A Nigerian clergyman, Pastor Enoch, has been arrested for allegedly killing his wife and burying her corpse in a shallow grave in Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State.
It was gathered that the heinous action was discovered by youths in the community led by the OYC president, Comrade Effiong Johnson.
According to reports, the woman had gone missing for two weeks which raised eyebrows, so the youths swung into action and got the pastor to confess.
Pastor Enoch, founder of Omega World Global Ministries, allegedly confessed to murdering his wife and burying her in a shallow grave.
He later led them to the grave where the decomposed corpse of the deceased was exhumed.
According to reports, the suspect shot and killed his 24-year-old girlfriend and mother of his child, Nozipho Mabuza, in the Old Dobsonville section in Johannesburg, Gauteng province on Sunday, June 13.
The couple reportedly had an argument before he shot her four times in the wee hours of Sunday. However, the reason behind the argument is still unknown.

Billonaire daughter, Hauwa Indimi-Yar’adua has recounted how a woman gave her a disapproving look for sitting down to pray while she was pregnant.

Nigerian comedienne, princess has shared new damning evidence against alleged child molester, Baba Ijesha.
Princess in April 2021 accused the Nollywood actor of sexually molesting her 14-year-old foster daughter, since she was 7. To back up her claims princess shared CCTV footage which showed the moment Baba Ijesha inappropriately touched the minor.
The aggrieved mother has now taken to her Instagram page to share more evidence against the actor. Princess shared an alleged chat with a lady identified as, Makinwa Elizabeth who claims to be Baba Ijesha’s secretary.

A happily married woman has shared how the “Holy spirit” helped her to wake her husband after he went to bed without kissing her.
According to the lady identified @kiahartt on Twitter, it was a tradition in her home that she and her husband kiss before going to bed, however, on a particular night he slept off without their usual kiss.
She revealed that incident made her sad and she prayed about it. Shortly after, her husband sprang up from his sleep and planted a kiss on her lips. She noted that her husband admitted that it was the holy spirit that woke him from his sleep to do the needful.

Former BBNaija housemates, Natacha Akide aka Tacha and Prince Nelson, have combined efforts to save the life of a man who attempted suicide in Lagos.
Prince had on Wednesday evening, June 16, taken to social media to raise alarm after his friend shared a suicidal post on his WhatsApp status.
The man, simply identified as Somto, wrote, “There is no need to stay! It’s better I find peace in hell”.
Prince shared Somto’s address on social media and pleaded with anyone close to Chevy view estate to rescue the young man as he was far away from the location and might not get to him on time.
Tacha, who was closer to the location, sped to the address and was able to save him before he succeeded in killing himself.
She took to her Insta-story to share an update this morning. According to her, Somto was rushed to the hospital and he is stable now. She added that Prince is currently with him.
Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has exposed her former PA, Gbeminiyi Adegbola, who allegedly stole from her while she was serving as her business manager.
Trouble started when Iyabo called out her best friend, Tosin Abiola aka Omo Brish, for being a “manipulator” and not severing ties with Gbeminiyi after she allegedly almost wrecked her business.

Nollywood actor, Yomi Fabiyi has continued to publicly support embattled colleague, Baba Ijesha who is currently facing trial over alleged child molestation.
Baba Ijesha who arrested in April for allegedly sexually molesting a minor appeared in court for the first time on Wednesday, June 16th.
Giving update on the case via his Instagram page, Yomi stated that the police has no evidence against Baba Ijesha to prove that he defiled the young girl, although an individual wants defilement included into the charges against the actor.
According to Yomi, the victim also insists that Baba Ijesha never had canal knowledge of her.
He wrote,
“That is the true position and update. Someone want DEFILEMENT included into the charges against Baba Ijesha by force by fire despite the fact the SET UP failed to go beyond sexual assault.
Baba Ijesha never applied any force that may exhibit any intention to rape. Yet they want a past seven years purported event based on oral evidence with no single authentic proof added to the charges which will enable a HIGH COURT have jurisdiction to work on the case. Bail is not guilty or innocent verdict.
I am convinced some people outside those we know are the ones behind the case, they and their agents have problem with bail.
By his grace, amicable solution will be found. I will stand by fair trail, human rights, justice and rule of law to the end. No backing down. E ma fhor. STAND BY WHAT IS RIGHT.”
Speaking further the actor also called for the prosecution of the adults who used the young girl as bait to catch Baba Ijesha on camera, he averred that the adults put the minor in a lot of risk.

