According to him, “the best thing is just to be yourself, that’s how you win”. He then went on to add that he had auditioned for Big Brother Africa, so it’s technically been a long time coming.

Doris Ogala has in a new development, claimed that dancer, Jane Mena really did call her to beg actress, Tonto Dikeh to save her marriage by refuting claims her sex tape is with Tonto’s ex, Prince Kpokpogri.
Now, Doris, the friend Tonto claims Jane called, has given an update, corroborating Tonto’s claim. According to Doris, Jane called her pleading with her to speak to Tonto.

Father of popular Nigerian singer, Wizkid’s third baby mama, Jada Pollock recently described the Grammy winner as his son-in-law.
A post which was shared on his Instagram page, while praising his daughter, Jada, suggests that the proud father has endorsed Wizkid as his daughter’s husband and his son-in-law.
“So proud of my daughter for becoming a great manager and my son-in-law @wizkidayo for making number one on the Urban radio and forgive me, my beautiful grandson,” Jada’s dad, Lenox Caprice wrote.

Nigerian actress, Tonto Dikeh and married Instagram dancer, Janemena have continued to drag each other over the dancer’s alleged sex tape with, Prince Kpokpori.
The drama started in September after Tonto publicly alleged that her ex-lover, Kpokogri has in his possession sex tape of the married internet celebrity.

Nollywood actor, Williams Uchemba has urged parents to be intentional and be mindful of the kind of contents their kids are exposed to.
The actor gave this advise after DC announced that new Superman, Jon Kent, child of Clark Kent and Lane is bisexual after falling for Jay Nakamura, a male reporter.

Tonto Dikeh in her reaction to Janemena’s petition against her, alleged that the married dancer is begging her off social media to help save her marriage.
Jane’s brother in a post shared on his Instagram page insisted that his sister never reached out to Tonto Dikeh as she had claimed.

Big Brother Naija season 6 finalist, Angel is still of the opinion that the relationship between her fellow housemates, Emmanuel and Liquorose, is not real.
Recall that the 21-year-old writer strongly believed that Emmanuel was a flirt in the house and his feelings for the professional dancer wasn’t genuine.

A 21-year-old South African lady who was brutalized by her boyfriend has narrated how the police left them in a room to sort out their differences after she opened a case against him.
The lady identified as Ntokozo Mbatha revealed she had opened a case with the police thinking she’ll get protection from her boyfriend who was in the habit of assaulting her, however, she claimed the police sent her sent away to face more abuse.
“Go and talk things through,” a police officer told her when she went to open a case.
Ntokozo told ScrollaAfrica that the police took the abuser into custody and later left her alone with him in a room to sort out their differences.
Meanwhile, the boyfriend, a taxi driver had assaulted her on Friday, October 8th, claiming she disrespected him.
“I was with my sister and friends when he joined us. We took my sister to her house on the other side of Alexandra and on our way back, he pulled over and told me I was disrespecting him,” she said.
He became aggressive and angrily beat her to a pulp, “He pounded my face as if I was a dangerous animal trying to kill him,” she added.
Since that was not the first time he was assaulting her, Ntokozo feared he would end her life and for her safety, went to the Alexandra police station on Friday night to open a case against him.
Then the officer took them to a room and told them to sort out their fight, she revealed she walked out demanded to lay criminal charges against him.
Police spokesperson Captain Kay Makhubele said police are investigating a case of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH).
He disclosed the suspect appeared in the Alexandra Magistrate’s Court and was released on bail.
21-year-old UNILAG student, Chidinma Ojukwu who is the prime suspect in the murder of Super TV CEO, Usifo Ataga has pleaded not guilty to the crime.
Chidinma and another key suspect in the case, Adedapo Quadri appeared before Justice Yetunde Adesanya of the Lagos state high court sitting in Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos Island on Tuesday, October 12th and pleaded not guilty to the nine count charges against them bordering on the offences of murder, forgery and stealing.
They are currently being arraigned alongside Chidinma’s sister, Egbuchu Chioma from whom the late Ataga’s iPhone 7, was said to have been recovered.
In other news, the House of Representatives have kicked against the multiple media interviews of Chidinma Ojukwu, the prime suspect in the murder of Super TV CEO, Mr. Usifo Ataga.
The House during plenary yesterday, July 13, expressed concern that since the arrest of Chidinma, she has been paraded around, granting interviews to various several news platforms, thereby causing the internet and news media to be agog with the discussion and dissecting the matter. They, however, asked the police to ensure that there is no repeat of violation of human rights such as media access to arrested persons in the future to avoid compromising the case in a court of law.
Recall that the 300-level Mass Communication student of the University of Lagos was arrested on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, over the alleged murder of the Super TV CEO, Mr. Usifo Ataga, in the Lekki area of Lagos.

