4. “I don’t want the last piece, take it!”
Awww… This one goes the opposite direction. You are willing to sacrifice your desires to make your kids happy. Of course, you don’t want that last delicious, meaty piece of meat pie!
5. “I’m fine, don’t worry about me.”
Here again, you just want to stay strong for your children so they get everything they need. It’s good, but try to find help and allow yourself some well-deserved rest.
6. “I have eyes in the back of my head.”
While this seems illogical, believe me, Nigerian moms have eyes at the back of their heads! It might not be that much of a lie as moms see everything, but it might help you calming the kids for some time.
