Former BBNaija Season 6 housemate, Kayvee has opened up on why he voluntarily withdrew from the reality show.

It can be recalled that Kayvee real name Ololade Olajide, left the show barely 2 weeks after he was introduced as a new housemate because he had a mental breakdown.

Speaking in a recent interview with Saturday Beats, the 25-year-old photographer revealed that he felt unwanted by his fellow housemates and found it hard to blend in.

According to him, he felt like an outsider so he deliberately reduced his interactions with the other housemates which sadly, triggered his mental health crisis.

His words, “One of the reasons I couldn’t blend in quickly was because some of the housemates had bonded already before I came in, so I felt like an outsider. It was hard for me to blend in because they had created their cliques, then I came in like a random person that was trying to fit into a society.”

Kayvee added, “I can’t pinpoint the time I felt like I could not continue the show anymore. What really happened was that while I was getting to know the housemates, it looked like I was talking too much. I was hearing rumours in the house that I was beginning to talk too much, so I had to restrain myself from talking too much. I didn’t want it to seem like I was trying to steal the show from them. That’s one of the reasons I was triggered. They did not really accept who I was.”

Speaking on how he regained his confidence after the show, Kayvee saidd,

“A lot of people said they cried when I left the house. It’s not bad for them to be sad but they knew I had to put myself first. Some people had banners on their cars just because of me and that made me so happy. It was one of the things that restored my self-confidence.”

23-year-old Mexican rapper, Dan Sur has got people talking after he took to social media to flaunt his surgically implanted hairpiece.

The rapper who bragged about being the first to surgically implant gold chains in his scalp took to Instagram and TikTok to share photos of his new look.

In the photos he shared on social media Dan Sur had golden chains falling down like locks of hair on his face. He had replaced his natural hair with golden chains that were surgically implanted in his scalp.

Speaking on his bizarre headpiece, the rapper noted that he decided to surgically implant gold chains in his head because he wanted to be different, since everyone dyes their hair.

The truth is that I wanted to do something different because I see that everyone dyes their hair. I hope not everyone copies me now,” he said in one of his videos.

“I have it as a hook that is implanted in my head and that hook has hooks and they are all hooked in my skull, under my skin. This is my hair. Golden hair. The first rapper to have gold hair implanted in human history,” he added.

Final year student summersaults to his death while celebrating after final exams (Video)

A 400 level student of a University in Ghana, Abdul Majeed Sani has reportedly died while celebrating after his final exams.

It was gathered that Sanni a final year student of the department of Health, Physical, Education, at the University of Education, Winneba, (UEW) was doing acrobatic jumps when he fell to his death.

In a video that found it’s way to the internet, Sani who was in company of his colleagues gave the jump a first trial which was successful, but on his second move, he suffered severe trauma to the head after landing on his face.

The victim was immediately rushed to the Trauma and Specialist Hospital at Winneba for treatment and later transferred to a hospital in Accra where he died on Thursday, September 9, two days after the fall.

The final year student died two days after the fall and the Student Representative Council of the institution have released a statement confirming his death.

Their relationship was met with criticism as netizens condemned the 37-year age gap between them, however, the couple defied the negative comments and continued documenting their love story online.

Weeks ago, the couple got engaged and have now tied the knot in a simple ceremony on September 3, which was even streamed live on TikTok for their fans.

After the intimate ceremony, the excited groom Quran said,

“We were live on TikTok for the wedding.

“My best friends were there and we went to Bones BBQ Joint after and got a very good meal.

“We then went back to our hotel and made love for two hours.”

It was gathered that the grandmother of 17 met Quran in 2012, when he was only 15 and working at a fast-food restaurant managed by her son, Chris. However, they didn’t date until last year when Quran clocked 23.

A video making rounds online captures the reaction of Lagos state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, after seeing Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke, at an event in Lagos.