An unnamed man managed to escape death after his Incredible Hulk phone case which was in his pocket blocked a bullet fired at him.
The man was shot on October 7 during an attempted robbery attack in a rural area of the municipality of Petrolina in the Brazilian state of Pernambuco.
It is said that the bullet only grazed the man’s hips before being blocked by his Incredible Hulk phone case.
According to reports, concerned residents called the police but the armed robbers had already fled the scene before they arrived.
Paramedics then rushed the victim to a University hospital in the city for treatment. It was believed that the man was fatally injured by the bullet until they realized that it didn’t penetrate his skin as it was blocked by his phone case.
Meanwhile, the suspects have not been caught and it is unclear if the police will continue to investigate the case or let it go.

A video of him on the sick bed receiving drip was shared on his Instagram stories on Tuesday morning, October 12th.
Although the nature of his ailment was not disclosed the video was captioned, “Good morning break in transmission. We will be back”.

Delta state governor’s aide, Ossai Ovie Success has advised that people should learn from the life of embattled Instagram big boy, Hushpuppi.
Ossai Ovie, the Special Assistant on Special Duties to the Delta State governor, Sen Ifeanyi Okowa, in a lengthy Facebook post urged people to stop living to impress fellow humans.
According to him, the Self-confessed serial internet fraudster impressed the public with his luxurious lifestyle but after his arrest, people stopped associating with him, posting him on social media and celebrating him.
Sharing photos of Hushpuppi on his Facebook page, Ovie wrote,
Hushpuppi was not celebrated on his birthday. Yesterday was his birthday but was forgotten by everyone including people who benefited from him or knows him.I think people should learn from the life of Hushpuppi.
We should stop trying to impress people. People will praise you when they are benefiting from you and when they stop benefiting, they will forget about you and even give you bad names. Hushpuppi impressed us with his luxurious lifestyle and when he stopped impressing us as a result of his arrest , people stopped associating with him, posting him on social media , celebrating him and talking about him.

Popular gospel singer, Nathaniel Bassey has shared concern about the rate at which health workers are leaving Nigeria in search of greener pastures.
According to the singer, in his small church alone, he knows three medical practitioners that have left the country, stating that it is quite alarming.
In the now-deleted Instagram post, he wrote, “The number of our medical personnel leaving is alarming”
The popular singer added that what is important is being where God wants us to be.

The movie which is projected to be the most watched series on Netflix is a fictional drama in which adults enmeshed in debt are recruited to play children’s games to win a huge sum of money.

Janemena who is a married woman had and is still having an amorous or sexual relationship with Prince Kpokpogri (referred to in the publications as Joseph Egbri) who is not Jamena’s husband. 2. Janemena is cheating on her lawful husband. 3. Janemena has sex tapes. 4. Janemena distributes sex tapes. 5. Janemena’s sex tapes (old and very recent ones) are in possession of PRINCE KPOKPOGRI (Joseph Egbri) with which he will use to blackmail our client any moment from now.”
Following the development, the actress and mother of one has now reacted to Mena’s petition… holding her stance and saying that indeed, the dancer’s sex tape still exists. She then went on to allege that Mena is begging her off social media to help save her marriage but is coming online to file a petition.

