“Money can’t buy you this much love” – Comedian, Funnybone reacts to the love and support Obi Cubana received from his friends for his mum’s burial
Nigerian comedian, Funnybone has countered a doctor who said that billionaire businessman, Obi Cubana got so much support from his friends for his mum’s burial because of his wealth.
The Nigerian doctor identified as Penking in a social media post opined that Obi Cubana received gifts worth millions of naira, including over 200 cows from his friends because he’s rich.
However, comedian Funnybone in counter reaction noted that wealth is not enough to receive the kind of love and support that Obi Cubana received.
According to him, the immense love and support is as a result of his goodwill over the years.

Recall that videos of the young lady celebrating her sign out from the institution after her final paper went viral because of the inscription on her shirt.
The lady identified as Peace Ufuoma, from the department of Microbiology donned a shirt with the inscription “Aggressive malpractice brought me this far”, for her sign out parade.
The inscription on the shirt which can be interpreted literally as she cheated her way through school has now landed her in trouble, as the school has now set up a committee to investigate her all her results from her first year in the university.
The management, in a statement released on Thursday, said the decision to probe the student’s results was taken at a meeting held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021.

A Nigerian writer, Tobenna Obiano has taken to social media to berate actors, Kanayo O. Kanayo and Alex Ekubo for their joke about ladies attaining Obi Cubana’s mother’s burial.
Recall that veteran actor, Kanayo O. Kanayo in a video shared on social media jokingly warned men to check on their girlfriends’ this weekend, as majority of ladies travelling for the weekend are most likely heading to the burial of Obi Cubana’s mother in Oba, Anambra state.
“If you are in Lagos and Asaba and your girlfriend has told you she’s going for weekend, she is in Oba oo. Oba is in Anambra state
Check on your girlfriends oo, We have landed.” He said.
Alexx Ekubo then added twice in Igbo, “They will finish licking her.”
Reacting to the video the writer in lengthy social media post berated the actors, accusing them of sexualizing young girls in their jokes.

Unfortunately, I do not find this funny. If it’s true or not, we shouldn’t glorify nonsense to the world so shamelessly.
And to see veteran actor and Lawyer, Kanayo O. Kanayo champion this seemingly musing that has turned to craze is quite disheartening. He’s a father that also has a grown daughter, who definitely would see this too.

Popular Nollywood actress and humanitarian, Tonto Dikeh has revealed why she went under the knife to enhance her curves.
The beautiful screen diva in a recent Instagram post revealed people usually asked why she had a plastic surgery done.
To answer the frequently asked question Tonto shared shared a throwback photo showing her body before she had plastic surgery and a more recent one taken after surgery to show her transformation.
Comparing the two photos the actress hinted that the she went under knife to enhance her curves, as the photo before the surgery shows a slim Tonto with very little curves.
Sharing the photo, she wrote, “Someone asked me why #ISURGERY Me:- Well I Hope with this one point of mine I have answered”.

Obi Cubana acquires customized diamond pendant worth N50M in honor of late mother
Billionaire businessman, Obi Cubana has taken delivery of an expensive diamond pendant in honor of his late mother.
The Club Owner who has been in the news following the gift of over 300 cows received as gifts for his mother whose burial is around the corner.
According to a luxury jeweler, Obi Cubana had reached out on what a $100K [50 million naira] would get him to honor his mother. In return, the jeweler made him a diamond pendant with the face of his late mother on it.
“@obi_cubana asked me “I want something special to commemorate my mum what can my 100k$ do for me” told him Say no more big bro #justaskobi,” the jeweler wrote while sharing photos of the luxury piece on Instagram.
