Nigerian Lady rants, says her landlord served her quit notice because he has issue with the way she dresses
A Nigerian woman, Toju, said that her landlord has served her a quit notice because he doesn’t like the way she dresses.
Toju disclosed this via Twitter on Monday morning, March 29 and later confirmed that he actually brought the quit notice.
“Because my landlord has an issue with the way I dress he is bringing my quit notice” she wrote.
“I hate that no matter how much we fight for equality online, the average man is still a misogynistic piece of sh*t” she added.

Man buys church building, kicks out members over frequent noisy activities
A Twitter user, @MrOdanz has taken to the platform to narrate how a wealthy neighbour bought a church building, and kicked out all its members over noise pollution.
According to MrOdan, the church was in the habit of disturbing the vicinity with noise. All efforts to keep the church members in order failed until a wealthy neighbour purchased the building and evicted the members.
Narrating the event on the micro-blogging platform, he tweeted
“There used to be a church located somewhere across my street that torment residents with noise/prayers. The man living on the other side of their fence bought their property last month and evicted them. This was after several efforts to get them to reduce their noise. God is good.”

Nigerian man and his girlfriend arrested for cocaine possession in Thailand
A 36-year-old Nigerian man identified as Michael “Mark” Ikenna, and his Thai girlfriend have both been arrested and charged with allegedly possessing and selling cocaine in Banglamung, Thailand.
Region 2 Narcotic Suppression officers received a tip-off from a concerned citizen that the suspects were allegedly selling cocaine in the Pattaya and Bangkok area.
The officers captured Ikenna, and Nantana Chiewpanitch, 25, in a sting operation conducted by an undercover police who arranged to purchase 10 grams of cocaine in Takhiantia on Friday, March 26.
Ikenna was arrested outside his Takhiantia house and 9.8g of white powder seized from him. Police found Nantana Chiewpanitch inside the house but she denied involvement with drug dealing, saying she has only known Ikenna for a few months and worked in a call center in Bangkok.
Investigators then searched their apartment in Bangkok where they recovered nearly a gram of cocaine and hundreds of plastic bags police said were used to package drugs for sale in Bangkok, the East and Central regions.
Police said the Nigerian claimed he was an exporter of dried dory fish to his home country. Police countered it was a shell company used to launder his drug money.
They were taken to the Banglamung Police Station to face charges of illegal possession of Category 2 drugs (cocaine) with intent to sell.

The Commissioner of Police of the Enugu State Command, CP Mohammed Ndatsu Aliyu, psc, has ordered the State CID to carry out a full-scale investigation to unravel the circumstances surrounding the death of a young lady identified as Orji Chiamaka Precious Gold, aged 20, whose lifeless body was found in a gutter, along Presidential Road, Independence Layout, Enugu.
In a statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, ASP Daniel Ndukwe, Precious’ body was evacuated to the hospital, following information received in the early hours of Monday, March 29 by Police Operatives attached to New Haven Police Division.
Ndukwe stated that the doctors on duty confirmed her dead while the corpse was deposited in the mortuary for preservation and autopsy.
The police spokesperson added that two (2) persons have been arrested and are being investigated to ascertain their culpability or otherwise, in the death of the young lady.

Although, it’s not certain what really transpired, in the viral photo the pastor is seen laying hands on three masquerades who humbly knelt down for the man of God to pray for them.
It is not clear if they were recently converted or just wanted to be blessed by a man of God but the viral photos have stirred reactions online.

VP Yemi Osinbajo says visas might be needed to travel to Kano if Nigeria splits
Vice-President of Nigeria, Yemi Osinbajo has asked those calling for the breakup of Nigeria to have a rethink as they might need visas to travel to places like Kano state.
The Vice President revealed this when he spoke at the 12th Bola Tinubu colloquium held in commemoration of the APC National leader’s 69th birthday in Kano today March 29.
The Vice-President, who was the special guest of honor at the event, said the initial plan was to hold a completely virtual event but Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State offered to host a physical event that would run alongside the virtual one on Zoom.
“For the purveyors of breaking up into small components, into small countries, perhaps they should be reminded that we would not have been able to accept Governor Ganduje’s offer to come to Kano at a short notice since we would all have needed visas to come to Kano” Osinbajo said

Businesswoman, Tania Omotayo, has taken to social media to finally share why she kept her pregnancy from the public, as her daughter, Sarai turns 2 tomorrow, March 30th.
The mother of one in a lengthy Instagram post revealed that she hid her pregnancy from the public because she was scared and didn’t know what to expect.
According to Tania, she battled endometriosis during pregnancy and was scared about all the things that could go wrong, hence, the decision to hide her pregnancy from social media.
She made this revelation moments ago via an Instagram post, documenting her pregnancy journey as she anticipates her daughter’s 2-year-old birthday tomorrow.
In her words,
“I never got a chance to share some of my pregnancy and birth videos not because I was hiding but because I was scared. I didn’t know what to expect with my endometriosis and I had so much anxiety as I was scared about all the things that could go wrong.
“Plus I also knew I wouldn’t be able to handle such a loss publicly. So I decided not to share anything until she was born. Luckily for me I had the most amazing pregnancy and the easiest delivery when it was time to push Sarai came out in 5 minutes.
She is turning two tomorrow and my heart is so full. I’ve been having flashbacks of my pregnancy the whole day. God is so faithful ❤️ @symplysimi ‘s Duduke is honestly the only song that can possibly describe the moments shared in this video. To everyone that has lost a baby or is still trying I pray God will surprise you and bless you with all your heart desires”.
