Nigerian singer, Alayande Lola Oladapo Quam, popularly known as Lala, is dead.

The music star, who gained popularity after releasing ‘Idi Nla’ featuring late rapper Dagrin, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021.

The news of his death was announced by his brother on Facebook. Although, the cause of his death is still unknown.

Lala completed his Msc program at Lagos State University in December last year.

His death comes barely weeks after the death of Dokta Frabz, who produced his hit song ‘Idi nla’.

Reports have it that Dokta Frabz died in February 2021, though the circumstances surrounding his death is also unclear.

Dr Frabz, worked with so many Top Nigerian artistes, including Wizkid, Davido, Omawunmi and the late Da Grin.

According to reports, he died in the US.

Samklef who shared the news, wrote “One of Nigeria legendary producer just died. Sad day for me,”

Newly wedded woman reportedly burnt to death by jealous co-wife in Niger State seven weeks after her wedding

A beautiful newlywedded woman, Fatima, was reportedly burnt to death by her husband’s first wife in Minna, Niger State.

According to viral reports, Fatima an indigene of Katsina state, was allegedly burnt to death by her co-wife on Tuesday, March 23rd, exactly seven weeks after her wedding.

A member of the family in a chat with Katsina Post, revealed the two wives were not living in the same house. However, the first wife went to Fatima’s house to beat her to pulp.

After beating the new bride till she had no strength in her, the first wife allegedly locked her up inside the room and set it on fire, burning Fatima to death.

“They were not living in the same house but the first wife went to her house which is not far and beaten her to death before locking her room up and setting her ablaze”, the family source said.

The remains of the deceased will be buried today, March 24th, at the Sabuwar Unguwa residential area in Katsina metropolis, according to Islamic rites.

Man jumps into water tank to cry after his girlfriend dumped him (Video)

A young Ghanaian man simply identified as Exodus, reportedly jumped into a water tank to cry his heart out, after his girlfriend, Hannah broke up with him.

It was gathered that Exodus deliberately entered the tank filled with water to shed premium tears after his lover dumped him.

The young man was later discovered in the tank by concerned residents who found hiss lippers lying in front of the tank with no sign of him around, they checked inside the tank and found him sleeping.

In the video shared online, Exodus is being queried by his friend for taking such drastic action. His friend was also heard threatening to make the video go viral.

American rapper and entrepreneur, Rick Ross has narrated how he once passed out during sex and the lady thought he had died.

The Maybach Music Group (MMG) founder revealed this while speaking on the effect codeine abuse had on him.

Rick Ross, in an interview, opened up on his addiction to Lean (a concoction of cough syrup, soda, hard candy, and, in some cases, alcohol) and how it negatively affected the quality of his life.

According to him, he started becoming unconscious at the red light and at other inconvenient times and places.

He also recounted how he once passed out while having sex and the girl broke down in tears because she thought he was dead.

“I was having sex before and I woke up and the girl just next to me [while imitating the girl’s crying voice]” Rick Ross said.

Nigerian singer, Oluwatosin Ajibade better known as Mr Eazi, has replied a troll who questioned how he affords to spend on his girlfriend, Temi Otedola.

His girlfriend, billionaire daughter, Temi Otedola, turned 25 over the weekend and the award-winning singer ensured she celebrated it in a flamboyant style.

Since Temi’s birthday the lovebirds have been on a private island. However, yesterday, March 24th the singer revealed he might extend their vacation on the island, after receiving a credit alert.

In response a troll who assumed that the luxury vacation was funded by Temi Otedola, took to the comment to express surprise, while questioning how Eazi can afford to spend on his girlfriend.

27-year-old man dies as a hospital allegedly refused to treat him after being stabbed in Ikorodu, Lagos

A young man identified as DJ Abiodun has sadly passed away after he was stabbed in Ikorodu, Lagos State.

Twitter user, @jummiekaycole said Abiodun died because the hospital he was rushed to after he was stabbed wouldn’t treat him.

Apparently my cousin got stabbed on his way to the studio at Ikorodu around 7am yesterday, Good Samaritans took him to the hospital, but as usual Nigeria healthcare had their way with him, he died because they wouldn’t treat him

Nollywood actor Godwin Maduagu whose alleged gay sex tape made the rounds on social media last month, has said he feels like committing suicide as he currently deals with the effect of the scandal.

The actor said this in a video he shared on his Instagram page.

He said he has become broke as he has lost many job opportunities due to the scandal.

In his words ;

”I am not happy because you guys are frustrating my life because I am getting depressed already. I thought I have moved on and everybody has moved on.

I have not been getting jobs, I am getting broke. You know as a public figure you have to have money to take care of some personal expenses. Right now I don’t have any money.

Now, if people book me for a job, the company or brand would see Godwin Maduagu and they would say no, we can’t use this boy.

How do you guys want me to feel? How do you expect me to feed or survive?

Media personality, Toke Makinwa has reacted to the video of relationship expert, Derrick Jackson, admitting to cheating on his wife with other women.

Derrick Jackson, who is a renowned relationship guidance advisor, had initially denied having an extra-marital affair when a woman came out to reveal their sexual frivolities.

However, Derrick has countered his earlier claims as he released a video admitting to cheating on his wife.

His wife, Da’Naia Jackson, was also present in the video and he held her hands while admitting to infidelity.

He said in part, “Derrick Jaxn was involved with other women outside the marriage. I’m talking about as serious as sex to sexual flirtation and meeting up and that kind of thing.”

The video has sparked outrage on social media as some viewers opined that it was additional torture for his wife to sit with him through out the video.