A pregnant lady who was allegedly arrested during the EndSARS protest in October, 2020, has reportedly welcomed her baby in Surulere prison, Akure, Ondo state.
The lady, identified as Kemisola Ogunniyi, was reportedly arrested on the grounds that she looks like one of the protesters who burnt down the APC office in the state capital and she has been in prison since then.
Activist, Omoyele Sowere shared the story online with pictures of the new mother and her baby.

A fresh graduate of the Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Ella Williams, has been reportedly shot dead by gunmen suspected to be herdsmen along the Benin-Ekpoma expressway.
It was gathered that Ella was travelling from Benin City to Ekpoma when the gunmen opened fire on the vehicle killing her on the spot while other passengers were abducted.
One Asomba Andrew Egbuonu, who confirmed the incident on Monday, wrote on Facebook ;

Miss Williams who has just graduated with a Masters in Architecture from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, was said to have traveled from her Benin base to pick up her Call-up. She never made it back as her vehicle was attacked by murderous marauders who ambushed vehicles by opening fire on them with their small arms (aka AK47 Assault guns) killing her on the spot.
What a country where human lives have no value, especially to these emotion-less invaders. All over Nigeria, criminals and kidnappers plan and find ways of stopping vehicle before kidnappings their victims. A Lagos magistrate court has denied Nollywood actor, Baba ijesha bail in the ongoing trial over alleged child molestation.
The actor who was arrested in April for allegedly sexually molesting a 14-year-old girl since she was 7, was granted bail on health grounds after spending 25 days in police detention. However, it was gathered that the actor remained in police custody despite the bail.
Omiyinka popularly known as Baba Ijesha appeared in court today for his first trail and the presiding judge, P. E Nwaka, in his ruling held that the court cannot grant the actor bail because the matter is beyond its jurisdiction, after his counsel, Kayode Olabiran, pleaded with the court to release him on grounds of his deteriorating health.
According to the judge, the case has already been filed before the high court. Similarly, the superintendent of police in charge of the case, Yetunde Cardoso also stated that the matter is now beyond the police.
“Mr Olanrewaju was actually granted bail during the JUSUN strike and based on the conditions given, he couldn’t meet them and he was properly charged today (Wednesday).
Just like the court stated, the case has already been filed before the high court and the Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP) of Lagos State Ministry of Justice has taken over the matter from the police.
So presently, we have handed over to the DPP so the case is before them (DPP). It has nothing to do with the police anymore, it’s now left for the DPP to handle it.” Cardoso added.

Nollywood actor, James Omiyinka otherwise known as Baba Ijesha, has been arraigned at the Magistrate Court 1 Yaba, earlier today, Wednesday June 16th.
The actor who was caught on camera molesting comedienne, Princess’ 14-year-old foster daughter appeared in court for the first time this morning.
The embattled actor was in court in company of his colleague, Yomi Fabiyi who has been publicly supporting him since the beginning of the whole sage, and some family members.
Yomi Fabiyi while speaking with newsmen revealed he was in court because he believes in rule of law and to support his colleague.
“I am in court because I believe in the rule of law and I have right to come to the court and observe the case. The young man is my colleague; I cannot deny him at this stage, I am too refined for that”. he said.
Luck ran out on a cheating Ugandan married woman as she allegedly got stuck to her lover, during a sex romp on Wednesday morning, June 16th.
According to an eyewitness, the married woman who was having sex with another man was forced to call for help after she got stuck to her lover and their organs could not separate.
The incident which was said to have happened in Gulu city, in the Northern Region of Uganda had residents disturbed while they tried to separate the lovers. However, after all efforts to separate them proved abortive, they were eventually separated when the woman’s real husband reached the scene and touched her waist.

Controversial media personality, Uche Maduagwu has alleged that the 2021 Rolls Royce Cullinan popular singer, Davido, acquired a month ago is not his.
Uche disclosed this in a post he shared on his Instagram page. According to him, the luxury automobile which is valued at around $350k belongs to Davido’s father, Adedeji Adeleke.

