A twitter user has shared a video in which a policeman was reportedly shaving the head of a man who was on afro against his will.
He added that the man had to bail himself with the sum of Two thousand naira after having his head shaved.

On my coming from Gusau Zamfara State today, we came across this police check point and one of the officer asked one of the passengers to get down. Without questioning this officer pulled out a scissors & cut this guys hair due to the fact he had an Afro
