Lola Omotayo, wife of popular Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye lost her dad, Dipo Omotayo and he has been laid to rest today.
The father-in law to the popular Nigerian musician was laid to rest amid tears today, Thursday, February 25, 2021, while close friends and family were present to pay their last respects.
Lola Omotayo-Okoye, her husband Peter Okoye, and their two children led the procession to the venue of the funeral.
Recall that Lola lost her dad to the cold hands of death on Wednesday morning, December 16, and took to Instagram to announce the heartbreaking news.
In videos which surfaced online, Peter Okoye’s last child, Aliona Okoye couldn’t hold back her tears as she cried uncontrollably at the funeral.
Lola’s dad, Mr Dipo Omotayo, is the the owner of Silco Drilling and Completion Services, a Lagos-based oil and gas company.
