A kidnapped woman has been reported yet missing as the suspected kidnapper and ritualist got apprehended by some residents of Ojokoro, Lagos state today.
Along Ojokoro axis of the Lagos-Abeokuta expressway, Obadeyi bus-stop, a passersby heard a crying voice of a helpless woman allegedly kidnapped by the suspect and his accomplices but the woman has not been recovered as the suspected culprit were nabbed.
In the bid to contain the situation, the Police present at the scene of event tried stopping the local residents from lynching the suspect
In the words of a witness, Adesola John:
“A woman was crying for help and people heard her voice and searched under the bridge before they found this man”, he said.
“The woman has not been found and, as you can see, we are still searching.”
Another witness who pleaded anonymity said there may be many victims trapped underneath.
I think she has been sent somewhere, like Charm or something.. Maybe she disappeared
