

She may however choose to consult you. And she may choose to disregard your business advice if she doesn’t find it viable. It’s her discretion.

Most of the stuff some of you love to flex muscle on top as religious instructions are just normative balderdash mixed with some “Allah says/Prophet says”. If a woman trusts you, she won’t hide anything from you. But most times, it is that your ego and feeling of entitlement that makes them hide stuffs from you.

I know a Muslim woman that bought a car for herself and the husband stopped giving her money for domestic upkeep. Another one bought a land and the husband insisted that she must put his name as the owner because he is the man!

Please stop that entitlement nonsense!

Give our women a perfect level playing ground to thrive like their mates are doing in other parts of the world. The success of our women should make us feel happy. Not threatened.

Governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has stated that it would be quite hard at this time, to find any more survivors from the rubble at the scene of the collapsed 21-storey Ikoyi building.

The governor paid a visit to the site on Friday night and he was asked by newsmen what the chances are to find survivors since the last time a survivor was brought out was more than 48 hours ago. Responding, he said

It would be a tough one. It would be really really tough. It would be extremely extremely tough to imagine that we could probably still have survivors at this time.”

FUTO student arrested for scalding fellow student with hot water over toothpaste

The Imo state police command arrested a 300-level student of the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) identified as Miracle Ogochukwu Chiagoziem for allegedly scalding her hostel mate, one Wisdom Uchenna Chukwuemeka, a 400 level student of Geology department, with hot water over a dispute they had.

According to reports, Miracle poured hot water on Chukwuemeka at their hostel in Eziobodo on Thursday afternoon, November 4, 2021, because he didn’t answer the door after she knocked to get toothpaste.

Miracle is reported to have created a scene in front of Chukwuemeka’s door even though he had company, before retiring to her room.

However, after she was confronted by Wisdom later, their argument became violent and she ended up emptying a pot of hot water on him. An eyewitness said;

“Wisdom later come out to confront her over her behavior, and an argument ensued. She threatened to pour hot water on him if he doesn’t leave. A lady even stepped in to pacify them but before she could say Jack, Miracle carried out her threat. She emptied a pot of hot water on both wisdom and the lady.

“He’s currently hospitalized, severely scarred. The water was targeted at his private part and now his genitals are completely peeled. He is currently at risk of missing his entire exams for the current semester which may result in an extra year for him.”

The IROKO TV boss gave this advise while sharing how he handled a bully situation involving his daughters in a water park in Turkey.

According to him, while they were in the park, a Russian boy who is way older than his kids kept pushing one of his daughters, Nnnena, and wouldn’t stop pushing her.

Reacting to the obvious attempt of the Russian boy to bully his daughter, he said he told his second daughter, Kaego, to punch the boy if he pushes her sister again and she did just that.

He said after a series of pushes and punches, the boy’s mother and the life guard had to intervene.

Jason wrote on Twitter,

“Teach your daughters violence. A few days ago much older Russian boy (10+) kept pushing Nnenna at the water park in Turkey. He wouldn’t stop. I told Kaego to punch him if he pushes your sister again. He did & she kept punching him until his parents & the life guard intervened.”

A while ago, Teebillz revealed he couldn’t speak proper English till he clocked 10 years.

The talent manager who turned a new age on Sunday, September 26th made this revelation in an Instagram post appreciating God for how far he has brought him.

Reminiscing on his childhood he disclosed that he’s an only child who grew up at Iba Estate, Ojo area of Lagos state. According to him, growing up he lacked exposure and couldn’t even speak proper English till the age of 10.

Sharing a throwback photo of himself he wrote,

Nigerian singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly known as Mohbad, has allegedly been arrested and detained at an airport in Cyprus.

The feel good crooner who is in Cyprus for a show took to his Insta-stories to cry out on the situation on things.

Although he didn’t share details he stated that he’s been held at the Cyprus airport prison and accused the show promoter of fucking him up.

“I’ve been stucked at the Cyprus airport prison. The show promoter got me fucked up”, he wrote.

This is coming few months after popular Nigerian singer, Bella Shmurda was reportedly fined and banned from travelling to Ghana for three months.

According to a report by Sahara reporters, the ‘Cash App’ crooner was deported and fined by a circuit court in Accra, Ghana after he was found guilty of attacking a medical doctor at a quarantine center in the country.

This is coming weeks after she was entangled in the messy breakup of actress, Tonto Dikeh and her ex-lover, Prince Kpokpogri.

Rumours had it that she had an affair with Kpokpogri and an audio recording in which someone purported to be the businessman confessing to having sex with her multiple times also surfaced online.

The cheating allegation has since died down and all involved parties have returned to their normal lives.

Popular Ghanaian clergyman, Mensah Otabil has berated Christians who are in the habit of ‘tapping’ into the grace of other people.

Otabil while speaking at a church event recently, stated that it’s unscriptural to tap into other Christian’s grace, as the grace of God is available for all Christians to access.

According to him, it is unwise to tap grace from men of God and not from the source of grace itself.

In his words,

“These days I hear things from some Christians and it hurts me. My heart is wounded. People say things to me like ”Pastor, I want to tap into your grace. Sometimes they come and hold your feet. I say ”Are you crazy?”. What is wrong with you?My grace? Where did you read it in the bible? My Grace? It is the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

How we can read the bible and still be foolish I don’t get it. It is not as if the bible is a secret document. It’s there. Written plain white. And then you will say you are coming to tap into my grace. Me Mensah Otabil? Are you mad?

I live by the grace of God. If yu have to tap into grace, commonsensically go to the source. What’s wrong with your head. If you need grace, go to the giver of grace.”