The “no-nonsense” actor was at the Lagos State Government House in Ikeja for the Lagos SDG Youth Alliance on Friday, September 10.

During the course of the event, Gov. Sanwaolu arrived at the venue and went round to greet some of the youths who were present.

The youths stood in files so the governor could easily move round and see everyone. When Sanwo-Olu got to where Jim Iyke was standing, he seemed shock to see him because he exclaimed and pointed at him in disbelief.

He went on to hail the actor and called him a “bad guy” to the amusement of the other youths. Sanwo-olu jokingly added that in all Jim Iyke’s movies, somebody must die and wake up again.

Well, the actor is known for his strict roles in movies and for beating up people who offends him in not only movies, but real life as well.

Businesswoman, Blessing Osom otherwise known as Lady Golfer, has reacted to allegations of being the girlfriend of former Akwa Ibom state governor, Godswill Akpabio.

A Journalist had taken to social media to allege that the politician looted N215 billion from a commission he heads and would be chilling with his girlfriend, Blessing Osom, at an Abuja Hotel.

He also alleged that Godswill gave the businesswoman $50k to stir a social media controversy against Emmanuel Udom, the current governor of Akwa Ibom State.

Reacting to this, Ossom in a now deleted post, warned the journalist against insulting her with a meagre $50k because she makes a lot of money daily.

According to her, she owns a big brand and can afford any lifestyle she desirers without being bankrolled by anyone.

Nigerian woman allegedly shot dead by her Italian husband after she reportedly filed for divorce

A 31-year-old Nigerian woman identified as Amenze Rita, has allegedly been shot dead by her Italian husband.

According to reports, Amenze was killed in front of her colleagues in the parking lot of Mf Mushroom, a company where she worked on Friday morning, September 10, in Noventa Vicentina.

It was reported that the suspect, Pierangelo Pellizzar, 61, laid an ambush for the deceased at around 7:30am and shot her four times, killing her instantly.

After killing Amenze, he reportedly escaped from the crime scene aboard a grey Cherokee Jeep which was later found abandoned at his brother’s house.

However, the carabinieri are currently on hunt for the suspect, who is said to armed and dangerous. Italian media are reporting that Amenze was killed because she filed for a divorce after she returned from Nigeria a week ago.

It was further gathered that late Amenze arrived in Italy in 2017 through Libya and got married to an Italian man in 2018.

The guy with Twitter handle, @Honiitel took to the platform to share screenshot of a message he supposedly received from the person that’s in need of a kidney for an operation, which he offered to buy from @Honiitel.

THE Police in Enugu State has launched investigation into the case of its officer caught in a viral video assaulting a young woman.

In the video, the policeman is heard calling the woman a prostitute.

According to reports, the incident happened at a checkpoint in Obeagu Awkunanaw, along Agbani Road, on September 8.

Big Brother Naija’s housemate, Angel Smith laments the condition of the house which she considered as boring and lonely.

The 21-year-older writer during her diary session spoke on the highlights for the week which she insists on being dry and not as interesting.

“The house has been boring so all I’ve been doing is sleeping, doing tasks, going back to sleep, talking to my fish and that’s it.

“The house is boring. We need something to shake up the house. Nothing is happening in the house and I’m bored. I’m lonely because it’s boring. Everything is boring.

“This house is dry. I think you should prank us or give somebody a secret task. I don’t know but I’m just suggesting,” she said.

Angel further spoke on Jaypaul’s gesture of a bouquet of flowers to Saskay which she finds romantic.

Controversial Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu has taken a swipe at billionaire businessman, Obi Cubana, actors, Zubby Michael and Jim Iyke.

Uche Maduagwu who is infamous for his social media posts criticizing the lifestyle of his colleagues and other notable individuals, in a recent video slammed the three men; Obi Cubana, Zubby Michael, and Jim Iyke describing them as noise makers.

He made reference to the time Jim Iyke stormed his office to confront him after he questioned the source of his wealth.