A woman who broke the Guinness World Record after giving birth to 10 babies has reportedly has gone missing, according to her supposed baby daddy, Tebogo Tsotetsi.
Recall that Gosiame Thamara Sithole, 37, gave birth to her decuplets – two more than doctors had earlier detected during the medical scans – at a hospital in Pretoria.
However, in a new development Tebogo Tsotetsi says he no longer believes that his girlfriend gave birth to their children.
This is coming after the government and hospitals questioned the multiple birth. His suspicions grew and he has now concluded that the “decuplets” do not exist.
In a statement released on Tuesday, June 15, the supposed dad apologized for any “inconvenience and embarrassment” and noted that his family has “concluded there are no decuplets“.
According to him, he made several attempts to visit his girlfriend and the babies but she has failed to disclose her whereabouts and the condition of their babies.
The family’s spokesman Russell Baloyi told Times Live,
“We realised that as messy as the situation was for the country, given the conflicting statements that have been coming out, it’s about time we put this thing to rest and work on the facts.
“The whereabouts of the mother are still unknown. In terms of the pregnancy, the reality of it was that the mother was pregnant.”
News24 confirmed that a missing person case has been opened to locate the missing woman and bring her home safely.
A young lady was brutally injured by some suspected kidnappers who attacked her cab in Lekki, Lagos state on Sunday, June 13th.
It was gathered that the lady identified as Tee was on her way to Lekki on Sunday night, when the unknown men double crossed the cab she was in and allegedly stabbed the driver, then later took Tee away in their car.
They reportedly stabbed her multiple times while she kept struggling with them till she was able to escape through the window of the car, a black matrix.
A friend of the victim, cammyashlovee who shared videos and photos of severely injured Tee on Instagram while recounting the incident wrote,
“This happened to my friend @teelove.i ,On her way to lekki at about 8pm,yesterday(13/06/2021) her @bolt_nigeria driver was double crossed, the rider was stabbed and they took my friend in their car (black Toyota Matrix)
One of the kidnappers started pressing her breast inside the car telling the other one her breast is too small, for what they need it for then she started dragging with them and they started stabbing her ..But thank God she escaped via the car window.. please guys let’s be safe out there..

Media personality, Toke makinwa has shut down a troll who attributed her fame and success to her ex-husband, Maje Ayida.
The self styled “baby girl for life” had taken to her Instagram page to share an hilarious video of herself and captioned it, “Get it right, I’m 5ft3″, when a troll who seem to have a problem with Toke’s free spirit took to the comment to drag her.
According to the troll, Toke Makinwa talks too much and was dumped by her ex-husband because she doesn’t fit into the fitness expert’s lifestyle. He also attributed her fame and success to her ex-husband.
The troll wrote,
“You talk too much and that’s not good for you and that’s why you don’t fit Maje lifestyle. Remember Maje gave you this platform you’re riding on now, you’re nobody if not Maje Allison Ayida, thank God for him Toke”.
Toke Makinwa who wasn’t having any of it quickly shut down the troll. “You and Maje are mad. If you don’t get out of here,” she responded.
Nollywood actress and humanitarian, Tonto Dikeh has bagged a new award in recognition of her philanthropic work in Nigeria.
The mother-of-one, who is heavily invested in giving back to the public, established her foundation in 2000 with a mission to make life better for under privileged women and children.
Her philanthropic endeavors has not gone unnoticed as she was awarded as the “philanthropist of the century” by the National Association of Agricultural Students, University of Abuja Chapter.
The award was presented to her on her 36th birthday and she took to her Instagram page to show off the plaque.

Popular Nigerian media personality, Denrele Edun has revealed his sister recently lost her job because she was related to him.
According to him, his sister who was a teacher in a primary school was sacked after the owner of the school discovered that she’s related to him.
He noted that the school terminated her appointment because they feared parents might withdraw their ward if they found out one of their teachers is related to him.
Denrele who made this revelation in an interview with Chude Jideonwo, revealed that after that incident his sister sometimes denies knowing him.
“My sister recently lost her job just because her employer found out she is related to me. This happened in a primary school. The head teacher randomly called her to let her go with the reason that if parents find out Denrele is your brother, they will withdraw their wards from the school, and it is something I cannot risk.
When she called to tell me, I was saddened. Her knowledge, skills and competencies were not in question, just the simple reason of being related to me. I felt so bad that my name would ruin things for her, and so sometimes she even denies knowing me.” He said