It seemed as though the lover-boy budgeted a date for just himself and the young lady but to much to his chagrin, she showed up with her friends and that automatically meant he’d buy more food, more spending.

The married dancer who did not confirm or debunk the claim at the time has now filed a petition against the mother of one.

In her petition, Janemena demanded an immediate retraction of the said publications by Tonto Dikeh on her social media handles and a publication of the retraction in four national dailies in Nigeria.
She also asked that the actress tenders an unreserved apology to her and pay the sum of N500,000,000 (Five Hundred Million Naira) as exemplary damages for the malicious publications.
“The traumatic condition which your publications under reference threw Janemena into caused her miscarriage of her one month old pregnancy,” the letter further stated.
A Nigerian man has in details narrated how his friend narrowly but bravely escaped from the hands of kidnappers who disguised as policemen in Lagos.
Facebook user, Isaac Fayose took to his page some hours ago, to apprise his followers on why they should be extra careful when dealing with so-called policemen as he narrated how his friend who was returning home was almost kidnapped by fake policemen.

Take a look at the pictures and watch the video you see below. A friend’s nephew had an ugly scary encounter with some pseudo-policemen at Lekki a few days ago. Let’s call him SO.
Last Friday night at 11pm, he was on his way home. Having just passed Legacy house, just by Konga house, he was stopped by these men who were donned in some sort of black police attire wearing these police caps that you see in this pix and beaming these flashlights in the pix at him to stop his car. As the civil citizen that he felt he was, he stopped thinking it was some sort of Police check that they were conducting. There was a black car parked by the side of the road that had some of their comrades by it. Two of these pseudo-police guys approached his car and asked for his papers. He showed them. Then they asked to check his boot. He flipped open the boot but they insisted that he should come out and follow them to the boot so they could inspect it. He obliged. Still thinking nothing was amiss. He had only his laptop bag in his car-boot anyway. Afterwards, they told him to follow them to the police station. He asked why but they shouted him down. Trying not to cause trouble, he obliged. When they now asked him to give him car keys that they would rather drive, he began to sense that something was amiss. Still, these men were about five or more surrounding him. So he released the keys and sat gunshot with the guy in front while another guy enter the car and sat behind. They signalled to the other guys to follow them in the other black car.
At this point, SO knew that these men were up to something sinister. He felt that dread that crept into your spine when your life is in danger. Now his brain was in overdrive. His adrenaline was at its zenith. What to do? What to do? His survival instincts kicked in.
Just then they were approaching a street with about over 7 men standing by the side. A white car was slowing down and coming from the opposite direction. He knew then, it was now or never. He grabbed the steering and swung it sharply to the left ensuring he bashed the oncoming white vehicle. He knew if he could bash that vehicle had enough to make it stop, it would draw attention and the owner would have to stop and the usual road melee would happen. That quick thinking on his part saved his life. Immediately he crashed into the vehicle, the guy at the back panicked, leaving behind his flashlight and face cap, he opened the door and dashed off. The black car following behind sped away without a backward glance.
He now had to wrestle with the guy in front that you see in that video. That is SO in grey trousers, using all his strength to lock the guy with his legs around his neck. Some men standing by the roadside now came to his rescue and that is how they caught the guy and carried him to the police station.
We were simply transfixed listening to the telling of his story. The person who recorded this video was the owner of the car he bashed. All I can say on his behalf is thank you Jesus. I am just glad he didn’t sustain any bodily harm But the trauma of that day is not something one can easily shake off. You all must be careful with these so-called police stops at night or even at noon. Whatever you do, never step out of your car at night on a lonely street where so-called police guys are doing so-called car particulars inspection. It is just another kidnapping strategy they use these days to grab their next victim. SO said he remembered reading that the chance of surviving in a car crash is better than when you’ve been kidnapped and taken to their den. Readers beware!
