The professional dancer and her love interest, Emmanuel secured a space in the finale after he won the ultimate veto power on Monday and chose her as the Head of House.
Telling Big Brother about how she feels knowing she made it to the final week, Liquorose said,

Big Brother Naija ‘shine ya eye’ housemate, Pere who recently revealed he has a girlfriend outside the house, has shed more light on his relationship with her.
Pere during his diary session on Friday afternoon revealed he misses his girlfriend and hopes to continue with his relationship with her after he leaves the house.
According to him, he was willing to let go of his life-long dream of being on the reality show to spend time with her, but she encourage him and insisted he came on the show.
He however expressed his concern on if his actions in the house especially his entanglement with fellow housemate, Maria would affect their relationship.
“I’ll like to go back to the relationship I left outside if it’s still intact when I’m out. But I’m not sure she could be swayed by things that happened in the house between me and Maria. I can’t wait to see you hopefully you’re still waiting for me,” he said.
When Big Brother asked him to send a shout out to the two people he misses the most, he went emotional and sent a word to his girlfriend and his mom.

Former beauty queen, Precious Chikwendu, has reportedly filed a lawsuit against her estranged husband and former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, seeking the enforcement of her fundamental human rights.
Precious named other top Nigerian police officials in the suit filed at a Federal High Court in Abuja, and demanded the sum of N800m as damages.
According to the mum of four, she was demanding for the said sum because of the roles the respondents have played in “intimidating and harassing” her during the course of her custody suit (Precious is currently in a custody battle with FFK for her four children).
She asked the court to restrain the police officials from intimidating and harassing her in any form, pending the hearing and determination of the custody suit.
She also alleged that there is an alleged threat to her life by Fani-Kayode and police officials have refused to investigate her genuine petitions against FFK, which forms part of the reasons for suing him and the top police officials including the Inspector-General of Police, Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Force CID, Commissioner of Police, FCT, CSP James Idachaba (OC Legal CID), FCT Command.
In an affidavit in support of her court application, Precious stated that,
“I was in a most tempestuous and violent relationship with the fifth respondent (Fani-Kayode), a qualified legal practitioner, a politician and a former minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The fifth respondent and I have four children together and I am forcefully separated from our children, who are all minors.
Consequent upon the unbridled violence perpetrated against me by the fifth respondent and the forceful separation from our children, I filed a suit in the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, with Suit No CV/372/2021.
Rather than allow the contending matters placed before the FCT High Court to be determined by the honorable court, the fifth respondent has persisted in using the Police officers under the control of the first respondent (IGP) and supervised by the second respondent (Commissioner of Police FCT) incessantly to intimidate and harass me with a view to interfering in the adjudicatory powers of a competent court of justice.”
Meanwhile, no date has been mentioned for the hearing.
BBNaija season 6 housemate, Whitemoney couldn’t hold his excitement as his co-housemate and presumed love interest, Queen, positioned her behind in a suggestive manner.

A Nigerian businessman, simply identified as Dexy, has reacted to the popular notion that bringing one’s relationship to social media will lead to a breakup.
Netizens have strongly advised against making one’s relationship public because there’s a track record of celebrities whose relationship have hit the rock shortly after making it public.
In reaction to this, Dexy took to his Instastory to counter the claim while stating that it isn’t social media that destroys the relationships, but the lies and deceit that gets exposed.
According to him, social media only exposes the hidden activities of one’s lover because many are hiding their sexual promiscuity from their partners under the guise of private relationships.

The popular clergyman who was accompanied by his wife were received by church officials as they alighted from a platinum limousine.
The photos were shared on his official Facebook page and was captioned, “I just touched down at Abuja and there is excitement in the air.

A man identified as Mr Lambert Ukachukwu, his wife and daughter, have been arrested by men of the Imo state police command, after they allegedly connived and killed their last child, Chukwuebuka.
The 28-year-old was allegedly murdered on Saturday, September 17, 2021, for being stubborn and giving his family sleepless nights.
According to reports, Chukwuebuka was hit with a wood and was left to die, after which he was buried in a shallow grave close to his residence.
Luck, however ran out on the family as they were confronted by the suspecting youths of Duruegwele community in Imo, about the whereabout of the deceased.
The father had informed them that Chukwuebuka traveled to Ghana.
But after pressing further and threatening to burn down the culprit’s house, the daughter confessed to the crime.
It was learned that the couple and their daughter have been arrested, while the deceased immediate older brother called Philip is on the run.

The police officer who shot an 18-year-old lady identified as Monsurat Ojuade, has been dismissed from service and would be arraigned in court soon.
Monsurat was shot dead at her home in Ijeshatedo, Lagos state on Saturday, September 11th and her family took to social media to cry for justice.
The police in a statement signed by the Lagos State Police Command PRO, CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu has revealed that the erring police officer has now been dismissed from the force.
The statement reads,
“This is to inform the general public that Sgt Samuel Philipps who was tried for the shooting incident of 11th September, 2021 that led to the death of Monsurat Ojuade has been dismissed from the Nigeria Police Force. He was dismissed after conclusion of his orderly room trial. The suspect will be charged to court today for murder.
Recall that the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, had promised that the matter would be properly investigated and that justice would be served. This action is, therefore, done in fulfillment of that promise.
The Commissioner of Police further sympathizes with the bereaved family, and reiterates his earlier promise that justice would be done in this case.”
A Nigerian man who works as a driver has taken to his page on Twitter to share screenshots of the messages he received from the husband of a couple he’d rendered his services to earlier.
According to the user with handle, @thscalababoi_25, a couple booked his ride recently and after he ended their trip, the husband asked his wife to excuse them, using the opportunity to get the driver’s number.
Later that night, the husband sent a couple of suggestive messages to the driver which has left him confused and seeking advise on what to do on Twitter.

The Grammy award winner gave Architectural Digest – an American monthly magazine founded in 1920 whose principal subjects are interior design and landscaping – a tour around his Lagos home, revealing it was in the mansion he created his Grammy-winning album ‘Twice as Tall’.
According to Architectural Digest, which has also done features on the homes of Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Diddy etc, Burna Boy’s home is a two-storey building located on a serene 13,000-square-foot land in Lekki. It is a seven-bedroom home with a private cinema, lounges, a game room, plenty of garage space and tall windows, a recording studio, a gym, and a swimming pool that begins inside and drains outside.

Chidi shared the chats in a bid to inspire people who feel it might be hard for them to thrive in a place where it seems impossible. Sharing the chats, he narrated how Tems at the time, had asked that he sent her music to a music label executive which would be of help to her career.
